Great course. Played on a Saturday afternoon and my group (4 of us) played with no one in front of us so pace of play couldn’t have been better. It’s a fun course with lots of hazards to go over, very hilly, with some dog legs too. If I lived closer I’d play here on a weekly basis. Only slight inconvenience was the snack shop at the turnaround closing pretty early. All staff members very friendly and chill

Had my daughter’s wedding here. The event coordinator Tom was wonderful! The staff was on top of their game. The requested decorations were perfect. The night was seamless. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re considering a wedding here. Let me be the first to tell you “do it”. We had 100 guests and the room was just right for it. Tom and his crew were very methodical about every single aspect which contributed to the evening’s success. The food! Omg! It was as exactly as we had tasted and decided on. I was concerned because it was buffet style, but rest assured the food was as promised. Hats off to the chef and his staff too!! The view of the golf course was amazing as well. If I had to do it all over again, it would be here!!!

I scheduled golf times for me and my group of seniors and Veterans. One of my Veterans fell I'll the day of our golf. Canyon Crest saw it appropriate to charge his fees to my credit card because I was the one that included him. I cation fellow golfers, be careful booking your reservations, if your buddies fall ill and miss their tee time, it will cost you. They have no Empathy or compassion!!!!

A fairly decent municipal course. I wouldn’t have bothered with the review but we paid $120. Worth less than half- truly. Sub par course condition. Almost bad. No cart service and the snack shack was locked up like it was COVID- on Super-Bowl Sunday. Something good came out of it- tho- We found MADRE’S Brunch!!! Off the HOOK!!!! Go There. Less than 3 miles away.

This is such a beautiful place to have a wedding. They met all my expectations and more, from the beautiful views to the service. Megan and Andrea were wonderful people and they helped me immensely. The food was good! Everyone enjoyed the wedding, and if you’re looking for a place the price is definitely right. They charge per person and food is included in that price. No additional fees.

Played it today and last year. It's now semi private and looks to be in a state of disrepair compared to the last time I played when it was private. Greens, fairways and tee boxes are fine, just looks rough around the edges now, especially the club house and pro shop. The course was also pretty much empty too, but that was fine by me. It's a fun track with some very challenging holes from the tips - 450 uphill par four into the wind, which I birdied! And the four par 3s are 175 - 205 yards. I finished 18 in 2:15 hours, teeing off at 10:45 a.m. I got a good rate on golfnow so it was worth it to me.

New management has forced me to update this review. Front of house manager Crystal is a terrible manager, kicking us out mid service once, fired our server half way through dinner, and even got her car repo'd from the parking lot. She has invited potential wedding clients and then left before their appointment to decide if they wanted to use the facilities for their wedding.
General manager Travis has a lot to answer for. A lot of the members have been essentially forced to quit because of the way they have been treated.

All in all, I would recommend going anywhere else for golf or food.

Edit: they have fired the two troublesome managers and have adjusted a bit. No longer do they offer dinner and they need more staff. Furthermore, they were out of a significant amount of items on the menu and alcohol options were limited due to being out as well. Bumping the rating up a star. Better, but needs more help still.

I just had my wedding at the country club and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. I had no complaints. It was a very hot day and the staff always had a positive attitude. They made sure the bride and groom were comfortable and were very attentive. Thank you to the chef to the amazing food, thank you Travis for accommodating our needs, and thank you to Megan and Juan for being so attentive and kind. Words can't express how pleased I still am on how smooth my wedding went and for the staff at the country club made it happen! Will definitely host future events there.

I had an amazing time playing this course (5/30)! Well worth $69 for a Thursday morning. Course was in great shape, greens were tight and fast, and it seems that they were actively improving the course by watering throughout the day and adding fresh, white sand to bunkers. Dont listen to the haters in the reviews, highly recommended and will be back ASAP!

reply: appreciate the response... I tried to give it another chance on two occasions. First, was at the RCC Tiger Backers fundraiser two weeks ago and, most recently, yesterday (Saturday) for regular play. I was double charged at the bar and had to contact your billing manager to reimburse the fee and yesterday we were told by your marshall (a Hispanic gentleman) to speed up our play as we were playing too slow. I don't believe he noted that we were right behind the group in front of us and weren't holding up play. We paid $109 for the green fee and didn't expect to be told to speed up.

This is a park course, partly hilly and some water as well. The staff was very friendly. The greens were good. Hole 12 was reduced to par 3 due the flooding / mud. Otherwise the course was dry. Some blind holes. The pace of play was OK.

