In all ways, Burn60 has given me my confidence back. Having recently moved to LA, Burn has not only given me incredible workouts but a sense of community in a new city. Never before have I been so motivated to go to the gym and most importantly stay consistent and prioritize that time over letting work take over, and a large part of that is the environment the founders have created, they make hard work easy. Never in my life have I been so excited by my wins in the gym and actually love going, love challenging myself, and I can’t thank my Burn60 family enough for that.

The place is UNIQUE since the “small group” classes feel more like 1 x 1 training! Owners Kasseem and Michelle treat each client like friends as they and their staff are very RELATIONAL!
There is never a time when Burn 60 was not immaculately clean , NEAT and tidy.
The 60 in the name caught my eye since I am in my 60’s, but the number really refers to the minutes in each class. In all my months as a member, there has never been a minute that was not used to make me stronger, strengthen my endurance, or push me farther to my goals. My right arm has a noticeable but harmless tremor, and I never feel the trainers go ‘easy’ on me nor treat me differently than anyone else.
I love that there are men and women of all ages and backgrounds, where everyone feels welcome.They even remember your birthday. So come over and join the best workout community in town!

You’ll definitely get a great burn at Burn60! My favorite classes are the semi-private group sessions, where every workout is tailored to your goals and any current or past injuries. One of my biggest goals was to do a pull-up on my own—and now I can do a few!

I love the community here. The coaches truly support you and push you to be your best. They’ve even helped me with my nutrition by sharing recipes and guiding me through calculating my macros. I’m so happy to see more muscle definition and to feel myself getting stronger every day.

Burn 60 is the best workout that I've found in LA!! I don't even live nearby, and I make the drive because it's that good. Michelle, Kaseem and Juan care about every single person that walks through the door. They all listen to your goals and help you reach them. Not only is the workout killer, but the community at Burn 60 is unmatched! No joke, it's the most calories I've ever burned in a workout class. You'll also make fast friends who will push you in sessions. I've been consistently going for about 8 months now and everyone around me can see the difference/change in my body. I feel stronger and more confident in weight lifting than I did before. Also, I recently found out that weight lifting can help prevent osteoporosis so get on it now if you haven't. Couldn't recommend Burn 60 enough! If you're thinking about it, definitely give it a try.

Burn 60 has been a game changer for me. I've struggled over the years to stay consistently active, and it got to a point where I needed some accountability. Through the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try Burn 60. At first, I was self-conscious about feeling so out of shape, but that anxiety quickly went away because Kasseem and Michelle foster such a positive, judgement-free environment. They're so knowledgeable and are quick to offer modifications to meet you where you are on your fitness journey.

I've been going consistently for a couple of months now, and every day, every class, I'm surprised by my progress and what I am capable of with Kasseem and Michelle's guidance and encouragement. I started with the Small Group Personal Training classes and eventually added on the large group metabolic burn classes. They really push you in the cardio classes, and about halfway through, I always wonder why I volunteered to put myself through this lol, but then I finish the class and feel sooo incredibly accomplished!

Ever since I transitioned to remote work a few years ago, I rarely had a reason to leave the house during the week. I was working out at home or just going on solo walks, but now I look forward to going to Burn in the mornings. I get to socialize and be part of this great community and work out with the nicest, funniest people. I came in with the intention of working on my physical health, but it's done so much for my mental health as well. 100/10, would recommend Burn 60!!!

After some extensive research for personal training in my area, I decided to go with Burn 60. I couldn't have made a better choice-- Michelle and Kasseem are genuine human beings who care about their client's health.

I had unluckily been in a couple of car accidents back to back and had been putting on weight and didn't know how to move my body without injuring myself. They offered a free consultation and recommendations of what the best plan for me would be.

They were both incredibly patient and easy to talk to. They definitely gave me a safe space to speak about what my goals and limitations are as well as provide support and enough of a push to help me feel like I was succeeding. I always left a session feeling better.

