I’ve been coming to Carrie’s for about nine months and I love it. It’s not your typical Pilates class, it’s much tougher. As a former athlete, it’s unlike any workout I’ve ever done. It’s low impact but high results. All the instructors are great which isn’t usually the case with a class based gym. Give it a try, you’ll love it!

I recently started taking classes at Carrie’s Pilates in Rancho Santa Margarita and I’m hooked! The studio is spotless and has a fresh, modern vibe that makes working out feel motivating. Carrie and her team are incredibly welcoming—they take time to explain the moves and offer personal adjustments so you’re doing everything safely and effectively.

I love this place! It's a great workout and everyone is super friendly. Every instructor brings their own vibe and twist to the class, but every workout has legs, upper body and core in the 45 minute class. It's not just a boring slow Pilates class. You will leave feeling accomplished and like you really worked your muscles. I've been coming for a few months and I already feel stronger and more toned. The owners have created a great community of instructors and members and the studio is super clean and welcoming. I highly recommend doing a class with Brooke...you will leave you feeling strong, motivated and like you can accomplish anything. Francesca's cardio burn class on Saturday mornings is another great one!!

I’ve tried a lot of different fitness classes, but this Pilates reformer class in RSM is truly something special. The studio is welcoming, clean, and beautifully set up, and from the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging, always making sure you’re using proper form and offering adjustments when needed.
The workouts are perfectly balanced: challenging enough to push you, but still accessible no matter your level. I always leave feeling stronger and more flexible,. What I love most is that every session feels tailored, so you’re never just going through the motions.

My new obsession! These classes are challenging and so fun! Joining a new studio can be intimidating but I have felt so welcomed and loved on from the very first visit. The owners are amazing, friendly and treat you like family. I have not been to every instructors class (yet!) but I just left Brooke’s class and I was ready to kick down doors afterwards… I was so inspired. I have also taken Chelsea’s class and she was fabulous as well. Take this as a sign to try their 3 class intro package. Warning: you’ll be hooked ♥️

She challenges me in such a motivating way, gives detailed instructions, and her music is so fun! Chelsea's final send off at the end of the class helps me feels strong and ready to conquer the day!

I absolutely love Carrie’s! It’s nothing like what I expected a Pilates class to be—in the best way. My favorite instructor is CHELSEA!! Her class is incredible. I get a full-body workout every time, and what really stands out is how attentive she is. Even in a large class, she makes you feel seen. As a beginner, I appreciate how she anticipates when I might need support and checks in if I’m struggling—something that’s rare in group fitness settings.
Her music is also amazing—so unique and energizing. And I love her voice, especially at the end of class when she guides us to reset and reminds us to be thankful for taking time for ourselves. Chelsea’s classes are truly something special.

Update: I’ve been attending this studio now for about 10 months (since they opened). I have increased my strength and endurance to take multiple classes each week. I always feel challenged in all the right ways and no two classes are the same. Every instructor is motivating, knowledgeable, and provides constructive corrections and/or modifications so I get the most out of every class. I highly recommend this studio! If I could, I’d give it 10/5 stars!!
This new studio is so charming! The owners haven’t missed a single detail! From the studio decor to the ice cold eucalyptus towel at the end of class, they have put a personal touch on everything.
I have taken reformer Pilates for almost 5 years. TRANSFORMER Pilates is next level! The instructors know how to challenge and motivate you. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or experienced at Pilates, the class can be geared up or down to match your skill level.
I’ve definitely found my new home for taking my Pilates practice to the next level!

Just moved to RSM recently and have been on the lookout for a go to Pilates studio. Came across Carries saddleback and they were awesome to help my book my first class over the phone. When I arrived for my first class, they were super friendly and help me sign in, Kaila was the instructor and helped show me how to use everything. I had a great experience with her and the owner. Afterwards, the owner helped me sign up for a great deal of $49 for three classes to use within the next 30 days. I am thoroughly impressed with this studio and looking forward to many more classes!

Carrie’s is my new workout addiction! I’m almost 4 months postpartum and started at Carrie’s a few weeks ago. I travel quite a ways just to take classes at Carrie’s Pilates Saddleback and it’s 100% worth it every time. Carries is hands down the best thing to happen to OC. After one class, I canceled all other memberships. I had tried a couple other studios in the area before discovering Carrie’s—and nothing even comes close (seriously!). The Carrie’s team genuinely cares about making it the best possible experience every time you walk in. The front desk staff are always so welcoming, and the instructors are super knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging yet totally doable and always leave me feeling stronger and more energized. The instructors offer modifications for different levels and each brings a unique flare to their classes. I always instantly feel 1000% more energized and in tune with my body after taking one of Danielle’s classes and can count on Brooke for holding me accountable to show up and work hard to be the best version of myself. By far the best Pilates experience I’ve ever had! Carrie’s is great for people looking for high intensity, productive workouts. This is not your “recovery day” workout. I’m almost always sore after I take a class and I love it! Staff and instructors are always friendly and know their stiff. Cold eucalyptus towels are handed out after class and they always have a fruit bowl and plenty of filtered water available. Class times are ideal for busy moms and merch is quality. Lastly, the studio is super clean.

