I had a workout session with Ade, he is very attentive to detail and client oriented. He makes sure to push you to your limit but not overdo it which I appreciated. He is also very encouraging and will meet you at your current fitness level. When he sees any issues with your form he corrects them right away which is very helpful because if you don’t understand he will demonstrate and thoroughly explain. Overall I recommend his services!
