I couldn't be more thrilled to have discovered the Bunda studio in Glendale! The classes and instructors are incredible. The workouts are challenging and motivating. And the front desk staff always provide excellent service. Rebecca has been especially helpful throughout my time at the studio. Grateful to have finally found a workout that I genuinely enjoy so much.

Oh, Bünda, Bünda, Bünda, where do I start?...
Ok, I'm a founding member of this location, so I've been going for almost 5 solid months. As of today, I have completed 69 classes. It's been quite a journey for me for several reasons. Top three reasons are the struggles with my mental health, the problems I have had with my knees, and never having been a fan of any type of cardio machines (well, cardio in general, LOL). I've been working out for I THINK 10 years and have been a member of two other studio type programs where I've done strength and kickboxing at both. I loved them, but I wanted to do something different, level up, if you will. And along comes a Bünda ad on IG about their new Glendale location (when I had social media). I Googled to get more information and thought, "hmmmmmm, interesting, but the stairmaster?? Ugh." I also thought why not try it and with the founder VIP sign up giving more than a week of free classes without commitment, I had nothing to lose. Yes, I was dying on those stairs that week, but I knew I had to become an official member to push myself and get stronger. Fast forward to today and I do feel stronger with no more knee pain, improved mental health, and a love hate relationship with the stairmaster.
As for the studio and service - AWESOME. Staff is friendly, helpful, and make it a point to learn everyone's names. The studio is small, clean, and appealing to the eye (and they are all good looking people, seriously). Each coach brings their own unique vibe and are motivational. The workouts vary and are intense every time (a good thing). I appreciate the no phone policy and being able to focus on the workout without any chit chat. I'm in, I'm out, and I feel accomplished every time, even when I literally drag myself to go on my bad days. I'm a Bundi Baddie. Hahaha

Love Bunda Gym! The workouts are challenging in a good way and super Fun... You use the StairMaster plus personalized individual weights for arms, legs, glutes, abs, and your whole body! I love how there's different weights to choose from depending on your fitness level. Plus, I also love using the sandbags to add weight while you do the hip bridges. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more energized than ever! The instructors are motivating and the vibe is always positive. It's perfect for anyone looking to tone and push themselves! Come and Bunda it out!

All the instructors here are great! You get a lot of workout in every time you come here including your arms , glutes and the stair master..

I was so happy to find a Bunda location in Glendale. This is a unique gym studio that combines high-intensity stairmaster workouts with targeted strength training for a truly effective full-body burn. It's half on the stairs and half on the floor. The classes are fast-paced, challenging, and scientifically programmed to sculpt and tone, especially focusing on glutes and legs. However, it's not just about ass/glutes...they also have upper body workouts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays that offers serious strength workouts that hits hard and sculpt fast.
I've taken Brianna, Shakira, Nea, and Christal and all are amazing! Front desk with Matty, managers Nea and Brian are all warm and welcoming. It's the perfect spot if you’re looking to push yourself and see real results in a supportive, high-energy environment.
They offer free parking and love those eucalyptus towels at the end. :))

I absolutely love my BUNDA membership! The Glendale location has so many amenities that make working out easy and fun including encouraging & talented trainers, free parking, restrooms/changing rooms, and they even provide essential oil towels at the end of class. They also offer classes throughout the day so you can go to one that fits your schedule best. Highly recommend :)

I have been going to Bünda for 4 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only do I feel better physically, but mentally also. The workout is challenging and I like that it’s static state cardio as opposed to HIIT.
Shoutout to Aisha for being SO sweet and helpful every morning when I walk in. She is truly the best!
I highly recommend bünda to anyone looking to tone and build lean muscle and have a great time

I’m such a fan of Bünda! I’ve been coming here since the opening in February. The staff here is so awesome, and the energy and vibe is great! I love that the instructors are all certified personal trainers, so you know you’re training correctly. There’s a strong focus on form and progressive overload, and the instructors give good cues and explanations for what you’re doing. The classes are also designed for all levels, so you can progress at your own pace. This has reignited my love for strength training, and I love that the class is also split up with rounds on the Stairmaster. I feel like I get a really well-rounded workout in an hour.

