Cassandra is an amazing personal trainer and put a lot of effort and focus into my personal fitness goals. She encouraged me to be my best self and motivated me to push harder. CS Fitness is a great place for you to workout. Cassandra provides a variety of classes which I enjoy, I never know what to expect in class plus she’s always watching your form to make sure we’re doing it right and if you want she’ll push you to the next level or if you have any limitations she’ll modify your workout to your needs. After a year of struggles, Coach Cassandra was the encouragement I needed. She's there to positively guide us, laugh with us, and yes, push us when we need it. After 6 weeks and 12 classes, I'm ready to step it up, adding more classes and resuming my long hikes and ocean swims. My favorites are the Friday weight training and Saturday morning Yoga Shred on the lake. Out door air, cool breezes, mixed with friends make the sweating something I truly look forward to.