1050 tee time course was wide open got out a bit early. Very pleased with that. This course is an old school throwback.older but kept up and I was pleasantly surprised. Greens were fantastic best in the inland empire period. Not a long course so keeping it on the fairways is advisable. Finished under 3 hrs can’t beat that. I would play again when the price is right. Had the steak salad and it was just ok. Kind of tough and fatty, nothing spectacular with only salad greens. Felt sorry for our waitress because she was the only one and we had a group of about 15. There was another server but he was helping our waitress occasionally. Short-staffed? Best thing was our group and the view was spectacular. We're going to give it a few more tries to see how it goes. Oh, and being sat next to the Bunco group was so distracting!

We recently held our annual charity golf tournament at CCCC. The golf course needed a little TLC prior to the event and the staff did everything they could to prep the course prior to our event. The staff was extremely helpful. The golf pro was professional and knowledgeable. The event coordinator was very helpful and worked tirelessly to ensure our event was a success. [16 handicap, 60 yo. ]Poorly maintained for a private country club. About the level of an average municipal course. Greens were just punched. Fairways were thin, rough was irregular with some bare spots but mostly too thick. Sand had grass growing into them about 2 to 3 inches -- unraked and a few had standing water. Carts were old and my gps was frozen. No food - 10th tee was closed. Not great.

I went to a surprise party at this location for my aunt's 60th birthday. It is a beautiful venue located in Riverside canyon crest area. It is a great space to host weddings, birthdays, or really any social event. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. We had a banquet buffet that was displayed elegantly and had great flavor. The outside had a covered patio with tables and chairs, surrounded with flowers and greenery, and a well kept lawn for golf. I would highly recommend this place for any event. The only issue I had was the temperature. It was very hot inside of the venue and they had multiple fans on inside. Our event was at 7pm at night but it was California summer night. Everyone inside was sweating and talking about the heat. It sucks when you get your hair and makeup done and your sweating a bunch even when your sitting down. That definitely took away from enjoying the event a little, but overall I had a great time.

Unfortunately cancelled my membership here today. The new administration has significantly increased fees prices and is not improving the club. The health and safety of those that use the pool is not be attended to, as the "heated pool" is freezing.

My son is in the shark swimming teach. The coach there are great, Shannon, Grace. But recently, the club management has been very strange. Starting this year, they increase the membership fee by 10% and require us to spend a $300 miminum on food and beverage quarterly. What is even worse, they lower the pool water tempature and kids cannot even swim at all!! Are they doing this on purpose to push their members away? Is this ridiculous?

Canyon Crest Country Club recently went through an ownership change and it has been the worst transtion imaginalble. We've been members for quite some time and enjoyed our time there with family and friends. Recently, the new owner has increased pricing, charged additional fees/ penalties withouth notice, canceled programs, added quarterly food/beverage costs, closed the golf cart gate so members can no longer take carts to the parking lot to load/unload clubs. Further, the communication from staff regarding changes has been horrid. I spoke to management and they don't seem to understand the logic behind some of these change, price increases. In addition, I was told today that I will have to install a GPS system to utilize my own golf cart. Green fess have increased as well. I am cancelling my account posthaste. bummed.

Where do I even begin..... we joined so that my children could swim on their swim team since their normal team was closed due to Covid. I was hesitant to join because we had just paid them a ridiculous amount of money on my grandpas account. He was a member for 20+ years and they charged him for months after his death- putting charges that weren't possible (since he was not even mobile at the end)on his account.

The club is pretty run down- hasn't been remodeled in a long time- and we don't golf. However, Coach Shannon is awesome and made it worth the 170/month. Now my kids have started school and soccer and it doesn't make sense to keep our membership when they can't make it to practice very often. Knowing that you must cancel 30 days in advance - I sent an email the morning of 10/2. I had paid my dues automatically through September and anticipated being charged for October. I received a "final statement" saying I owe for August-October- and will be charged for November as well! They said that when ownership changed - they stopped using the service that was taking my payments. Told me that I needed to contact that company and try to get reimbursed. I told them it seemed ridiculous that I would double pay for months at a club we hadn't even attended. I asked why I would be charged for November and was told that my 30 days would be up on 11/1 which is when statements go out for the next month. Seriously?? Knowing I'm trying to cancel and that I'm already being double charged - you're gonna charge me another month?!? I was also told my account will stay active until I repay them for these months (which I have to look into but am pretty sure is not legal).

I would definitely not join this club! If you're already a member here- check your statements every month and don't trust them to have your best interest at heart or be above adding frivolous charges. It's all about the money with them. No morals/character/customer service!!!!

Arrived late for party by about 2 hours. I was served lunch late because I was very late, but it was hot and fresh. Service was great. Food salmon, asparagus and mash potatoes were delicious. I don't know who made the cake, but it was the best cake I've had in years. I parked in handicapped parking but I still had to walk down two steep flights of stairs. Didn't like that much. When you get to the bottom of the stairs there is more handicapped parking, but it was full, so I couldn't have parked there.

CCCC is full of friendly golfers that love golf, tennis, and a cool pool. Course was in good shape and the greens were running nicely. Definitely an oldie but goodie.
