Here at Bricks Coaching, we offer personalized nutrition coaching and in person group training classes with weight lifting and 1-1 personal training sessions. I’ve been coming to Bricks for almost a year now after two people highly recommended it to me, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. Coach B is absolutely amazing—she’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and has a way of making you feel comfortable and confident no matter your fitness level. What stands out the most is how much she truly cares; she’s always available for support and goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. Bricks has become more than just a gym for me—it’s a place where I feel motivated, stronger, and part of a community.

I was always unsure about working with a personal trainer but this Team has been a blessing. The first time working with them I was finally able to lose some weight after many years of trying to figure it out or make excuses. This 2nd time around I decided to go with the 1 year plan because I know that with these coaches the results are guaranteed but now it’s not just about losing the weight but changing my mindset and making it a lifestyle. Best part of it all is that they lead by example. Shoutout to Coach Mehdi and Coach Bridget for the guidance and always believing in their clients. Also, the staff in the Max Muscle stores. I have always wanted to learn how to lift weights, have a routine for different parts of my body, have the right posture and most importantly get in shape/toned. I tried several places, coaches but I never got to see the results. Finally, as many other times, I started looking for personal classes, and luckily Bridget got back to me immediately. She gave me a free class and I felt in love with how she trained me. She gives me a routine (quad/arm/glutes/back...), corrects my posture, she is not afraid to challenge me with more weight, makes me feel comfortable with my own pace, leaves me suuuper sore but guess what? I'm loosing weight (finally belly weight too) and I'm getting toned!! Bricks has been a motivating environment for me since everyone works hard and Bridget's personal commitment with each one of use, make us feel more motivated, special and committed to not give up. Now, I started doing those routines at home with my own equipment thanks to her and also found a great community to have fun with and exercise at the same time.

Where do I even begin!? As someone who has gone through multiple coaches for lifestyle and competition prep, I can say with my whole heart that Coach Mehdi and Coach B are my forever coaches. I’ve been hesitant on getting back into competing but because of their elite coaching/guidance, they helped me find the light and passion again for this sport. They care so much about their clients mental growth and goals and want to see them succeed in all aspects of life! They customized my program specifically tailored to me and they accommodate to changes when I ask. Their style is not cookie cut, and that is very important when it comes to looking for coaches. I am excited to continue my journey with bricks coaching, and if you decide on board with them either lifestyle, personal training, competition prep just know that you are in good hands!

I been working with brick for quite some time and has always got me looking my best during competition time.
If your looking just for lifestyle change bricks also provides that and tailored meal plans and great workout advice anything bricks gots you covered just do the work let bricks take the wheel and guidance you. Best thing about bricks is despite a long layoff do to personal reasons he always checked up on me regardless if I was working with him or not. I really apreshiate that also the mental aspect. Well im back at it and looking foward to complete sometime in near future with brick again! I recommend anyone trying to change their lifestyle with bricks. Let's work !

Bricks is by far an amazing Gym, has an incredible vibe and environment to it. The employees are enthusiastic and welcoming. They are so knowledgeable in nutrition and exercises that will cater to the fitness goals that each individual has for themselves. I’m so happy to be a part of this gym! What I appreciate most is how non-intimidating the environment is. No crowded chaos, just a space filled with people who are genuinely there to better themselves. I love the small group classes! Coach B & Erick are awesome. Coach Bridget is an expert in her craft. I love having her as my trainer because not only does she help me get fit, she also makes me feel comfortable, not judged, accepted and loved. Her program at Bricks is amazing! She tailors the program to your level. Each week there are new workouts so you get better results. The community is positive and uplifting.
