I waited a year to write a review for it to be as thorough and honest as possible. I have been taking my son here for dance lessons and he absolutely loves it. We took him somewhere else for a couple months and it was a struggle getting him out the house. Once he started going here he was begging us to take him early so he can hang out with his friends and teachers before class started. The place is beautiful, the teachers are kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and the location is perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. No words can describe how sweet and kind Ms Elen is and how much her students love her.

Both of my children have been attending Character Dance Studio since the age of 3, and now at 9 and 6 years old, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Character Dance studio in Glendale to those families who are looking for dance studio where kids can learn from high quality professionals in loving and super positive environment. This is an amazing environment for kids to learn to dance both Recreational and Professional dance. Miss Elen, who is the Art directer of the studio and also teaches Ballet and Character dances is amazing. She provides the right balance of nurturing and discipline that is required for learning. Therefor kids love her immensely and parents can see the progress of their kids very quickly. Not to mention our teachers super positive personality.
To make it clear, how much we recommend this studio, I'll just say, that we drive from San Diego to Los Angeles, for classes of Armenian (Character dance) and Ballet with Miss Elen every Weekend.

Attending adult’s Latin class on Mondays and Wednesdays is such a blast! The teacher for Latin dance Mari Hovhanissyan for Latin dance is so talented and the atmosphere is so fun with many friends. The 1 hour lesson is both a fun time and a great workout. Really appreciate the owner, Ellen Harutyunyan, who also teaches ballet and other dances.
