My daughter was initially very scared of water, but the instructors here have been incredibly patient and supportive. She has picked up swimming much faster than I expected, and her confidence is growing with every class. The instructors are skilled, friendly, and know how to make kids feel comfortable. I also really appreciate their flexible makeup class policy, which makes scheduling so much easier. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend this swimming school!

We enrolled our 6-year-old son at the British swimming classes here, and the experience has been fantastic! The instructors are patient, encouraging, and really know how to connect with kids. They focus on building water confidence step by step, which has helped my son feel safe and excited every time he gets in the pool.

We’ve seen great progress in just a few weeks—his strokes are improving, and more importantly, he’s having fun while learning. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very organized. Communication with staff is excellent, and my kid always feel welcome.

I enrolled my son in the swim school this summer and I am glad that he was able to improve his technique a lot. The trainers are very nice and guide the kids very well by correcting technical issues. Initially I was very glad to find this place in Tracy for swimming classes but eventually I had really bad experiences. Once a class was cancelled by owner due to pool maintenance in school . When I asked Savneet who manages British swim school , she mentioned to take a make up class in San Ramon which is 30 miles far . I requested refund , they never took my request . I called their support number several times still no use . Fair business is important than anything else

Very bad experience with British swim school. My wife and I joined then at Tracy and San Ramon respectively. They have doubled charged us for the same package for me . And They cancelled my wives class at Tracy because of pool maintenance and did not refund for the class even after called several times and same happened with mine too . they stopped attending calls later on .
