Training with Camryn changed my life! I came to her as a complete gym novice, wanting to increase my mobility and functional fitness. Camryn is a fantastic personal trainer and coach. She cares deeply about her clients which is apparent by how she listens deeply, asks great questions and is able to use that to create plans that are individualize. This makes Camryn uniquely able to adjust to her clients and their needs. Camryn has a depth of knowledge in her health coaching and fitness coaching, and is continuously willing to research, learn and use this to enhance her coaching.
