I can’t say enough good things about Rudy Conriquez! His strength training programs are top-notch — every workout feels super smart, intentional, and perfectly tailored to my goals. You can tell he really knows his stuff and puts thought into every detail.
Rudy is also incredibly motivating and a lot of fun to work with. He knows how to push you just the right amount and makes training something I look forward to. Since working with him, I’ve gained a significant amount of strength and have made great progress towards my goals.

I’ve been training with Rudy for about a year and a half, and he’s been amazing! Rudy is super friendly, encouraging, and always accommodating to my needs and schedule. I really appreciate how Rudy tailors each session to where I’m at while still making sure I'm at my growth edge. You can tell Rudy has a good heart + jokesss so his presence makes the whole process that much more enjoyable! I’ve grown stronger and more confident since training with him — highly recommend!

Rudy is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in helping his clients achieve their goals. He keeps workouts fresh by changing up the program regularly, which constantly pushes me to improve. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and finally seeing real definition in my body.
Beyond the gym, Rudy also provides excellent guidance on supplements and nutrition, helping me stay on track inside and outside of training. Plus, he’s just a fun, genuine guy who makes every session something to look forward to. Highly recommend!

My experience with Rudy was great! As long as you tell him your goals in detail, what you specifically want from your training he’s great to adapt. Brings in diverse perspectives as well than just “physical” such as breathing techniques. Great dude all around, always smiling and having fun. He’s great to work with and try new things. Great learning environment and great for performance training especially for athletes. I suggest going to with Rudy if those align with you!!

Coach Rudy has been training my daughter for the past 2 years and my daughter absolutely loves training with Rudy. He is very professiona. He explains the workouts and tailors it to her volleyball position. I have noticed a change in explosiveness and agility since starting with Coach Rudy. I would definitely recommend Coach Rudy to anyone looking to take the next step in their athletic journey.

I‘ve been training with Rudy since August 2023 and honestly, it has been the MOST transformational 1.5 years of my life thus far. Se have crushed every fitness goal of mine thus far, and EARLY as well. Rudy is more than just a trainer, he’s a friend who pushes you to bring out the very best in you. Im currently the strongest I’ve ever been, not just physically but mentally as well and Rudy has a huge part to play in that! he’s a trainer that inspires me to be better especially because he does practice exactly what he preaches. You will never regret a single session with him, try it out yourself. I’m looking forward to the next year of growing again, he’s the man for the job!

I started training with Coach Rudy about 2 months ago and already impressed with the results ! He's motivating , supportive and knowledgable. Makes the hour fly by , the workouts are tough but he tailors them based on my skills & ability . Also he's easy to talk to & gives solid advice which makes him the perfect trainer + therapist !

I’ve been training w Rudy for a couple years now and have improved both physically and mentally. I came w no experience in weight training and Rudy taught me the proper form and technique to master weight lifting. Aside from that, he’s helped me with sports improvement as well. Rudy comes from an extensive baseball background and incorporated workouts to help improve my speed and hitting. Overall, Rudy is an amazing coach! Would definitely recommend !!

First week training with Rudy at the self made fitness gym and I already feel a great improvement! I really feel like I'm doing the best work outs with rudy and not just 'gimmicky' excerices. He's so encouraging and helps me give that extra push in my workouts! Plus the gym has so many new machines and self care things to do post workout, totally feels like I'm leveling up in my fitness journey. I get so much more excited working out!