If you're wary and not sure if you'll be listened to, please consider Burn 60. It's an exceptionally compassionate environment with emphasis on making you feel stronger and more connected with your body.

After losing my workout mojo during COVID, I was looking for a local gym where I felt comfortable getting back in shape. I happened upon Burn 60 back in February and can't speak highly enough of my experience taking their Strong 60 small group personal training classes a few days a week. Kasseem and Michelle are wonderful, kind, fun, and encouraging trainers and business owners. The gym is the perfect size and is actually inclusive, with folks of all ages, sizes, and body types taking classes. In my four months as a Burn 60 convert, I've personally gained significant strength (Kasseem definitely does not let you slack on increasing weight) and I still look forward to every (exhausting and challenging) class. I highly recommend this gym to everyone I meet and encourage anyone on the fence to call and take the first step to join!

Burn60 has completely changed how I view fitness.

I’ve never felt more supported or comfortable in a workout environment, and this comes from someone who's searched high and low for a routine that helps counteract my crippling gym anxiety.

The trainers push when I need it and offer grace when it matters. The “Team Burn” shirts that Kasseem and Michelle wear are more than just cute branding, it's real—it truly feels like a team of individuals who are genuinely invested in helping me grow both physically and mentally.

For someone who doesn’t love being perceived at the gym, it feels like a paradigm shift to finally be seen in all the right ways.

I couldn't recommend Burn60 more to anyone looking for more than just a workout.

My husband and I went to Burn60 for the first time today. Coach Juan was FIRE! I have done multi-station workouts in the past that felt chaotic and intimidating.. this was the opposite! SO GOOD!! The workout was challenging and Juan made sure we understood the movements and that our form was on point. Great program on the floor, solid cuing and the music was fab. We will definitely be back. A true 5 out 5 experience all the way around!! After moving to the area, I tried many different gyms and Burn 60 stands out amongst them all. I am warmly welcomed by name each time I come in, and am always checked on throughout the hour to see how I’m feeling. The trainers know how to push you into your challenge zone without being in your face or pressuring. The classes I attend are structured to include cardio and strength training so they feel comprehensive. The music and mic aren’t too loud, and the environment is absolutely conducive of any fitness level. Can’t recommend enough!!

Burn 60 is the very best!! I spent 5+ years trying to find a gym that was right for me and I’m so glad I finally stumbled into Burn about 5 months ago. The large group classes are a great workout but are never too large so you still get attention and care during class and it doesn’t feel overwhelming. The small group personal training is my favorite because it’s allowed me to focus on getting stronger and continuing to push myself. Michelle and Kasseem are the very best - friendly, welcoming, and supportive but they also push you and hold you accountable. I have felt welcomed and supported since day 1 and I love the community that exists. Every time I show up I know I’m going to get a great workout and I’m always excited to be there. I cannot even begin to express how much I love Burn 60. I have been to numerous fitness studios but never quite achieved the strength or aesthetics I was hoping for. The workouts are so unique and they modify and cater to each person’s individual needs. I love the combination of strength and cardio in each workout because it’s the perfect balance. I’ve been coming to Burn 60 for 3 months and I have never felt stronger or more confident. I can actually see muscles now and I absolutely love it! Kasseem and Michelle are so wonderful. They are so attentive and always challenge me with weights that I’d never think to pick up if I was working out at the gym alone. Before I found Burn60, I was bouncing around a bunch of different gyms and studios trying to find something that challenged me in the way I was looking for. And after the first class I knew this place was it!

The classes are fun and challenging all at the same time. Kasseem and Michelle keep the vibes high by playing all the jams (hope you like Drake) and keeping the conversations light and fun. The 60 minutes fly by, unless we are doing Copenhagen's 😜

It's been awesome seeing the progress I've made in what feels like a relatively short time. I've PR'ed and am on my way to being able to do that unassisted pull-up I had on my list of goals!

