Took my first class at this studio since im new to the area. It was a kundalini practice. The class and teacher were absolutely amazing. Such a welcoming commUNITY. I came in holding some stress from the day, left feeling like a warrior. I will be back. Wish they offered more kundalini classes. 🙏

Very welcoming and calming environment. I am visiting and wanted to get a few yoga sessions in, and I am so happy I found Cedar & Sage! I struggle to find Kundalini Yoga so it was a gift being able to take the Wednesday class. And their hot vinyasa will make you work! Overall a wonderful studio with beautiful vibes.

First time doing Kundalini yoga + sound bath. Amazing Joshua Tree group activity - the teacher was exceptional, welcoming and it was a healing experience. Clean studio and all the nice equipment you need. Highly recommend . 🫶🏻✨

Best yoga studio I have been to! I have yet to find a studio in any large city that is even remotely similar to this one. I took 3 classes and all the teachers where awesome. Very welcoming teachers, students, and studio owner. The studio is comfortable and spacious. I always appreciate when yoga asana (poses) bring in additional limbs of ashtanga yoga. If I could I would take this studio everywhere with me. 💜

I had an amazing time last night at the Winter Solstice Yoga and Sound Bath. Just what I need to go into winter. The yoga was gentle and a great way to stretch out and prepare for the sound bath. I also really enjoyed the breathing exercise. The cherry on top was ending the evening standing in a Tibetan bowl and grounding that energy. I will definitely be going back for another Solstice event.

Stopped in for the Kundalini practice on Sunday; it was truly otherworldly. Definitely a special experience! Everyone was warm and inviting, the space is gorgeous and the practice was magickal. I got this cute little mushroom with a crystal that the owner made!

My favorite combination for a yoga is a class that challenges you, but keeps you mindful and calm at the same time. Cedar & Sage consistently provides great classes that challenge my strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. The classes also seem to go by quiet quickly and peacefully. Highly recommend!

I spent a few weeks in Joshua Tree during the pandemic and I was lucky enough to find Cedar & Sage Yoga studio. I went nearly everyday and it was magical. Sabrina is an inspiring teacher. She's strong, beautiful, clear with instructions and pushes you hard. I was really sad to leave her and Cedar & Sage, but I will make sure to squeeze in a class during any future trips down to JT. ❤️

Attended a stellar Soundbath with Tobi last night. My Whole Body Relaxed to Receive a Powerful, Alchemical Transmission through the SOUND of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls! My Cells were Clearing, reSetting to Create New Patterns aligned with my Highest Intentions under the Super Full Moon Light ✨🌕 My Spirit and Heart were completely Lifted and Expanded.
