Been coming to Bridge for about 6 months and I really love it. Amy, Astrid and Matt are amazing trainers. They work with you to get you on a path to build a foundation and in return some strength. On top of that, fellow gym members are super respectful and welcoming.

I love, love, love Bridge Performance! Amy, Astrid and Matt are great coaches. They care about me and my progress and it clearly shows! They're very intentional in their programming, from stretching to technique. Also love the gym community - they're so friendly and encouraging. Absolutely love being a member of this gym! Been coming here for almost a year and have seen my strength and conditioning improve dramatically. Coaches Amy and Astrid provide masterful guidance, encouraging inspiration and support everyone as an individual to achieve their personal fitness goals. I have never been a gym class person until now. I've also never been a morning person until now. Waking up to head to Bridge Performance to start my day with our fantastic coaches Amy, Astrid, Matt as well as seeing familiar faces each morning in our small group class setting has truly changed my life and my routine! Going to this gym, with these special people, working out in such strength building, supported ways is my daily joy, the thing that gets me out of bed and excited for each new day. I recommend anyone to check out Bridge for your fitness journey. It's women owned by Amy and Astrid. They are amazing at coaching, teaching and assessing each members capabilities and modifying when needed. The community at Bridge is fun while you get fit and strong. Each member supports one another whether you're new or have been there since the beginning!

The BRIDGE is your one-stop shop for all types of training; personal, group classes, weight lifting, physical therapy, nutrition coaching and recovery. The coaches, Amy, Astrid and Matthew, are exceptional and can get you started or keep you challenged. They will work with you to set goals and attain them. It's an inspirational atmosphere with absolutely no barriers to entry. It's like every client is an individual with their own personal trainer
(even in a group class). I love this place.

The biggest thing that stands out from other gyms, in my experience, is that the coaches scale workouts to your ability. It's not about beating up your body to lift a certain weight but creating sustainable improvement that translates into everyday functional fitness i.e. carrying my Costco load from my car, lifting my nephew, etc. All ages and fitness ability are welcomed and celebrated, creating a fun atmosphere with community.

My husband and I have been looking for a gym that suited both of our needs and challenges. Thank heaven we found Bridge Training! Amy and Astrid are so knowledge on how to combine strength training with physical therapy. We all have something that challenges our bodies right?