I highly recommend Burn60 if you want to work hard and have fun!

As someone who only did pilates for years, I wanted to explore adding strength training into my workout regimen in the hopes of seeing more muscle tone in my body. I serendipitously found Burn 60 while scrolling through ClassPass, and began my journey here taking the metabolic burn classes with Kasseem, to now predominantly training with Kasseem in the Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) classes.

Burn 60 is hands down the best gym experience I've ever had! From the moment you walk in, Michelle and Kasseem, the incredible owners, make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Gyms can often feel intimidating, but their warmth and energy create an environment that’s inviting and fun.

The workouts are challenging, every session pushes you in the best way possible, so yes, you will get your ass kicked every single time, but the payoff is so worth it. Not only have I noticed a significant improvement in muscle tone, but I’ve also gotten so much stronger since starting here.

What truly sets Burn 60 apart, though, is the community Michelle and Kasseem have cultivated. In a city like LA, where things (especially gyms) can feel a bit superficial, this place is a breath of fresh air. The people here are some of the kindest, most genuine group of people I’ve met. Everyone is supportive, fun, and makes the time in class fly by.

Burn 60 Gym by Kasseem and Michelle (Owners/Coaches) has been a consistent anchor for me over the past 8 years of training with them.

I initially found Burn 60 through ClassPass when I moved to LA, searching for a new workout routine. After graduating college, I gained a significant amount of weight, which was tough for me to accept. Growing up as an athlete—running, playing field hockey, rugby, and more—I had always been active, but I started feeling unhealthy, low on energy, and disconnected from my body. It no longer felt like mine. I've always loved being active, so when I discovered Burn 60, I immediately fell in love with the class format. It was challenging, fun, and built around an incredible community. I canceled ClassPass right away and signed up for a membership—that’s how much I loved it. It helped me feel like myself again.

When gyms shut down in 2020, I was worried I’d lose that connection to myself again. It was a difficult time for everyone, but Kasseem and Michelle stayed as a consistent anchor, offering virtual training and small outdoor sessions. Training with them has always made me feel capable of tackling anything, whether it’s life or work stress.

After the pandemic, when Kasseem and Michelle opened their new space, I couldn’t have been more excited. They’ve always been thoughtful in their approach to quality training, keeping each person’s individual goals in mind. They meet you where you are, helping you feel your best both inside and out.

Now, I consistently train here 4-5 times a week, doing a mix of 1:1 Personal Training, Small Group Personal Training, and Large Group Personal Training. Kasseem and Michelle design a comprehensive plan based on my goals—my only job is to show up and give my best effort.

Some of my wins and favorite memories at Burn 60 (check out the pics!):

I highly recommend Burn 60! I have taken many group classes over the years and it’s clear Burn 60 sets itself apart from all the other studios. I do both the Strong 60 and Metabolic Burn classes, both are exceptional! No matter which class you choose Kasseem is attentive and will push and challenge you to help you improve, and you will improve.
The Strong 60 classes are small group and Kasseem carefully monitors each client and tracks each client accordingly, the strength workouts are thoughtfully planned and you’ll always feel accomplished and you’ll want to return.
Any past or current injury? No problem, Kasseem is very knowledgeable he will modify for you.
Michelle is also wonderful, a pleasure to chat with, any questions she’s quick to answer, and very helpful!

I have been a client of Burn 60 off and on for the past 8 years. I always loved the challenging workouts and amazing music. I recently joined a small group class that focuses on strength. This has been a game changer for me as an athlete over 50. With only two sessions/week I’m getting stronger and seeing muscle definition. The group is very supportive of one another and Kaseem and Michelle are amazing trainers. They provide just the right amount of support while also pushing you to challenge yourself to the next level. The gym is clean and music is always on point. I used to try lifting weights in my own but this is by far more fun and effective!!

