Great variety of classes the studio offers everything from Yin, intro to yoga and vinyasa flow! It was the only studio on the coast that I could find that offers vinyasa flow.

Thank you Cayucos Yoga! Was amazed at how attentive and knowledgeable the instructor was. I walked out very relaxed and having revived muscles I’d long forgotten. It even gave my plantar fasciitis some relief!! So very happy to have tried this place!
