I've been doing pilates on and off since the late 90's and my cousin owned a studio in Toronto. So I've tried over a dozen studios over the years and attended about 5 regularly. From that point of reference, this is one of the very best - and certainly the best in The Desert. The Instructors are all very clear, there are about 7 or 8 reformers and so they can give more personalized instruction than I have found in other most reformer classes (I'm looking at you Club P - iykyk ;). Proper form is everything in Pilates and if you don't have proper form you won't see the results. I also appreciate how they change up the moves so you don't get bored, while still staying true to the pilates concepts. The teachers and most students are very friendly and if you go regularity you start to know names and joke around.
The winter of 2024/25 I bought the 40 class pass and I did intermediate and advanced classes about 3 times a week. In the first week, I was feeling it (in a good way) and within 4-6 weeks, the results were visible.
I wish we were still going to the Desert! I wish they offered online classes!!

Classes are very well thought out and taught with exceptionally skilled instructors. All levels classes really are all levels. Extremely friendly and welcoming teachers. Very professional; start and end on time, great client interface with easy to use app, and very clean and well organized space.
This review is long overdue- I’ve taken at least 100 classes and have NEVER had a bad experience.

I have been reluctant to get back into Pilates due to a lingering lower back issue but I missed it terribly. A friend recommended I try her studio in Palm Desert which is how I discovered Chiropilates. I am happy to report it is as amazing as she said it would be! Richard is an incredible instructor. His classes are challenging, but he is always watching to ensure your form is correct and will provide necessary modifications if something is outside of your comfort zone. I am stronger with every class and look forward to working my way up to the level 3 class soon!

Dr. Hill has been my chiropractic care provider for almost 30 years. He's the best... he cares for your WHOLE wellbeing in addition to being kind and thoughtful. His new venture in Palm Desert, ChiroPilates, is a stunning new venture that adds Pilates to his Chiropractic practice. Give ChiroPilates a try!

As a plus sized girly in love with pilates coming to palm desert from los angeles you can imagine I have a lot of conflicting feelings about group reformer classes.
The moment I did my first private session with Dr. Richard Hill 2 months ago, I knew I was in good hands. Within seconds, he noticed my body was out of alignment and asked questions to understand my injuries and chronic health issues and helped me balance my spine in a way I’ve never experienced before. I now take group classes 3x/week and my chronic back pain is gone, I have such a greater range of mobility, and I’m losing meaningful weight.
Not only is this true, classical pilates, unlike LA megaformer or HIIT reformer classes taught by personal trainers with no pilates experience; it’s also unpretentious while still being SO. FUN.
There are tiered classes based on your experience level and each class is curated so perfectly to work out mind-body while focusing on bolstering foundational pilates techniques.
Classes are so varied keeping you so engaged and present while building strength. Dr. Hill’s classes have the most fun playlists of girly pop energy boosting vibes, and Monica’s playlists gives serene healing leaving you relaxed and refreshed (and somehow both always leave you with burning quads). These two instructors are a total powerhouse of pilates and I can’t recommend Chiropilates enough. They’ve changed my life in just 2 months!

I had such a great intro class. I’ve done Pilates a few times in the past but was definitely rusty. Richard did such a great job of giving cues while keeping the class light and fun (despite working my butt off). The studio was also so nice and airy, with lots of space to store your belongings, change, etc.

Southern Hospitality in the Desert !! Visiting the area and have discovered a treasure in Chiro Pilates ~ Dr. Hill has set the table for feeling fabulous. Lead instructor, Monica, has a grace and flow that is both restorative and challenging. Don’t miss the Fascia Stretch with Juan. A persistent headache vanished !! My new Pilates home ~

Having recently relocated full-time to Palm Springs after several stressful (at times traumatic) years during which I had fallen out of my workout routines and was too often 'in my head', a goal for this summer has been a physical re-boot. Rather than jumping back into a familiar gym routine, I considered both yoga and Pilates (having no experience with either). A trusted friend familiar with both recommended that I experience Pilates first as a way of re-syncing mind-body collaboration. Not wanting to be lost in large class of others more familiar with Pilates, and seeking an experienced instructor who'd be personally and patiently attentive to my body mechanics while also pushing me in a healthy way, I was delighted to find ChiroPilates (particularly pleased that Dr. Hill has expertise as a chiropractor as well as Pilates instructor - he definitely notices nuances in my body alignment and helps me improve things I hadn't even noticed). After a couple of individual sessions with Dr. Hill, I began Level 1 'Heal' group sessions 3x week. I've definitely noticed a difference in how I feel 'in my body', my posture, and how I'm breathing throughout the day. Though I'm not yet where I'd like to be with my range of motion (still can't touch my toes from a standing position), I've made measurable progress without pain, fatigue, or injury (can almost touch my toes again). I also notice more core strength. Most importantly, this introductory experience has increased my confidence in pursing further Pilates (and perhaps yoga) as well as renewed my commitment to a weekly physical fitness routine. If you're seeking a reboot of your physical fitness and/or a comfortable, supportive way to begin Pilates, I highly recommend Dr. Hill's ChiroPilates in Palm Desert.

Hands down the best Pilates experience in the desert. The studio is beautiful and only has 7 reformers so you get individualized attention in each class. All of the instructors are great - especially Dr. Hill. They have chiropractic, personal training, and FST stretching. Juan Rosas is an excellent FST therapist. HIGHLY recommend!

I feel so great after each session & love the personal approach they take to each client. They also make it super fun! The studio is also super cute, very clean & has the best equipment for classes and individual treatments! I’d recommend to everyone.

I noticed Chiropilates sign by Wildest and was so excited a new Pilates Studio opened in town. The owner, Richard is absolutely lovely and so much fun. His energy is infectious and he is so warm and welcoming that you feel like you’re family as soon as you walk in. Maria is as cute as a button and Juan and Nick are really enjoyable as well. What I love most about ChiroPilates is how fun the energy is, how great the people are, and the overall vibe. As a teacher myself, I also greatly appreciate and respect Richard from bringing in outside experts to educate his staff to provide a quality experience for members. Truth be told, I just love being at the studio so much that I picked up a few hours to teach so I could spend more time with everyone. Overall, Chiropilates is a lot of fun, a great vibe, and filled with great people. If you are someone who enjoys to have a good time with your workouts and let your hair down a bit, Chiropilates is the studio for you.
