I would give zero stars if I could. Went in for an assessment for my son who has special needs they cancelled on us 2 hours before our first assessment was scheduled then did a make up for the following Saturday which we were happy about. When we arrived the following Saturday we were supposed to meet with Mia and she apparently left for the day and was not there. we got all kinds of looks of “what are they doing here” and felt very unwanted as if we were bothering them and they were unprepared. A girl hopped out the pool and talked to us for about 5 minutes then they denied my son. Felt like they didn’t want to deal with us because of his disability. They did not even give a reason for denial. The Glendora location pool looked gross also we saw floating brown stuff. Also was very hot inside. The lady at the front desk was super on medication and couldn’t answer my questions or even open her eyes .The place felt very unprofessional and not where I would want to send my son with Austim anyway. It felt like we were a bother to them. Not a good feeling or experience

The swim teachers are so patient and fun with our boys and they are not only comfortable and trust their teachers but they are learning so fast! The team has excellent customer service and truly care and work with you to find a great fit and what works for you! We appreciate our swim family!

They are so kind to the students and very helpful with explaining the reasoning behind what they do. I love that they focus on survival swimming before teaching any strokes. I feel so much more comfortable with my daughter being around a pool because I know she will be able to get to the side safely and get out.

We've been with British Swim school for some time now. My sons have been enjoying their lessons with coaches Riley and Vrishin. They have fun and look forward to their swimming class! Thank you coaches Riley and Vrishin.

So far I am very pleased with British swim school. My daughter who is 9 years takes swimming lessons inside 24 hour fitness that’s where the school is located. The staff is amazing over all. She has had a few instructors Bella, Lily and a guy who I don’t recall the name of. All great! My only complaint is that I would like to have one instructor instead of having different ones. Especially if my child goes every week the same day and time.
I had her do a make up class and I understand that in the occasion she would have a different teacher. Besides that one thing they are super friendly, informative and helpful.

We love British swim school! From its new ownership to their instructors, to the ease of rescheduling make up classes for absences using the app and more importantly, swim technique, we can’t ask anything better for our daughter. Kudos to Kyle and the whole team in making it a very effective and enjoyable way to learn how to swim!

New ownership is great. Good communication, values a good atmosphere for the kids to learn swimming. I would highly recommend it at this point! They have also brought back some teachers who were favorites in the past, valuing their contributions. There are definitely other choices but I would recommend it because it's conveniently located in 24 hr fitness upland. I can swim or workout while my daughter has lessons! Two birds with one stone!

The reviews about unauthorized charges pertained to previous ownership. New ownership does a great job of being transparent and fair.

I could not be more pleased with the new owners of British Swim School. Kyle took the time to visit my sons' swim session. He introduced himself and gave my husband his phone number. He keeps us updated with emails and responds to them in a timely manner. My sons love the swimming classes.

This school is lying. They have charged me $750 for the month of august without my authorization and have not rendered any services. They are not willing to give it back. I have reported their fraud to credit card company and will be refunded but know that they will steal your money.

Great instructors and system! Class sizes were excellent and the levels and goals made it really motivational. The special needs classes were also amazing. I have already been recommending British Swim School to others and will continue to do!

They steal your money and run away. They have charged me 450 and 750 at different occasions without having my authorization. Make sure you son’t give them your card number. I am filing a police report. They are so happy they have stolen more than 1K from me that they are ignoring my emails.I switched my kids to waterworks swim school and they are much more professional.

I am going to a new place now so I now know that their system of teaching to my kids sucked and was just a waste of time. They have stolen a month and half of my money, unauthorized charge of my credit card and they are not willing to refund me. Please br aware of this scam. They literally steal in daylight.
