I was having trouble because I play guitar and my arm was sore and aching
I was referred by a friend and went to Stephanie's studio and she gave me the most excellent massage. I was impressed by her calming music, her touch and her vibe. I was asked where does it hurt? and she was able to identify the muscles and worked on the arm. During the massage and nice music, she was able to take the pressure in my arm away. I was so relieved because I was going to play guitar for the weekend and I have never felt better!!

I have been doing Pilates mat classes for years and Stephanie is by far the best teacher I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and is incredible at adapting classes and exercises to the meet the specific needs of the students in each class. She fits so much into one class! I started working with Stephanie when she chance substituted for a sick instructor in a Pilates class. All of a sudden, it was like being given training from a master. I switched to working with her weekly in her private studio, and can say she is truly a miracle worker. Going far beyond Pilates, she incorporates an expert knowledge of anatomy, deep tissue, manual stretching, and injury recovery. An excellent diagnostician, our whole family now turns to her with sprains, back pain, postural issues, stress tension. Often, an hour with her will turn everything around, and she follows up with questions and repeat visits if necessary. SO much better than anonymous urgent care, swallowing pain meds, or 'ignoring' low-level pain. Just a few days ago, my cousin was visiting and his back spasmed, we called Stephanie, and she was able to fit him in and the interventions allowed him to continue his visit enjoyably, a little sore of course but sitting and walking with us. Can't recommend her more highly - for ongoing classes or specific injury treatment!
