I absolutely LOVE this gym. As someone who really hated gym culture for many reasons and felt so intimated by it, that is saying a lot. The owners are great and they are always super helpful. I even asked if they had a specific set of weight one day, they didn’t next thing I know I got a message that what I was requesting has been ordered and is on its way! Talk about customer service! I love that is it a members only gym! It is always CLEAN and the members all have so much respect for the facility which says a lot about how they operate! I have met some really awesome people being here also. They recently set up a self check out snack station filled with quick protein options which is super cool. It is truly my favorite place.

Thank you to the owner of this gym who helped me when I recently moved to Santa Clarita and was looking for a clean, safe and stocked gym. This gym is small but mighty - it has everything you need to get a powerful workout in peacefully without being disturbed. I’ve been going to Carbon Fit Lab for a long time, and I couldn’t be happier! One of the things I love most is that it’s never overcrowded, allowing my workouts to be both peaceful and productive. The LED lights create such a cool vibe, giving the space a modern and motivating atmosphere. Another standout feature is the security. The locked door, accessible only to members with a keycard, makes me feel safe and adds a sense of exclusivity. On top of that, Britany, the owner, is incredibly friendly and approachable, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. I have never been so impressed with a gym. It truly sets the standard for what a fitness space should be!

I want to start by saying I have been a member at some point to most of the large gym chains in the area. A friend at work suggested I check this place out because I was trying to find a more low-key gym that wasn’t super crowded all the time and didn’t have a crowd of people that constantly would bother me and make me feel uncomfortable. I emailed Britany to schedule a tour and she responded right away! Within 5 mins of my tour I signed up, I just got such a good vibe and knew I’d be comfortable here. I’m on day 3 of my membership and have gone every day since signing up, and I haven’t had to wait for any equipment and haven’t been bothered by anyone. Every piece of equipment you need is here, and there’s so many accessories for everything! It’s also extremely clean. You can tell Britany takes pride in her gym, and cares about members. There are just such good vibes here. If you’re someone who takes working out seriously, and want to be able to just do your own thing and get in and out, this is the place for you.

Small but Mighty! Carbon is an escape from traditional gyms. I love the private experience with key card entry and I also love the low lights with hints of neon (helps anyone that is shy with the gym). The gym is always clean and tidy and you can always find what you need!

Love this gym!! It is quiet, private, and so far hasn't felt too crowded. To the reviewer who said LA Fitness only charges $10 per month - LOLLLL!!! I used to have a membership there and I was charged almost quadruple that. Anyway! This place is very competitively priced and you dont have to deal with the tidal waves of people at bigger gyms. Also it's the only gym near my house, and I would happily pay more not to battle all of Santa Clarita's dumb traffic lights any day! 10/10!!

Been going to this Gym for almost three years now and have had no major complaints.

To start, If you are a serious athlete and actually care about working out, value your privacy, and be respected by other gym members this is 100% your go to gym, BUT if you are into social media and spend one hour doing one exercise on one machine to get that perfect shot look elsewhere as filming is banned in this gym. Again, atmosphere is designed for serious athletes and NOT social media influencers.

Owners care about the gym and the members. If you have a concern bring it up to them and they will address it as soon as they can. No gym is perfect and nothing in life is perfect, but Carbon Fit offers the privacy and exclusivity that I need to get my workouts done and go about my day.

Maybe there's an issue I'm not seeing or they arnt taking anymore memberships, but I've been waiting at least a week plus for an email repsonse to tour the facility as stated on the website, so I can sign up afterwards. Seems weird to contact a business multiple times so I can spend my money at their facility, it should be the oppisite. I think Britney should check her emails and maybe even her spam folders, probably other people waiting as well

update - owner is very rude, seems to be entitled, as if everyone should be serving her. Talk about customer service. Sorry your passive income business isn't so passive and you actually have to work. Funny how she replies to my review faster than she replies to her emails. Also Britney isn't incorrect, just not the right spelling compared to her names spelling. I copied and pasted the email on the website. But anyways Britany, I suggest you check your emails as other people are proably waiting, I'll pass on this gym. Glancing at your rules , didn't know gyms could be so strict, content creator membership?..... what a joke hahahahah. This gym is fantastic. I toured it with the owner Britany who is really nice. The vibe is immaculate, their equipment is in excellent condition, and the price is great. I went at what I would think would be a peak time and there weren’t many people in there which means a lot of equipment was open to use! The only reason I didn’t go with this gym is the other gym has powerlifting competitions. I highly recommend checking this place out!!

Perfect gym to get your workouts done. It is clean. Everyone puts the equipment back where it should be. Plates are organized. It has an amazing atmosphere. Yes, it's more expensive than a commercial gym, but the quality is so much higher, the expectations of everyone there is higher. It has a really good gym culture.
Looking for a local gym to support, I can not recommend carbon fit enough.

Great gym.

If you like your privacy and seclusion, choose Carbon and go in the morning, early in the afternoon, or just before they close.

Very clean inside, most of the equipment feels practically brand new, very few things seem like they have major use.

The music played through their speakers is a bit loud but it's consistent and perfectly fine for with the gym atmosphere.

