I had been debating on training with Amber for months, totally from my own unwillingness and absolutely nothing to do with her. Once I finally made the move to jump on, it was almost as if I was asking “why did I wait so long?” - she makes everything seem so effortless but in a good way, she makes it all so much fun, her personality makes it feel like you’re hanging out with your friend meanwhile getting in a killer work out because YES, she’s still on your progress during that session and all of the rest that follow. It’s not all fun and games, she WILL work you out but that fun & easy going environment keeps you coming back each time.
One of the key reasons I love training with Amber is because she doesn’t ever single you out or make you feel out of place for not knowing how to do a work out. I actually used to hate working out but that’s because I didn’t know the proper way to do certain things, she’s made it easy to learn, she corrects quickly & will throw herself into a set to show you how, if you need that.
My daughter comes sometimes to watch & she leaves there motivated to work out, she’s 5, or just in awe of her mama. My son has come to 2 boot camps and he loves it as well, he’s 15 (and they are definitely not the last) So no matter the age, Amber has something for everyone

I can’t say enough good things about Amber, shes AMAZING! She’s always making sure you’re on top of it and always motivating you to reach your goals ! She’s not like your typical personal trainer she’s your friend and genuinely cares for your and your results. I definitely recommend her ! She’s worth my 30 min drive :) don’t think about it just do it !

I've been training with Amber for about over a year now and I can honestly say that to this day I'm still learning new things. She shares her knowledge with us and always has a variety of exercises that incorporate different equipment in our sessions, such as kettlebells, dumbbellls, rowers, plates, prowler and more. My favorite part about our sessions is that it's never boring and doesn't feel repetitive. Our groups are small so she's able to focus on us individually and making sure our form is correct etc. I honestly don't know why you wouldn't want Amber as your trainer. SHE'S THE BEST ! You'll always feel comfortable, she's professional with some humor and she'll push you if she knows your capable of doing it. There's no judgment. We're all just trying to become better versions of ourselves, so let Amber help you get there! You won't regret it!!

Amber is great! I have been training with her for about 4 months and she is just amazing. I really like that she adjusts to each client’s personality. She allows me to work at my pace while also giving me challenging workouts that fit my needs and limitations.
Working with Amber is fun, laid back, and rewarding. People notice a good difference in me overall and that is all thanks to her!

I started training with Amber after I had my 4th baby, she knew what I needed to get back to pre baby body and has been working diligently with me to get there! As a busy full time working mom with multiple kid sports and activities Amber is always understanding of my schedule and works with me week after week to ensure I get my training done! Even on my off days she keeps me accountable with my cardio and meal plans. Amber truly cares about your success and isn’t just there to take your money, she makes the 5am sessions worth it! Definitely 10/10 recommend! Thank you Amber for always pushing me!
I’ve been to several small gyms and large gyms but they don’t compare to The F1t Factory. From every single trainer greeting you and making you feel at home to all the amazing clients! I have built more friendships in this gym than I have anywhere else! It’s always clean and neatly arranged so you’re not lost looking for equipment. It’s in a great location of Eastlake with ample parking space and honestly I can’t say a single negative remark about the gym or all the trainers there. Definitely check it out for one of their many open boot camps and see why you need to join as well!

I just hit my 1-year anniversary training with Amber at The F1T Factory + I have way too many great things to say about my experience so far.
Having Amber as a trainer has helped me build confidence, build muscle, lose 60+ pounds, lose my fear of working out in public, + has given me my sense of self back.
Amber is competent, kind, + pushes her clients but also works with us + is flexible when necessary to ensure we always have a truly wonderful session. For me, she's the right mix of tough + caring. I never liked the idea of training with the full-on "drill sergeant" type but also know that I work best when pushed, especially outside of my comfort zone. Amber's temperament + technique works super well for me + how I want to work out.
Plus, I can also be competitive so working with Amber in a small group setting is perfect for me because I know she's focused on me + helps ensure my exercises are being done properly while I push myself harder to stay neck + neck with my fellow training clients.
A little about the gym itself... located in Eastlake (Chula Vista) just behind Kohl's, The F1T Factory is an awesome facility. There's a nice indoor space with a variety of workout equipment, such as kettlebells, a Smith machine, rowers, assault bikes, plates, dumbbells, a sled + prowler, more, as well as a great outdoor area to utilize when the gym is extra busy, when the weather's nice, when we want to spread out a little more, or when we are using the space for longer distance exercises like runs + lunges.
The trainers at TFF really care about their clients + the community they've built + it shows. I'm so grateful for Amber + shout it from the rooftop every chance I get. I hope everyone has the opportunity to work with someone like her at least once in their life. :)
