Disappointed with this gym and their unfair practices with AllStar Cheer. Inconsistent guidelines, placing athletes based on personal relationships not skill level. Very poor communication/ planning and inconsiderate of the fact people need to plan, releasing minimal information last minute. OC Allstars is not a place to build a child's self-esteem or a community. They don't encourage team bonding. Please look at other gyms, many families have talked to the owners but they don't make changes, everything seems to be about money.

I cheered for this gym on Senior Black about 20 years ago and now both my girls cheer here. Just finishing their second year (4th half year session). The owners are truly amazing people and I couldn’t be more thankful that they’ve kept OC thriving and now my daughters get the same experience! The life lessons and discipline I learned here are immeasurable. My girls are on the Tiny team and they always love looking up to the older girls who coach them. It always brings me to tears when I watch them cheer for OC. Thank you for running this incredible gym John and Heather!

DANGEROUS!!!
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at this facility during a birthday party held on Sunday, 03/23. My seven-year-old daughter, suffered a severe injury to her right forearm while participating in activities that were poorly supervised and inappropriately planned. This entire experience has been incredibly traumatic for our family, and I feel the need to share our concerns in hopes that no other child has to go through something similar.

First, there was no staff at the reception to greet us, provide any safety information, or explain the activities planned for the children. It felt very disorganized from the start. To make matters worse, we were never asked to sign a waiver or informed about the types of stunts and tricks the kids would be doing. Had we known this was part of the event, we absolutely would not have allowed our daughter to participate.

The most troubling part of our experience was the lack of supervision. The coaches leading the children appeared to be very young and lacked the experience necessary to ensure the kids’ safety. With the risky activities being done, we expected much more oversight. Unfortunately, this oversight was sorely lacking, and as a result, my daughter broke her right forearm. We had to rush her to the ER, where she required anesthesia to realign the fractured bone. This has been a painful and stressful experience for her and our entire family.

I trusted this facility to provide a safe environment, and instead, it has left my family shaken and deeply disappointed. I strongly urge the management to review their safety protocols, improve staff qualifications, and ensure proper communication with parents before allowing such dangerous activities. We are still dealing with the aftermath of this injury, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, well-supervised environment for their children.

Not a great first experience, daughter spent over 30 minutes of class sitting on floor doing nothing. Extremely high ratio of students to teachers. There was zero seating left for about 15 parents that have to wait standing for 1.5 hours. Staff was incredibly rude when asked if parents could use unused tables and chairs nearby.

i’ve been cheering here for 13 years and i love it! the coaches ask what you want to work on in a class and they let you do that. the teams here are very fun to be on. i really love this place. this is my second home forever and always!

Good variety of classes and coaches are great. Just wish we lived closer. We had to quit because the cost just kept creeping up for one class a week. Went from $80 to $96 then $130!!! Too much. It just became way too much to pay on top of gas to get out there. Disappointed because my kid really likes it there.

Our Team met this year and less then a year got first place in pom. They were all so sweet and polite. The children did not gossip. The coaches were so gifted. Everyone was so loving and kind to each other. They got first at Jamz and got that white jacket and moved up to the next level in one year. Bless everyone who made this year great!

My daughters both love it here. I have one who cheers and another who takes the Parkour classes and occasionally tumbling. The coaches are kind and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place.

Fun summer programs for kids namely American Ninja Warrior. Any program that encourages kids to run around and have fun is a winner in my book. Nice staff, clean and safe. Lots todo.

Camp is supposed to be fun something your kids want to go to in this case it was the complete opposite. My daughter cried everytime I dropped her off and I knew something was wrong because she went to a different camp last year and she was up every morning and could not wait to get there. At this camp she was getting hit everyday I walked in to pick her up one day and found one staff sitting on the floor texting while this the kids were playing and one was hitting the some of the girls and the staff never looked up. Another day the kids were let loose and the staff were all laying on the floor not supervising. This may be a good dance school I was impressed with the facility but it's weekly camp needs MAJOR work I paid for 3 weeks in advance and I stopped taking her after the 2 day of the 2nd week because she wasn't sleeping well and didn't look forward to them I complained and never got even an apology or a response from ANYONE at the school. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely not recommend paying for more than one week at a time because if your kids don't like it that is how they keep your money there are no refunds very disappointing at the unprofessionalism of this place