Typically, I hate working out, but I LOVE going to Burn 60! The classes are fast-paced, challenging intervals (using both weights and cardio each time). I really appreciate that it's never the same routine (so there is zero boredom) and it's a fantastic workout. I've noticed that Burn 60 is a fun, little community because the classes are relatively small, so it's a supportive environment. And even if you have an injury, I recommend trying these classes, because Kasseem will tailor the workout to accommodate you. After each class, I walk away with more energy and glad I did the workout. More importantly, the owners (Kasseem and Michelle) are amazing people, and I always enjoy seeing them bright and early in the morning...and I'm not a morning person. :)

Highly recommend Burn60! I was struggling to get back into shape at my previous gym, and I liked how Burn60 offered a variety of programs - classes, private training and small group training. In two months, I’ve seen a huge difference in my body. I’ve lost weight (2 pant sizes!) and gotten a lot stronger. The programs are all challenging, but Kassim will make modifications to account for an injury or if you are struggling to keep up. I really enjoy the personal attention, as well. Michelle keeps in regular contact after tough workouts to make sure I’m recovering okay and gives product recommendations. Kassim and Michelle really take the time to get to know their clients and invest in their goals.
In particular, I go to the Small Group Training (SGT) twice a week, where I am generally with the same small group of people. It combines personal training with the motivation of a group class. Progress is easy to track over time, which I appreciate.
When my schedule is less predictable, I can drop into group classes any day for a challenging and effective class. It is a mix of cardio and strength training, with great music and good variety.
Also, Michelle will work with you to create a package that makes sense for your goals. To kick start getting into shape, we added in private training and created a monthly membership for a mix of small group training and group classes.
Lastly, with a parking lot right behind the studio, I love that I never struggle to find parking.
Definitely recommend!

Such a great studio!! I first found this studio on ClassPass, as I was jumping back into workouts after a 3 year sabbatical due to a car accident.

I was out of shape and had a neck injury, and Kassim was extremely helpful every class with modifications and making sure I was comfortable and recovered each time I attended. This in addition to the intensity, pace, impeccably clean studio and equipment, and great staff made me decide to quit ClassPass and stick to Burn60 exclusively.

I’ve been going for several months and have lost weight and have been able to work out consistently without worrying about my neck injury.

I highly recommend anyone at any fitness level to try it out!

I joined Burn60 after stumbling upon the gym on ClassPass. I almost instantly fell in love with the workout and how challenging yet rewarding it is! I recently moved to LA and finding a gym/workout community was one of my top priorities. Burn 60 is the BEST workout class in LA. Owners Michelle and Kasseem are super friendly and welcoming. This is not one of those intimidating gyms for newcomers. Kasseem makes every class feel new and fresh with different routines and will also work with each person to adjust their work out. Class size is not too big so it feels like a semi-privates. 10 out 10 recommend!

I love Burn60! Kasseem and Michelle cultivated an amazing, welcoming community that makes you feel comfortable and psyched to workout. The classes aren't easy, but they're not supposed to be!! What's also great is that Kasseem is always your instructor so he gets to know your fitness goals and he pushes you just the right amount. Classes aren't too large so it's not particularly overwhelming. I'm glad I found this class in the neighborhood.

I have been going to Burn 60 for roughly 4 months and I couldn't recommend it enough! The classes are very challenging but adaptive to meet individuals where they're at. I always feel like I've gotten a great workout across cardio, endurance, stability, mobility, and strength without feeling incapable or pushed past my limits, as I have at many other studios that have a "one size fits all" approach. I've also started working with Kasseem in 1-1 sessions which has been helping my strength foundation and endurance tremendously, not to mention my overall confidence when it comes to fitness and exercise. I don't have a background in athletics or working out and have waffled over the years, jumping around between different styles of workouts and levels of intensity. So the 1-1 sessions have been invaluable in terms of building understanding about my muscles, breathing, injury prevention, recovery, and more! Michelle is also delightful to work with when it comes to scheduling and formulating an individualized plan. She and Kasseem make building a class/PT program very approachable and flexible to fit my needs! I love coming here and I can actually say I enjoy working out, feeling sore, and waking up before 8am thanks to Burn 60 :)

