Busy Bee is my happy place! I could not recommend this place more. My go to classes are Power Flow and HIGH fit. I have taken almost every class the studio offers and I’ve loved each one. Every instructor cares deeply about their practice and they are all so kind. The owner also really cares about the community and how the studio and its people fit into the community which I really like.

Busy Bee is the best! I’ve tried most all of the classes and can tell you that they are formulated for all fitness levels. The instructors are welcoming and it feels like you are at class with your best friends. The Busy Bee community is so loving and inclusive - so glad to be a part of it.

Visiting from out of state. The ambiance of this studio is extremely peaceful. The owner Katrina has done an excellent job creating this space. It is minimalist and absolutely gorgeous. (I would love her to do the interior design of my own home!). I took a restorative yin class with Tracy. The class was just what my body needed. Tracy guided the class into a few poses I had not done before, and they were very relaxing. The owner and Tracy are friendly & welcoming! There is also a small boutique style yoga “shop” that is connected to the studio. The shop sells high quality products, from local handmade serums, to gorgeous colors of lululemon yoga pants, exercise bras & comfortable shirts. I purchased a soft sage colored pair of yoga pants, and cozy beige bra- a tranquil color combination! Consider mindfully shopping small businesses such as this one; it is an amazing asset to the community! This studio is classy, without the elitist attitude of some studios. I travel for work, and try to find a yoga class wherever I am. This is the best studio I have visited in the USA. Well done, Katrina! It was a pleasure to talk with you- you made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend. I appreciate you.
