Every day we will focus on a different strength lift while supplementing accessory and mobility exercises to prevent injury and optimal movement. This is functional fitness. This was my 1st time at Centric, Rachel greeted me explained how the gym worked and any exercises I might have difficulty with could be modified to fit me. Then we got started, it was great, strength, cardio and flexibility, she modified a few exercises for me, I was at least 20 years older then everyone else but they made me feel welcome and I got a great initiation work out, I will be a regular. So nice to have a local gym with a great coach!

Incredible gym! I've been going to Centric fitness for a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say it's probably my favorite gym I've ever been apart of. If you're like me and have a relatively busy schedule with work, family, etc, this place is perfect. You are in and out in an hour, the workouts are already planned out and structured for you, and they are very well thought out and functional full body workouts. Class times are great - I usually need to be into work by 8 AM, and i have no trouble making one of the morning sessions at Centric.

In my opinion, this place has it all: the community, the location, and the atmosphere. And best of all, you can come in with high confidence that you will have a coach that knows her stuff! Rachel is the best and extremely well experienced and you can see that reflected in the workouts.

I would highly reccomend to anyone to at least come and try a session and see for yourself!

Been a member for a few weeks now. I’ve done every type of workout over the years and i find these workouts very effective and unique, great mix of resistance and high intensity while making it accommodating for all experience levels. I’m really liking the results so far. Owner knows her stuff, very nice and helpful. Also it’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever seen

Centric Fitness Club is fantastic. Great facility, amazing classes. One hour - excellent full body work out.
The sessions are thoughtfully structured with always different set of exercises. Never boring and always effective. Adjustable to any level of fitness. It is a fun and highly effective work out. Great vibes.

Centric Fitness Center is great! I have been training with Rachel for a while and love this new spot. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and tailors every session to ensure I get a full-body workout that challenges me in the best way. I've done three classes here so far, each has been different while maintaining the format of a strength portion and a cardio portion. There are plenty of weights, so each lift and each class is as hard as you want to make it. Rachel is also good about helping gauge what weight you should be at. I also appreciate the fact that the classes have mobility exercises built into them.
The class sizes are small enough to where I can specific tips and help from Rachel, while having enough people to be motivated to work harder.