If you have any doubts or hesitations about coming here..DON’T! Burn 60 is one of the best strength studios in LA! The workouts are challenging but fun, and I’m personally a HUGE fan of the music! Kasseem is an amazing instructor that motivates you to work harder but never beyond your limits. He focuses on building strength but never compromising form. Even though it’s just him as an instructor, he somehow manages to give everyone equal attention… and has eyes everywhere, especially if you’re slacking….

I found Burn 60 on class pass and loved it so much I made it a regular staple in my life.

Kasseem is a phenomenal coach. He really doesn't let you slide and holds you accountable the entire way. The class is intense the whole way through. I have never been to a class that challenges and pushes me to my limits but in the best ways. Its a combination of running, weight training and use of the ski trainer but don't worry the stretches before and after will ensure you don't get insured. Your always thoroughly warmed up and there hasn't been one class where I burn less than 480 calories in that 60 minute block- even on days where I may be a little tired this class really brings it.

But what really sets them apart is their personal touch and that extra attention. Michelle and Kasseem know the names of everyone in the classes, they check in, they follow up and they actually care. If you're in the market for personal training, nutrition, or an exercise class- look no further because this place is a one stop shop.

Also - Try the 5 class to start but you'll quickly realize how addictive it is and that it makes a lot more sense financially to sign up for the unlimited. Happy training!

When Kasseem and Michelle re-opened Burn 60 in 2022, I was first in line to sign up for a class. Shortly after opening, I found out I was pregnant and started 1:1 training with Kasseem. I looked forward to the weekly sessions not only to help me stay in shape, but to see and hang out with the dynamic duo of Kasseem and Michelle. The two of them together run an amazing business, one that makes you feel good both physically and emotionally.

I couldn’t recommend Burn 60 more for someone wanting a challenging class or a 1:1 workout to receive personalized guidance for the goals they’re wanting to achieve.

First off, Burn60 is a legit full body workout that will push you to feel stronger and more agile. Personally, I found Burn60 studio through my search for a safe prenatal workout. Little did I know I would get so much more out of training with Kasseem! Since starting private training & group classes with Kasseem at Burn60 I believe I’ve grown even stronger than before becoming pregnant! Not only do I feel extremely confident in my body at 24 weeks pregnant, I also feel much more prepared for the physical endurance, stamina and mental strength required in labor. Kasseem always has a variety of exercises to keep each workout interesting and challenging. They keep the studio very clean with up to day equipment. As a low to mild fitness person (go to classes a couple times a week, but not a ton of activity outside of that and poor endurance), this class has been challenging, but I’m always super proud of myself by the end. It is easier in my other classes to let myself off easy (e.g. doing weights that are easier for me, taking the modifications), but I’m challenged here and I appreciate that Kasseem takes the time to note my ability and calibrates how/when to push me. From that, I feel like I can actually make progress. Plus, the facilities are extremely clean, his playlist is 🔥, the equipment is top notch, and there’s free parking in the back!

The team was super welcoming and provided modifications as needed while still ensuring I had a challenging workout. First off, Michelle at the front desk is a complete gem. She was so friendly and welcoming the second I opened the door. On top of that, Kasseem is an amazing trainer! Rather than go on and on about how amazing Kasseem and Burn 60 are (and they are), I have always felt the best review is the one that informs. I understand my ideal trainer or gym may not be yours. So let me tell you what my experience has been like and why it works for me.

The gym: Burn 60 is owned and operated by Kasseem and Michelle. Both are incredibly warm people; you immediately feel like a friend rather than a client. The facilities wood beams feel modern and beautiful. The bathroom is spacious and has some basic amenities (e.g., plastic bag for sweaty clothes, tampons, hair ties). The facilities also have a water refill station, cubbies for your belongings, and they supply towels during class (trust me, you are going to SWEAT). No shower on site of which I am aware. Regarding parking, I usually attend early morning sessions when parking is wide open; I am not sure about the other hours, but there is ample meter parking in the area. Always read the parking signs. If you come in the early mornings, the meter is free.