Love this place! Has done wonders for my physical health and mental health! It’s cute as hell inside, the instructors are all really cool and they are really hands on when it comes to form and very informative about mind and body connection. If you’re not ready to make a commitment to change your body and invest in yourself then this class is not for you! If you’re ready to have a bubble but and sweet abs join bunda noooow!

I have had the best experience here out of all the other gym memberships I have. I am part of OTF, Core Power, and Club Pilates, and none of them compare to the personal care I received from Bunda. They were so helpful before the studio even opened, allowing me to take a trial class at another site. They are so responsive to my every feedback. I felt like Nea, the studio manager, had my best interest from the very beginning. Everyone is so nice and the classes are so tough but effective. I have been at a plateau for weight training for a while and just 2 months here has completely changed my composition and posture! The instructors always focus on form and speak to us like adults, explaining why and how the moves are working on certain things. It is super motivating and keeps me coming back. Parking is super easy. I just wish they have more middle of the day classes but this is how it is at most places.

Bunda Glendale is a fantastic addition to the area! The studio is brand new, well-designed, clean, and has a great energy. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you get the most out of your workout.
My trainer, Brianna, was incredible—energetic, professional, and highly skilled. She pushed me while ensuring my form was correct, and I left feeling accomplished (and sore in muscles I didn’t even know I had!). If you’re looking for an effective, well-structured workout in a supportive environment, I highly recommend Bunda Glendale!

I had experience with the Bünda location in Weho, so I was ecstatic when they opened a location closer to me and immediately signed up for a membership. The workout is half cardio, half strength, with 6 rounds alternating between the stairmaster and the floor (strength). It is very easy to adjust the class to your fitness level- just increase or decrease the weights you choose and your “base pace” on the stairmaster. It’s mostly women in the classes, everyone is very nice and encouraging, the music is great, instructors are knowledgeable and it’s a hard, productive workout. My legs are my “problem area” and I’ve seen more results in fewer than 40 classes than 100 Pilates classes last year (and I trained for two half marathons in that time!). I really can’t recommend it enough!

Think Twice Before Signing Up for a Membership
Do not commit to a membership unless you’re absolutely sure you’ll enjoy it. I purchased a founding membership before Bunda Glendale opened, but after just two classes, I realized it wasn’t for me.
You’re assigned a stair-master/space (ex: F6 - floor 6 or S6 - stair-master 6), and if the class is full, you must switch back and forth with another person, which feels clumsy. The music is very loud, the instructors microphone is grainy. The weights portion feels too quick to me. While I can see how some might enjoy this workout style, it wasn’t a good fit for me. Additionally when I signed up I did not know that only two classes are offered during the week, with GluteCamp and Total Body only being scheduled on the weekends.
The real issue, however, was the cancellation process. While we can all understand contracts and formal cancellation policies, this was just ridiculous. After being charged a second membership fee (a little under $400 total), I attempted to cancel—calling multiple times and leaving voicemails with no response. I emailed the studio at the email address listed online—no response. Only after texting the number that initially sold me the membership did I finally receive the manager’s email. By that time, I was told I hadn’t provided the required 30-day notice, meaning I will be charged again in about 19 days for another month, totaling close to $600 for a membership I no longer want, and have only taken two classes. My only option was to convert my FUTURE charge into class packs that I have no interest in using. If you can convert my future fee into class packs then obviously someone has the power to cancel. I feel $400 later for two classes was a good enough deal for them to let me out the contract.
Between the rigid cancellation policy, and lack of flexibility, I do not recommend Bunda Glendale. If you’re considering it, be absolutely certain before committing financially. After this I absolutely will not be happy or looking forward to attending any classes so will attended classes begrudgingly or will have wasted $600. Yeah...
