Welcome to Cayucos Yoga, the first dedicated yoga studio in Cayucos. We offer mindfully guided yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin- Restorative, and Gentle Yoga. We are a sanctuary for the mind, body and spirit.

Pretty and serene yoga studio right in the middle of this cozy beach town. So happy that I dropped by for a class while on vacation. Judi was so kind while providing expert instruction as well as crafting a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend!

Great variety of classes the studio offers everything from Yin, intro to yoga and vinyasa flow! It was the only studio on the coast that I could find that offers vinyasa flow.

Thank you Cayucos Yoga! Was amazed at how attentive and knowledgeable the instructor was. I walked out very relaxed and having revived muscles Iād long forgotten. It even gave my plantar fasciitis some relief!! So very happy to have tried this place!
