I absolutely love it here ☺️ I’ve been coming 5-6 days a week for about 6 months now & the environment is so encouraging & positive-I love all the instructors! Lagree is so great as it’s challenging & not like any other workout, I love coming here & becoming stronger everyday❤️

I started taking Lagree 10/19/2018 & immediately felt the results of the challenging & effective core & balance moves within the 45 minute session! I’ve been taking classes both at the Dublin & Walnut Creek location for a year now & I absolutely love seeing & feeling the results! My whole body is continuing to get stronger & I am able to push myself a little more with each class.

Love CB Fit- even though it’s hands down the hardest workout I do! BEST workout- there’s just nothing that gives you the same CRAZY results! All the instructors I’ve had are awesome- Chelsea, Lisa, Sam, Kaia- super hard, but also your biggest cheerleader - pushing you to be your best you!! Could hush about this studio and this exercise for hours! If you have not tried it- you are missing out. See for yourself!

The best Pilates reformer studio in the area! The class was fun and challenging. The teacher was amazing. Beautiful studio. This machine is not an average Pilates machine. It does wonders to the body: tone, increase core strength, loose weight.👍🏼👏🏼 perfect location right next to Whole Foods.