The class: Absolutely no filler. Cardio and strength the entire time. You will dread coming to the gym because you know you are about to put in serious work, but you will leave feeling rejuvenated, strong, and empowered. Classes are always different, which keeps things fresh and free of monotony. Classes are slightly smaller (my perspective?), but it does seem to make things more manageable for the instructor, allowing Kasseem to really focus on each client (e.g., make individual adjustments, note safety/health concerns, etc.). I have never felt in danger of accident or injury. The music is VERY GOOD; I would say its usually hip hop/progressive rap that gets you feeling like you can take on the world.

The instructor: Kasseem understands how to challenge people’s perceptions of their own abilities. I notice I often underestimate how much I can lift or squat or am in a head space where I am trying to skate by with doing “just enough” to go unnoticed in class. (You know those days. The ones where you go into autopilot and do the bare minimum.) Unfortunately, nothing gets by Kasseem. Instead, he is going to actively challenge you and your expectations. He is bringing you heavier weights, having you do extra sets, or bumping up your speed on a treadmill by another .2 or .3. Not torture you (I think). But because he knows you can do it. He pushes your mental and physical boundaries, but not too much. Just enough to make you realize you were limiting yourself all along.

Something about the way in which Kasseem instructs feels as though it comes from a very genuine, authentic place. That resonates highly with me. I am not a fan of classes where the instructor gives long-winded speeches about “manifesting” or “positive affirmations,” “embracing the day,” and “vibes.” Or the instructor that is reading the workout off their phone without making eye contact. That is not what I am looking for. I want a class instructor who has the very attributes I see in Kasseem: attentive, responsive, straight-forward, firm but funny, genuine, and friendly.

A strange thing to comment on but it might be informative to someone who hates muddled or muffled instructions; Kasseem speaks with clarity and good volume. Also, his instructions are well-timed.

In summary, you are getting small-group, personalized training from an authentic instructor at a phenomenal studio run by an outstanding pair. A guaranteed endorphin high - you will leave feeling spectacularly strong and confident AF.

Burn 60 is by far the BEST workout in LA. It's a drive for me to get to the studio, but I do it because it's well worth my time. What I love is the diversity and quality of workouts ranging from strength to conditioning, which help me excel and reduce injury potential. This is the best gym I've found since being in LA. The owners, Kaseem & Michelle, are welcoming and motivating. The class is a HIIT class where the exercises alternate between cardio and strength training. The studio doesn't have a cookie-cutter feel, like many LA gyms – the space is clean and open and has a fun, energizing vibe. I have experience with a lot of gyms across the country. From the very beginning, Burn60 raises the bar on truly caring about their customers, prospective and current.

I researched several gyms in the LA-area. I stumbled across Burn60 because of their high review ratings. I shared my information on their website to learn more. Immediately, Michelle reached out. She made time to discuss with me all about the gym, the various memberships, and asked me what my goals were so that she could help guide me with the best option for what I was looking for. As a former college athlete, I have spent years training and am confident in my ability to push myself. Going to Burn60 has shown me how much further I can push myself. Kasseem has been an amazing trainer, who not only challenges each person individually, but is so invested in his clients that he spends extra time with each person in and after class to push them further than they thought.

In addition to class time, Kasseem offers small group or individual sessions. Attending a private lesson has helped my lifting immensely. Kasseem has helped me diagnose issues with my form and has worked to help me strengthen weakness in one of my hips, helping me attain a near perfect squat form.

I recommend anything taught by Kasseem because nothing matters more to him than helping his clients reach peak performance.

