Spent 6 years here and my son had a wonderful time. Master Min and Master Brown were patient, strict, and nurturing. Proud of him to say he’s a 3rd degree black belt from Champion TKD.

Champion Tae Kwon Do Academy has been a cornerstone of our family’s journey for over 11 years. Both of our children began training here in elementary school. Our daughter was 5 years old and our son was 7 when they started, and the impact has been profound. Under the guidance of Master Brown, they’ve grown not only in skill and discipline but in character.
This academy doesn’t just teach martial arts. It instills respect, perseverance, and integrity. These values have stayed with our children well beyond the studio walls, shaping how they carry themselves in school, at home, and in the community. Master Brown is truly outstanding. His dedication to each student’s growth is evident in every class, and his leadership has created a space where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired. We’re deeply grateful to be part of the Champion Tae Kwon Do family. It’s more than a studio. It’s a place where confidence is built, friendships are formed, and lifelong lessons are learned.
I wholeheartedly recommend Champion Tae Kwon Do Academy to any parent looking to help their child grow in strength, character, and confidence. It’s a decision that will stay with them for life.

Master brown is the best, he is so patient with kids specially toddlers. My son is 4 years old and not the best at focusing on certain things but master brown knows how to grab his attention and how to manage it. We are so happy that finally our son has a class that he loves to go to.

I came here during my childhood and burned off a lot of the excess energy I had as a kid. One of my most impactful memories of my childhood is when I came into the office to begin classes, and Master Min pointed at the rack of belts and asked me which one I wanted. As a kid I obviously pointed to the epochal black belt at the top of the tall rack. After a grueling two years I received the first noteworthy accomplishment of my life, a 1st Dan Black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I can vouch for the healthy development a kid can undergo here. As for the comments about abuse, I can say as a Korean-American that it's just a cultural thing. If you have concerns with your son or daughter getting hit by a nerf padded sword to their wrists in order to instruct them how to block or kick, you shouldn't be enrolling them in classes where they learn to utilize lethal force. One more note, those "hits" are more to show you your mistakes then implement pain. If you don't listen, don't practice, etc. obviously you'll feel embarrassed when the master hits your hand in class in front of everyone with a nerf padded sword.
P.S. No I'm not a masochist. For that to be the sword would have to hurt and I'd have to enjoy it.
