Great gym to get away and actually get down to business. The people are friendly, but not to chatty which is a plus. The equipment is versatile and nicely spread out. The staff overall very polite. I would recommend. Abc financial although is roothless. Never give up, never surrender.

DO NOT SIGN UP! If you try to cancel your membership at the gym they give you a card, when you call they tell you you have to put the request through the mail. They even have a website for tracking your payments with no option to cancel. They make it intentionally difficult to leave it. I have to change my card# to stop payments. They will send you to collections.

Been at this gym since day 1 which is many years! Gym is spacious with wide variety of free weights and machines just about everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. The results you gain comes from what you put in! I would disregard most of the negative comments. If your looking for a perfect gym, you’ll never find it!! Lots of Good people workout here and good staff!

They would not give any membership details over the phone and insisted that I come to the gym in person. I’m not inclined to waste 20 minutes of my time coming there to have someone try selling me something in person. I’m not sure who came up with this predatory marketing tactic - but one thing I know for sure - I’m not coming to the gym after this conversation.

If they’re making it this difficult to find out any information right off the bat, I’m not even interested in checking if those other one star reviews about the gym being dirty and the contracts being ambiguous are true.

There’s a 24 Hour Fitness down the road and at least they are transparent with their pricing.

It is sad and very unprofessional knowing when a business isn't teaching their employees how to handle and manage a situation specially when a minor is involved. Yesterday my niece went to complain/ cancel a membership that she did not do with her bank card. She was treated poorly to the point that one of their staff was threatening her. This isn't right nor ok in all different levels

Been my gym for over 5 years. Give as good as it gets - we all struggled. As in anyone in a cycle - we have our ups and downs. I stuck to it because there is good people there - no hassles with members or staff, and the equipment is 98% up at all times for the majority of the years I been there. If there is an issue - raise it up so it's addressed and they usually get to it fairly quick. So all good here.

The ONLY gym I can think of that stayed open during most of the Covid BS.... just on that alone gets my double thumbs up. Plenty of equipment to choose from. Plenty of steel plate weights. Very few times when I had to wait for a station because it was in use. Have yet to see a station not in working order. They have water-massage tables for after your workout. Easy to find.... plenty of parking. Management there is doing a very good job overall .... and cost was less than what other gyms charge.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Hard to cancel the membership. I thought that I cancel it and it turns out that it takes 30 days from the day they receive your LETTER of cancelation. They are still charging me and charged me for a renewal fee. I asked for a refund on the renewal fee but got denied even though I haven't set foot at the gym in over a year.

This place is horrific! It was bad prior to COVID 19 so going back for me is not Updated review: Within the last few days I made a few visits and the gym looks soooo much cleaner. Still feel the cancellation process very difficult. Looks like the website was down so that made the process more difficult, but hopefully it is back up.ABC FINANCIAL is who handles cancellations and any questions.

One of the most poorly managed gyms. Trainers are unqualified and facilities are disgusting. Constantly urine all over the floors and machines are not maintained. Also, the people that use this gym are uncomfortable to be around to say the least. Stay away from here. Trust me, you will regret signing up

Special shoutout to Brafford for the tour and getting us signed up. Gym is clean and the best part is that it is not crowded. Great variety of equipment. We had memberships to 24 Hour fitness, Cal Fit, Fitness Evo, Planet Fitness. This one definitely ranks top 2 in regards to: "Get your workout in and go home without having to deal with the crowd most San Jose gyms have"

I walk in to ask about the membership and a man at the front desk gave us a form so he could show us around but I said to him oh I don't have time. I was just asking for membership prices. If you want a gym to just workout then I would highly recommend it. They have lots of machines and I always get in a good workout. If you want a gym to socialize, sit on machines and message people then I would recommend 24 hour fitness.

Worse customer services and membership plan. To let you know that I am deaf. I asked it for a month of using gym because I am college student and only need a temporary of one month using gym. Basically, I am on summer break. They said they cannot, but they can cancel it after second month which I was okay with it. However, before second month, I tried to e-mail to customer services to cancel the plan at first. They never answer me back for a week… So my family called it and told us that I have to send a letter to department of financial which I did. I wait for like nearly 2 weeks and got it in really late notify. While at that time, I was charge for it. My family decided to call the department of financial again and asked for a refund. They said by my contact that I must pay the second month. I was sort upset, but end up accept with it. They also will cancel it soon. BUT guess what happen next? They charged me again in THIRD month. I thought they did cancel it. Now I’m very upset and disappointment. I hope I could get my money back and did not want to write a letter again. I don’t know why I have to write a letter and send to financial.

Funny thing is that they never told me it has student memberships?! Wow what a surprise… Never ever go there again.

The interior gym was okay… Not sure if they have air conditioning. The weight equipment was on the floor. They didn’t put them back where they belong to. I would say that it RIPPED me off…

This place has a quality amount of machines therefore the two stars, except everything else about the place is horrid. If your only there to work out and get it over with its not too shabby unless you need to use half of the equipment. Then your out of luck because it spends most of its time broken. Also don't plan on going without calling ahead. They love to screw with their customers and close whenever they feel the need to save a couple bucks on electricity. So if you enjoy working out or want to learn more about working out. Go to a place more welcoming and a place that doesn't pick their own hours weekly.

It's a great gym. It doesn't get crowded. They have a variety of exercise equipment. The group classes are wonderful. My favorite is the sauna and the hydro-massage beds. Definitely recommend

I wish I could give it negative stars!!!! I called in advance and asked if I could come in and check out the facility as I am moving from modesto. A day pass means free. If they just told me on the phone that I would have to pay i would come prepared. Unfortunately they didn't and I had to ruin my whole day because of that. This Bradford guy was extremely rude and threatful...he tried to scare me at first but when I was arguing back he called his "manager" and started talking rubbish about me. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I can't believe they hire crazy maniacs like him! I really hope they get out of business. It's not about the money it's about the way they lie to get people in to scare them into giving them money. No customer service and they definitely don't interview before hiring anyone. I need CEOs number that's how upset they have made me.