Burn60 is the best workout studio in Los Angeles. Kasseem and the other trainers know how to get you into SHAPE. Classes are small and the trainers provide 1:1 coaching throughout the classes to ensure that you are pushing yourself, but with the correct form. I’ve tried myriad other workout classes in Los Angeles and most other instructors don’t care to ensure you’re lifting weights and doing body weight exercises properly. I love this studio and cannot sing its praises highly enough!!! Kasseem and Michelle have set up such an amazing studio and I've never seen personal results quite like I have with Burn.

First, the studio is decked out with a broad variety of well-kept and well-cleaned equipment. The classes are typically a mix of cardio (treadmills, ski machines) and strength training (free weights, TRX bands, etc.), and the workouts are always mixed up and never feel repetitive. I had never used a ski machine prior to Burn, and it's been a game changer to my upper body strength.

Second, the class sizes are kept on the smaller side, which is a huge plus. Unlike at other big, impersonal studios where I may be in a class with at least fifteen other people, at Burn I essentially feel like I'm getting a semi-personal trainer who is aware of and tending to my needs, limitations, and goals.

Finally, Kasseem is one of the best trainers in town. He makes an effort to get to know his clients, genuinely cares about their health and fitness concerns, and has created a supportive and judgment-free environment to work on your fitness goals. I started his classes a year and a half ago, with the goal of losing a little weight and regaining what little strength I had prior to the pandemic. With consistency and support from Burn, my entire body composition has changed so much. On top of losing weight, I'm stronger than I've ever been.

Long story short, TAKE THESE CLASSES! They've improved my health and fitness tenfold. And if everything above isn't enough, all you need to know is my dad who has no filter said "look who got buff!" the last time I saw him. (See? RESULTS!)

Burn 60 is my favorite studio to take classes. I was so excited when I learned they were opening back up again under Kasseem’s ownership. The new studio is amazing and even has a personal training area. They still have the treadmills but added ski ergs, such a good touch especially for less impact but still great cardio. Kasseem is far and beyond the best trainer I have ever attended classes with. His energy is welcoming and friendly. He puts on an intense but fun class and truly takes the time to get to know you and understand your fitness goals. I know every time I take one of his classes I’m going to leave feeling accomplished. THE BEST STUDIO AND TRAINER EVER!!! I first discovered Burn 60 and Kasseem from ClassPass in 2014, and quickly realized that I HAD to have an unlimited membership ASAP! I have tried SO many workouts in LA and was so tired of the inconsistency and lack of knowledgeable/caring trainers. Not only is the studio so aesthetically pleasing and clean, it's the perfect mix of strength training and HIIT (treadmills, skiergs, weights, bike) where you are pushed to your full potential. Kasseem checks on you during class so your form is right and you aren't lost with movements to prevent injuries. He also sticks around after class to answer any questions/provide stretch recommendations if anything is bothering you. Michelle is so helpful at the front desk and can help with anything you need!

For the past 8 years, Kasseem has shown up to EVERY class with a big smile, positive vibes, and encouragement - always ready to make sure you leave with a crazy sweat & feeling accomplished! Through every stage of my life (preparing for events, my wedding, pregnancy, post-partum) he has taken the time to amp things up / make modifications - to the point I could safely continue strength training and HIIT 9 months pregnant! There is a reason I drive 30 miles (each way) to workout at Burn60 Studios 3x/week. I used to be a ClassPass member and tried a bunch of differrent HIIT gyms but nothing compares to the vibe I get with Burn60. I decided an unlimited membership with Burn60 was the way to go and have never looked back.

The staff are great, the trainers are encouraging and energetic, and the facility is really nice. Small class style gym that mixes treadmills with free weight workouts. These classes really push my endurance and will absolutely get your heart pumping. If you need modifications, the trainers take care of you.

I don't believe there are showers but there are two bathrooms with small amenities, courtesy phone chargers, water fountain, and towels (sounds weird but I've been to a few gyms in LA that don't provide towels)
