I’ve been working with Brandon for just over a month, and I’m already seeing noticeable changes in my body. He consistently pushes me to strength levels I didn’t even know I was capable of, and I always leave each session feeling accomplished and energized. What’s made the biggest difference is how much he’s helped me stay motivated. I genuinely want to show up for myself at the gym every day now. I’ve worked with Brandon for almost 5-6 months now and he has taught me so much after i have already been a gym goer for 3+ years. He has shown me for mods that i had never noticed i had off before and his workouts are always different and the style is constantly changing so it’s always fresh. He also provides meal plans and weekly check ins to make sure you are on track with ur goals . 10/10 recommend him

I’d been wanting to get back to the gym, but it always felt too hard to start. One day, I saw Brandon’s video aimed at educators, and it felt like he was speaking directly to me. He motivated me to put the same effort into myself that I pour into my classroom. Every session, he pushes me and little by little, I’ve been amazed at what my body can actually do. Consistency and a great trainer are truly game changers. And as a bonus… he’s pretty fun to be around (especially with all his recording and interviews)!

Been working with this guy from almost 2 years. I have seen massive progress since i started. He will help you build the habit, learn the workout, and help you with your macros and nutrition. Every training program is individualized and not like a generic plan you will get online. If you’re serious about getting in shape and achieving your fitness goal, hire this guy. He genuinely wants you to be a better version of you and not rip you off with your money.

What can I say… Brandon has helped me out so much and has been super flexible with my crazy schedule—especially with those early morning sessions. As a busy mom, that means everything. Working out with him has improved my confidence, I’ve gained so much knowledge working with him. Brandon is, kind, friendly and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better trainer! If you’re new to working out, need a plan, or just a extra push he’s your guy !

can’t say enough great things about my trainer! Brandon is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. Every session is challenging but fun, and I’ve seen real progress both physically and mentally since starting.
