British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside 24 Hour Fitness, we're open year-round and welcome both gym members and non-members. You can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.

Absolutely wonderful and amazing group of people. Karim is very personable and kind. Simone is a gem. They both compliment each other wonderfully.
I have two daughters (ages 6 and 3) enrolled and both LOVE going to swim lessons. We’ve been going for the past 4 months and have had absolutely wonderful experiences the entire time.

I cannot say enough good things about British Swim School. We go to the Oceanside location. Karim and all of the instructors are very friendly, communicative and patient. I feel very comfortable taking my son because I know they all have his best interest at heart. The program has helped my son’s confidence and overall swim skills and he looks forward to seeing his friends in the water every week.

I had struggled to find swimming classes for my girls. When I spoke to Karim, he was very welcoming and was able to work with our work schedules making it super easy to set up.
The girls love the classes and they are excited to show up and work with Simone.
They are extremely patient with the kids and encouraging.
