Brittney has been an absolute blessing for our family. She has been working with my 13-year-old daughter and the impact has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, Brittney created a safe and encouraging space where my daughter felt comfortable and supported. That is not always easy at this age.
Not only is she helping her get stronger physically, but she is also helping rebuild her confidence in a way that feels natural and empowering. After each session, my daughter feels proud of herself and excited for the next one. That alone means so much. She has even started making healthier choices with her nutrition and routine, and I credit so much of that to Brittney’s thoughtful and positive approach.
If you are looking for someone who truly connects and makes a lasting difference, especially for young girls, Brittney is the one. I could not recommend her more highly.

Brittney is the real deal! She genuinely cares about the health, wellness, progress, and even mental health of her clients. She personalizes each clients plan with detail and purpose. Brittney is a knowledgeable coach and consistently seeks to grow in her learning & coaching. I appreciate that she stays up to date on health and wellness.
For the last year Brittney has met with me every 8 weeks to provide 3 new weight lifting routines, Push, Pull, & Legs. She demonstrates how & then makes sure I’m doing it properly. She has an easy going approach and is not intimidating or condescending. It’s easy to work with her!
I thoroughly enjoy the routines she provides as she thoughtfully takes into account individual body differences & life circumstances. She texts every Monday to see how I’m doing & if I have questions.
Overall, my goal in finding a coach/trainer was to 1) build consistency with weightlifting and 2) to build and tone muscles. Brittney is helping me accomplish these goals!

I'm a 73 year old man. Brittney put a work out and macro plan specially for me based on old injuries. It has been harder to lose weight as I have gotten older. Down 10 lbs in a month and just benched press 150 lbs. Plan to be in great shape by the time I'm 74 in October with her program. She knows how the body works. Easy too continue. Doesn't feel like sacrifice on food. Great to see my body changing quickly

Brittney is an amazing trainer! I’ve never thought to use one before, but with her encouragement, she has put me on a program that has increased my strength and giving me hot body for 59. Her knowledge of the body and dedication to motivate has been an inspiration. I would recommend her for weight loss, fitness and body contouring. She is an amazing trainer would recommend her any day. I lost 30lbs and need to start using her again. She helped me track my calories and macros. Made me aware of things I needed to change. She also had a custom work out plan just for me . Which is so important because I had physical limitations She worked with. Any time you need her or have a question she is there.
