My journey with Zoe started back in Dec 2024 and I must say she’s the best I’ve came across. For the first time I’ve actually looked forward to going to the gym and finally gained the confidence I once lacked. My girl is the best and here we are 9 months in and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results.For every workout I’ve struggled with she came with an alternative that was just as effective. I have had an amazing experience training with Zoe for the past several months! I had previously worked out regularly but stopped due to injury and life getting busy. She's really helped me get back on track with my fitness journey. I've learned so much about proper form and how to strength train - things I struggled for a long time to put together on my own. She will meet you where you're at but still encourage you to make progress. Excellent trainer and highly recommend!

I started in April 2024 and would feel so out of breath at first but staying consistent and getting manyyyy pep talks from Zoe, I now feel so much stronger and healthier! I can see my baby muscles coming in and it's the best motivation to keep going! Thank you so much Zoe! <3

If you’re looking to make some positive changes to your lifestyle, Zoe is your girl! She is very patient and cares a lot about her clients. She motivates and encourages her clients to continue working and reaching their goals. She always has a smile on her face which brings a positive atmosphere to the training sessions. I definitely recommend Zoe if you need that push in your life!

I started training with Zoe to help build my strength and balance. I never belonged to a gym and she helped me in so many ways. She built my confidence and I soon learned that was capable and she pushed me every session. It is great for me to hit new PR’s. Today I feel so much stronger and can’t wait to see my progress continue. I highly recommend her as a trainer.

I started training with Zoe in 2022 when I was 6 weeks postpartum. I had zero clue on what I needed to do to get back into shape after having a baby, I just knew I wanted to get stronger and healthier for myself and my kids. With Zoe's help we came up with an exercise and nutrition plan that would help meet my goals in an obtainable way. Zoe has been patient, motivating, and extremely dedicated to my health inside and outside of the gym. Overall my experience has been exceptional. I absolutely recommend Zoe to anyone that is looking for an extremely knowledgeable trainer who truly cares about her clients success!
