My experience at this gym was great overall. Training staff and everyone there are really nice and are really dedicated to put in the work as am I. Caleb is a phenomenal trainer and really puts in the work and time to keep me motivated. I will be looking forward to make even better progress ahead with him as my trainer.

I’m about a month in working out with Caleb and this is what I can say. Caleb is very good with motivation and making you feel at home at the gym, a feeling I’ve never felt at any gym. Caleb is very good at demonstrating the right techniques to not only do the exercises correctly but also to keep you safe from injury. If you are looking for a great personal trainer, Caleb will exceed your expectations! I highly recommend Caleb for your Personal Trainer needs.

Caleb is one of the best, motivating, and uplifting Trainer’s out there. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone who sees you for you and wants to genuinely make a difference in your well being physically & mentally. He makes all the workouts fun but makes sure you’re leaving the gym as a success. Also sets up a meal/workout plan for you when you go home which is an extra plus! Very communicative and consistent when it comes to checking up on you. What more can I say?! He is endearing !

I’ve been training with Caleb Bailey consistently since March 2025, and I can honestly say he’s made a huge impact on my fitness journey. From the very beginning, Caleb took the time to really get to know me—not just my fitness level, but also who I am as a person. He asked thoughtful questions to understand my goals, strengths, and even how I perceived my own limitations. That personal approach laid the foundation for everything we've accomplished since.

Before working with Caleb, I felt like I had hit a plateau. He helped me set realistic, meaningful goals—and encouraged me to reach beyond what I thought was possible. What I appreciate most is how supportive he is. He always takes the time to point out my progress and celebrate even the small wins, which has kept me motivated and consistent.

As a nurse, I’ve also learned valuable tips from him on proper body mechanics that I now use every day at work. He’s created bootcamps that make fitness approachable and has helped people ease into their routines with confidence.

Our weekly sessions became something I truly looked forward to, and now I train with him twice a week because the experience has been that good. I feel stronger, more confident, and more mindful in my everyday life—all thanks to Caleb’s knowledge, encouragement, and genuine care.

Very professional, organized, and dedicated to his job. These sessions have made going to the gym a much easier experience. Caleb offers plenty of workout and meal plans along with working within your schedule. Since following his regiment, my goals are much closer met compared to my usual routine. I highly recommend Caleb as a trainer.

I love working with Caleb! Perfect balance of pushing you and understanding/empathetic to your limits. Self Made Training Facility as a gym exceeds my expectations. The aesthetic colors, the immaculate lighting, the overall cleanliness, the vast range of equipment and the friendly, but motivating energy that’s cultivated create an amazing experience. However, what really sold it for me was my trainer Caleb. Im already an experienced lifter, but you never know what you can learn from others. Caleb helped answer questions and make tweaks to things I could not figure out for the life of me. It’s made such a world of difference in how I go about my workouts now. If you’re trying to take it to the next level, Caleb is definitely your guy!

I love working out with Caleb. Great sessions and he is always supporting your technique and pushing you to go beyond and above. In addition, the communication with Caleb is nice and easy something that I truly appreciate. The gym where Caleb trains, Self Made Training Facility, has a great machines, but it has an awesome vibe. You can feel how everyone is doing their best when they are training.