It's a small gym but given how few people are in it at a time, the size is fine. There aren't many squat racks and they are a bit compact. Only one barbell bench press setup, although there is a smith machine that you may bring a bench under, and there are plenty of adjustable benches for dumbbell usage. All the accessories you could need for cables. And, all otherwise equipment is typically plentiful & readily available. If you are picky about machines, e-mail the management and ask if they have what you're looking for, they may not have something you prefer. Although, the management is very friendly and seems to accommodate popular demand for new equipment.

People say the membership is expensive but compared to any other mainstream gym there really isn't much of a price difference. The only real difference in value is with perks; other places will offer guest passes & maybe deals for multiple people, but if you're just an individual signing up, there's no significant difference.

This gym is absolutely worth a shot, and it's super easy to set up an appointment to get a tour!

I've been in just about every gym you can imagine over the last 40 plus years. I've seen everything from hot, humid, rusted out, grungy, hardcore gyms to the super elite, high-end, shiny, perfect yuppie gyms and everything in between. I can't say I'd recommend most of them. Everyone's journey is different, but the owners at Carbon Fit Lab have carved out a very nice niche in the private gym sector. If you're tired of the run of the mill, corporate mega gym franchises or if you're just starting out do yourself a favor and book a tour at Carbon Fit Lab. It's clean, inviting, spacious, with a good variety of new equipment and personalized services and programs. The owners are extremely attentive and will listen to all suggestions and continue to strive to keep their members happy. If you're serious about your fitness journey, then get serious about where you train. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

I have been in gyms religiously for the last 35 years and this is the first time my voice has been heard and my opinion has mattered. Carbon Fit Lab is not owned by a corporation, but rather a couple. Britany has worked tirelessly to create a comfortable workout atmosphere, and has curated the ideal pieces of equipment/attachments to meet any lifter's needs. And if there is something that will make things better, she genuinely wants to know about it. In speaking to her it is clear that the Lab an act of love, more than it is a business.

We are also very fortunate that the membership at large seems to understand and operate to everything that proper gym etiquette is supposed to be. Plates are are always re-racked and the dumbbells in order. The early morning crowd is polite, not chatty, and not occupying equipment while they engage in a drawn out conversation. People are there to do work, and that too adds to the energy of the facility.

Ladies, one of the things I have always hated the most about corporate gym culture is the collection of "creepers." I honestly feel very bad for what your species has to endure from the worst element of my species. I have yet to see an instance at Carbon Fit where an obviously uncomfortable and disinterested female member has had to pleasantly suffer through unsolicited conversation with a lurking male. You will be left alone to get the job done and get on with your life. If you want the assurance that you will be able to workout in peace, Carbon Fit is your home.

If you're done be nothing more than a faceless number and revenue stream packed into a harshly lit cattle paddock with 150 other bags of sweat, I'd enjoin you to come give Carbon Fit Lab an opportunity to show you how joyous an exercise experience can really be. You will be impressed.

Brittany, the gym owner, is super sweet, friendly, and attentive. Her dedication to keeping Carbon Fit Lab in tip-top shape shows how much she cares. She’s up to take suggestions if there isn’t a piece of equipment you’re looking for (which I guarantee you there is). Everything is clean and organized. The bathroom is always spotless. Barbells, dumbbells, plates, and other equipment are always where they’re supposed to be (gym-goers keep it clean). Overall the ambiance is very nice inside. The black with different colored lighting makes it something energetic and out of this world (It feels like a kid Cudi album cover, literally, haha).
All this to say, I’ve been to every gym you can think of in Santa Clarita. But this gym has changed my life around. I used to have major depression and OCD, and I can say this gym gave me the strength to get back up and get a grip on life (no pun intended). So I thank Brittany and Carbon Fit Lab, without them, I don’t know where I would be. :)

Iv been a member 2 months and i love this gym! This gym appeals to me as i can go work out without being bothered by personal trainers or other members, people go to train not chat/ pose. The gym is spotlessly clean even the toilet which is remarkable considering its not staffed during opening hours. Everyone puts their weights back and is respectful. I have worked in gyms for years and managed many gyms myself so i know how hard this is to achieve! Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else!

This place offers such a great atmosphere to workout in. You just have to try it out yourself to get the full experience. I personally don't like the bright lights at other gyms, but something about working out in a dark gym just makes it very relaxing and enjoyable. All of the members have been very clean and respectful there. It's nice to see that no one is hogging a machine and staying glued to their phone instead of working out.

This gym is amazing! Britany, the owner, is so sweet and so responsive to messages. The atmosphere is unlike any gym you’ll ever go to. Not to mention, it’s always freezing cold in the gym which is great considering the 100+ degree weather outside. This gym is a breath of fresh air after being a member of both La Fit and Golds. No insane crowds, no broken equipment. It’s the perfect boutique style gym. I will never become a member of another gym, nothing else will compare!

I love this gym! Plentiful equipment, always clean, it has a fun dark/neon theme, & the owner is super sweet & communicative. It is a bit small compared to other gyms but there has been talk of expanding, so that’s exciting! Regardless of the size, it’s pretty exclusive which I love because that means it’s not usually crowded like a lot of other gyms. Also I love that the windows are blacked out because I always catch people trying to look inside & I don’t really want a stranger watching me workout, especially since it’s next door to a Starbucks so there’s always people around. There is a lot of cardio equipment, free weights, machines, cable machines (I think 2), & barbells/squat racks! It’s more expensive than Gold’s or LA Fit but less expensive than Afterburn so it meets nicely in the middle. Haven’t had any negative experiences so far & don’t think I will! Highly recommend :)
