Bunda is led by certified personal trainers who focus on form first and coach progressive overload through each round. Workouts are 50-55 minutes and focus on specific muscle groups each day!

The trainers make this already amazing program absolutely elite. They’re incredibly professional, knowledgeable and motivating. They each have their fun unique personality they bring, but the training is so consistent, which I love. I especially appreciate the ones that make you feel like the stairs portion goes by in the blink of an eye! :) Bless them 🩷
I think it’s such a welcoming community. (Love the fun events too!) Starting with the front desk - they are genuinely kind and friendly. Every class is fun, very challenging in a non-competitive way 🙌 and I love seeing familiar faces in every class and seeing so many members improving their form and getting stronger - I’m constantly inspired.
We are so lucky to have Train Bunda in Pasadena! I wished for it for the longest time!

I've been to other gyms with a similar format (alternating between lifting and weights), and when it's time to lift weights you only do that one movement one time with no emphasis on form or lifting heavier, pretty much a waste of time imo. Butttt BUNDA on the other hand focuses on repetition, so you're doing the same 3 main movements throughout the 55 minutes and working to lift heavier and improving form. The stairs portion focuses more of steady state cardio rather than intense cardio so that you have enough energy to lift heavy.
The coaches are so great and helpful!! They're clear with form corrections and are so knowledgeable. They even help you reach your goals by looking at your body scan results and providing suggestions for calorie deficits and macro goals. It's seriously such a wonderful community.
Shout out to Sade for her fire playlist and great coaching, to Shakira who never lets me take it easy (she don't play lol) and Graciela for her clear coaching instructions and helping me set nutrition goals :)

I highly recommend coming here! I was hooked after my first trial class! It’s been about 2 months now for me and I go about 5-6 days/week. It’s suitable for any fitness level, it’s fun - the 55 minutes is over before you know it, informative - the instructors make sure your form is correct, booking classes is easy, the entire staff is super friendly and very helpful!

I’m so happy I found BÜNDA!
I just started my third week and I can already see and feel the difference in my body.
My core feels stronger, my calves are more defined, and my booty is definitely lifting and firming up!
What really makes BÜNDA special are the people. The coaches are amazing at correcting my form and posture when I need it (which I definitely appreciate), and the front desk girlies are always super helpful; whether I’m adjusting a booking or bringing a friend along for a class.
Now, a little heads-up for the newbies:
BÜNDA can feel like a lot at first.
The music is loud, the energy is high, and there’s a ton happening all at once. As someone with A.D.D., I was definitely overstimulated my first class, but don’t worry, you’ll adjust, and it’s so worth it.
Here are a few tips that helped me:
• On the StairMaster: Try closing your eyes and tuning out the music during a “push.” It helps to just focus on the coach’s voice.
• Noise sensitivity? Ask for earplugs at the front desk, they’ve got you!
• Bring a buddy: BÜNDA gives you guest passes, and I love bringing friends and family to experience the class with me.

If you’re thinking about trying it, go for it! It’s challenging, it’s fun, and it works.

Initially, I was quite skeptical and didn’t fully grasp the concept of the class. However, after taking lessons with fantastic coaches like Mike, Dallas, Coach B, and Shakira, my perspective has changed, and I now have a greater respect for the workout. It is effective, and the results speak for themselves—both in terms of numbers and physical appearance. The coaches and staff are supportive and engaging, fostering a positive and encouraging environment. I highly recommend giving it a try!
