I have been bringing my kids here for two months. I must say Coach Kamm and Coach Brandon are the Best!! Their enthusiasm and dedication to teach these kids is beyond words. My daughter loves it and always looks forward to her boxing classes. I’ve seen my son go from not knowing anything to learning his stand, jabs and much more. I love their energy and most important their passion to teach the kids. They make it fun and get down to business a combination of both makes it perfect.

I've taken a few boxing classes in other gyms in the past and Cannonnation Boxing is the best boxing gym I've been to, by far. From my first class, Coach Kammm and Coach Brandon were very welcoming. Knowing Coach Brandon's background as an elite fighter already gave me supreme confidence in his knowledge, and I learn a ton in each training session with him. Also as a person he is very down-to-earth and hilarious - His positive energy and humor definitely makes the tough training sessions really fun. Coach Kammm is excellent at what she does as well, and explains the techniques in a way that is very easy to understand and implement. When I requested feedback on my progress, I was surprised by how available both coaches were to answer my questions and to take the time to give very detailed feedback and advice. Overall the atmosphere is fun, everyone - amateur fighters to beginners - are very supportive and friendly, and the sessions are effective - I never imagined I would learn this much in just a couple of months. Strongly recommend this gym to anyone interested in boxing

I’ve been coming/training here for 3 months now, & I promise you this is the best gym one can find. World class fighter BRANDON ADAMS in your ear giving you knowledge & experience that’s worth way more than the cost of the monthly membership, and the one and only COACH KAM the voice & soul of the gym, who puts you through the ringer & doesn’t let you miss a step, regardless of your experience level. The greatest part about this gym is that each fighter/student/client is genuinely treated the same. With care & expectations of giving 100%. No egos. No attitude, an honest COMMUNITY. So many talented and future talented boxers here, all levels.

Worst part about this gym is that it isn’t open 24/7. Hence the 4/5 stars.

I’ll start with a brief summary for those that prefer a short read. Contacted this place which I thought was amazing but boy was I wrong. The person who has been my contact, coach Kammmm is VERY disorganized and unprofessional. She must have asked me a dozen times what service I had already paid for even though we had already agreed on what we were paying for. Cancelled first class due to an emergency but I had to get it out of her instead of her messaging me about it. Cancelled 2nd class again short notice and I had to be the one to bring it out of her instead of her notifying me. Pretty much felt like I had to babysit her for the job SHE should be doing. Asked for my refund and. No reply the day of asking. Next day she posts on instagram but still no reply to me so I text her again. Goes to say I’m in the process of waiting on this lady to give me back my money for a service I never got. I’ll be posting again with the details for those that care to know and the outcome of this unpleasant situation. Very inconsiderate for people’s time and extremely irresponsible as an adult running a business. Hopefully this post helps those looking into joining this club. Can’t say anything about the training because my girls never got to go. She might have been the best for training but it’s definitely not worth the hassle I’m going through right now.
And of course I’ll get a reply to this message asking to contact the same number they have been giving others that gave a bad review but I don’t want it. All I can say is just GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. That’s all I want at this point.

For months I would go through Coach Kam's Instagram watching her posts to make sure this was something I truly wanted to do! Her style, dedication, and toughness was something I appreciated so much and gave me the motivation I needed! I needed a HUGE push to keep my 🍑 in check... and this is EXACTLY what she does! She does not come to play! Yes there are MANY styles of coaching, however her approach isn't for the weak! That is something that I believe people get misunderstood! She believes in EVERY SINGLE SOUL that walks through her doors, which is why she trains us the way she does! She dedicates all of her time to us and does the absolute best she can to make her rounds every single class! Remember, there is only ONE of her!
I am so greatful for her and all her AMAZING staff for helping me out! I know with her and this gym, I will definitely reach my goals in no time! Kam, thank you for your patience and time! My family and I are so greatful for your hospitality and motivation! You got yourself 6 happy customers! ❤🙏

Coming into this building was no judgement zone and just focus and very inspiring by coach Kamm and Coach Brandon.
Coach Kam is very strict and very inspiring and helping us be better everyday.
Coach Brandon is very excited to have his gym children there he’s very helpful and very motivating he trains us hard and help us a lot I am very grateful. The gym is always very clean and on point all the time and the parking space is great we don’t struggle for parking there is a PARK, GET READY and BOX 🥊.

I can’t say enough about this gym, especially Coach Kamm & Coach Brandon. The moment I stepped foot in that gym, I knew I was welcomed but I also knew I was going to be challenged. In my first week, I seen a major progression in all aspects of my boxing. They not only teach the physical toughness, but as well as mental toughness. My daughter has been going for 2 days, and not once has she gotten any instructions from any of the coaches. They have their favorites what a shame 😔. My daughter was so excited to join last week, today she didn't want to go today. Hopefully she will have a better day at tomorrow's practice.

Great experience. She conditioned my fast twitch muscles with various boxing related workouts and sharpened my inside fighting style. Highly recommend and Brandon works well with All gym members. Brandon is constantly working with all members at the gym and sharing his expertise. Both coaches are very personable and have all the knowledge and expertise to create a complete fighter.

As a parent who wants the best for their child I’m always looking for ways to better my kids and prepare them for the future. Boxing is a sport that will teach them hard work and discipline. That’s why CANNONNATION has blown me away with their hard work and dedication to their students. They’re open 7 days a week! No days off! I love the respect and the dedication they have for this sport and I would never put my boys anywhere else but here with them! They have patience and really work with your kid. Cannonnation is a great gym for weekend warriors like me who like to be around pros. We even get to train with pro fighters on how to punch and move. I’m one of the old guys but the youngsters welcomed me and my son into the pack. We’re football players and boxing is the perfect cross training workout for all athletes and weekend warriors like me.

I started coming to Cannonnation a few weeks ago and immediately loved it. Coach Kammmm and Brandon "Cannon" Adams are the exact kind of coaches I was looking for - tough with high expectations, but also kind and ready to explain to you how to improve what you're doing and why.

Cannonnation is a high quality boxing gym with elite coaches in a safe environment. Coach Kam and Coach Brandon love what they do and are excellent at it. Gym members are treated with respect at all levels; from the kids to the professionals.
After training with the coaches for only one month, my son won his amateur bout. They gave him the confidence and support needed to compete in the highly competitive LBC33 circuit.
If you are a fighter, you will be receiving training at a championship level. If you are not a fighter and want an intense but super fun workout, you have to try the group sessions! And if you have a child interested in learning boxing fundamentals, the care and attention they will receive is awesome. I highly recommend trying out a class, you'll definitely want to join after!
