I play volleyball for Granite Ridge and Fresno Heat Volleyball Club. I was an outside hitter but I have moved to libero/defensive specialist. My goals when I started were to be able to jump higher and I wanted to be stronger overall. I have gained about an inch on my vertical since June! I have gotten stronger and also shaved time off my mile. I made a national travel team for this upcoming season, and I think Bullett had a lot to do with that.

I started training here this fall at Bullet Performance and it's become my favorite place to train. I love the coaches and the environment where not only am I having fun and laughing, but I also am pushing myself to work towards my goals and break more records. The atmosphere is competitive with an encouraging spirit that I look forward to after a long day.
I play beach volleyball with Elite Beach and set goals revolving around my physical health in terms of injuries as well as increasing my vertical and explosiveness. I came here hoping to be more athletic and perform better on the court. Although I have not been here long, I have already noticed so many improvements in my vertical as I have gained well over an inch in a short amount of time. I notice my blocks getting more touches at practice and being able to reach at higher points. Along with this, I have found myself to be much quicker and being able to move easier. I've gained more confidence in myself here and learned how important it is to not underestimate yourself.

I play Beach Volleyball for Elite Beach. I started training at Bullet about a month ago, and I've had an amazing experience with the coaches and the training. When coming in my goal was to improve my strength and my vertical, after a month of coming I've seen improvements in both. I've noticed since I've started at Bullet my speed has increased as well as my hitting. Now that I've been jumping higher l can now hit more aggressively. I've also seen improvements in my endurance during practice and long rallies. Throughout practice I now am less tired towards the end while my stamina has improved.

My overall experience with Bullett is fantastic! I have been training for only 4 months. I play competitive volleyball and am on the 8th grade varsity volleyball team. Some goals I have achieved so far include: higher vertical jump, improved sprint time, and have become stronger.

My name is Ethan, I play varsity corner infield and pitch at Bullard high school. I started bullet about 2 months ago. I have never seen such a dramatic increase in my movement and strength since training there. The programs make you push yourselves, but not to the point where you can’t get out of bed in the morning. I would give my experience with Bullett Performance Training a 10/10. They are extremely friendly, motivating, knowledgeable and helpful. Signing up for classes and arranging my schedule has been flexible and easy to manage on my own without the help of my parents. I have been going to Bullet since May 2025.

I play travel hockey with the Delta Knights, based out of Stockton, CA. My goals when starting with Bullet were to become stronger, faster and more agile on the ice. After a summer of training, I can see specific improvement in my stamina and endurance. I physically feel stronger and more explosive on and off the ice. I’ve first started training at BPT this summer and I’ve had a great experience. I currently play water polo for Mercyhurst University, and I joined Bullett to help prepare for my second year competing as a division 1 athlete. As an aquatic athlete, it can be difficult building strength and explosiveness that can be translated into the water, but the staff at Bullett have helped me become a better athlete in and out of the pool. I wanted to find a place that had a similar intense training environment that I saw my first year playing in college and BPT provided me with that. When I finished PT at SPOC and returned to cheer, I decided it was even-more important to go back to Bullett this summer with my friend Brooklyn. Can you describe your overall experience with our training facility? So far I’ve had a really good experience working out at bullet and am really happy with how it’s going.
How long have you been training with us, what sport do you play, and who do you play for? I’ve been training since the start of the summer to rehab a torn acl and meniscus that happened 8 months ago. I play baseball at San Jose State.

3. What specific goals were you hoping to achieve when you started training here? When I started training this summer I wanted to become a more explosive athlete and get my knee as strong as it can be.
4. Can you share any specific achievements or milestones you've reached as a result of our training programs? When I showed up at the beginning of summer I was having knee pain and trouble doing things I thought I shouldn’t. 2 weeks after having lifts everyday I began to feel like a new person and I give a lot of credit to Brandon and his staff.
5. Have you noticed any changes in your physical health, strength, or endurance? If so, please describe. I’ve noticed here that I train muscles and movements that I really havent trained in the past and that are crucial for baseball. I believe I have become better rotationally and just overall physically stronger.

This gym has been amazing for my two boys, ages 11 & 13. The coaches focus on proper movement techniques, helping them improve speed, agility, and strength while keeping the programs fun and challenging.