I recently discovered Carries and I’m so glad I did. It’s located right in the neighborhood of RSM and we so desperately needed this type of workout offering. The staff and owners are very kind, I was super impressed with their follow up and reach outs after the first class to check in. The classes are challenging but also motivating, I really enjoy the playlist it’s just right to get you going and to fully focus. It’s also just super convenient , easy parking , clean , the amenities inside you need, an app to book easily etc. For me all those details are necessary as a working mom always on the go. I’ll be adding this to my workout routine and I’m so glad they opened!

Before coming to Carrie’s, I’d only been to one Pilates session. I was a bit nervous in a newer setting but instantly felt welcomed by the instructor, Francesca! She was so vibrant and friendly, something I noticed not only to me, but to all!
Getting into session, I’m not gonna lie, it was hard. I was shaking quite a bit but it was a phenomenal workout. Francesca was SUPER knowledgeable about physiology, her cues were on point and she commanded the room with style and grace. I had a hamstring injury which I told her about before the class, and she made sure to inform me on some adjustments that I could make to nurse it, but also work it.
Highly recommend Carrie’s and when you book, look for Francesca 😌

I love Carrie’s Pilates. I have always been a lifter and didn’t really think Pilates was a training modality I could get into, but with some recent aches and pains, I decided to give it a try. I took my first class with the expectation that we would do a few hard things, but that most of it would be a piece of cake. Was I wrong!!! It was so tough, in all the right ways. My heart rate soared, my muscles shook like crazy, I got sweaty, but my body didn’t hurt like it has with lifting. I continue to take classes and am challenged in every way. They say this type of Pilates is extra spicy and they’re right! It feels more like “performance” Pilates or “training” Pilates, especially considering their machines, called The Transformer (as opposed to The Reformer), offer a large amount of resistance via the spring load. I am amazed at how it’s never easy and I love that! One thing to note is the aches and pains I mentioned have improved since joining.
The teachers are incredible, in particular: Brooke, Francesca, Kaila. They each have their own style of teaching, but they all push, encourage, and inspire me to do my best in every class. Shelley and Dana, the owners, are so welcoming and have created a beautiful community in the short amount of time they have been open. If you’ve ever thought about taking a Pilates class, please give Carrie’s Pilates a try. You won’t regret it.

I also have to say that these are the nicest, friendliest, and most welcoming people that work there. I was a little intimidated at first but I felt at home right away.
I’m about 5 classes in and I’m hooked! The workout is challenging and they are always there to help me modify when I need. So far I’ve had Aubrey, Francesca, & Kaila. They are all wonderful!
I feel so amazing after and they give you a nice cold eucalyptus towel to cool off after. It’s lovely.

Carrie's Pilates Saddleback is an absolute game changer! Imagine Pilates on steroids—this studio delivers an incredible full-body burn like no other. The "Abs and A$$" class is one of my favorite's, targeting all the right spots with laser focus. Brooke pushes you to your limits in the best way possible, helping you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself. Francesca and Aubrey are equally amazing, bringing such positivity and inspiration to every session. The cold eucalyptus towel at the end is the perfect refreshing touch that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. This studio has become a staple in my workout routine, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a transformative workout experience, look no further. 10/10 recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Carrie's Pilates studio! Brooke is an incredible instructor who really knows how to challenge everyone in her class. Her workouts are intense in the best way possible, leaving you feeling accomplished and wanting more. I'm absolutely addicted to her classes! I have taken a few classes at Carrie’s Pilates Saddleback and I had an amazing experience. All the instructors are very friendly and the classes don’t feel like a traditional pilates which I love. You definitely feel the burn and the challenge and that’s what makes it very different than other places. I haven taken classes with Kaila, Brooke, and others and they are all so great and helpful.
I love this place and can’t wait to take more classes.

I never thought a Pilates studio and instructor combo could have me so hooked! This studio is clean, welcoming and warm - from the owners, to the instructors, to the front desk. Brooke is my go to instructor and she brings on the burn while motivating the heck out of you. The physical work is just as important as the mental work and she doesn’t let you forget it, or miss a beat. Whether you are new to Pilates, or a Pilates veteran, this is the perfect place for you. The instructors stop at nothing to challenge you, make sure your form is exceptional and push you to do and be your best.

Took a class with Brooke Gonzalez and holy smokes!!..The class and instructor were both SO GOOD! 10/10 recommend. I was very impressed with this new Pilates studio in RSM. The class was more high energy for a traditional Pilates, which is what I loved. Great music, and the instructor was very knowledgeable and hands on. Class is definitely beginner to advanced friendly, with many variation options to build on. The studio is very clean and spacious, front staff was welcoming, and I loved the decor/sayings around the room. Bought a class package to come back!

It’s a full body workout. It will exercise muscles that you didn’t even know you had. The trainers are amazing and so helpful. Highly recommend trying this!!!

I went to my first pilates class with Francesca and boy!! It was not at all what I expected! Silly me to think this would be more of an easy workout but my legs were burning up and def feeling sore afterwards! Im going back for sure and might get addicted obviously!
