I just visited Casa Ayurveda for a restorative yoga class and it was sooo wonderful. Vivian is such a great teacher, and so full of care and compassion for her students. I felt so wonderful after this like I was floating on cloud nine. I love the small class size and the one-on-one care she gives to each person. Going back for Ayurvedic treatment on my back. Highly recommend!

Such a good place for me to get back to Me. The classes and yogis are very informative, as well as kind and helpful.
