Very small and congested, old facility with equipment down, more so than other Chuze Fitnesses that I've visited throughout the United States. No excuses.

Update: I revisited the gym and bumped it from two stars to four. It wasn't as bad as I mentioned, I think I went at a bad time of the day and it was crazy packed which made the gym seem smaller. It's an older Chuze yet has all the equipment to get big if that's your thing.

So I went to check this place out for the infrared sauna, of course is with the "premium membership", the guy at the front eagerly greeted everybody coming in but I stood there for a long time before he even said I can walk around and check out the gym but not the sauna room, he could have been courteous and walk me in there since that was the only thing I asked for, needless to say I went home and got me a portable infrared sauna blanket... I'm good 😏

I’m so glad I made the switch from UFC Gym to Chuze Fitness Corona! From day one, everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is always in great shape. The amenities and recovery options are amazing, and I really appreciate that the class schedule actually works for people with 9–5 jobs — the good classes aren’t just during the middle of the day like at other big box gyms.

Offering Team Training and Pilates at 5 AM and 6 AM is perfect for a busy professional like me, and I absolutely love the Team Training program. The whole experience truly feels like a high-level, “Equinox-style” gym — without the pretentious vibe.

When you walk in, all associates say Welcome! It seems so robotic; you may as well have a voice motion-actuated response for coming and leaving. I feel that if an associate misses saying it, they are not doing a good job. Most stores do this in an effort to feel more friendly and inviting. It feels forced most of the time. In other words, it is not natural but rehearsed. If, for starters, they were to acknowledge the time of day, it would feel more authentic, such as saying "good morning" good afternoon, " or " good evening.

Love the gym, employees here suck. Super fake, make comments under there breath super uncomfortable for a gym. One girl in particular, comes in to the glute room every time my boyfriend and I are here and does membership checks, I don’t want to be bothered mid workout. Nobody else does that. It’s not like there is a problem like too many people on those machines. She tends to do it mid set and that’s just super rude. Like today I was in the middle of a set of squats, I had to rack the weight, she could have went anywhere in the room but she chose to go to the person holding weight o. There back. Super inconsiderate and rude. Be more patient, it’s not cool to do this mid workout. If u notice someone is taking advantage of amenities they shouldn’t be, note it during check in. It’s super annoying and ostracizes people who are members but can’t afford the more membership, I’m not one of those people but my partner is.

The lift lab which is only available with the highest tier membership hasn’t had working AC for at least a month. Their WIFI is also never working and reception in there is non existent, it’s clean but I rarely go to this gym even though it’s right next to my house because of these issues that are brought to their attention but ignore month to month.

I'm tired of people walking into the lift lab as groups of 3-4 and hogging all the machines in there. And when the workers come in to clean they never check membership and its always the same group of people that don't have the more membership, but when they do check they just come back in within 10 minutes after being told to leave. Why pay extra for the more membership when the lift lab is gonna be equally as busy as the equipment on the regular floor and people just walk in with no repercussions

A year go i used to think this was the best gym ever. However now it seems like they dont care at all. When a machine breaks it takes WEEKS to get it fixed. I upgraded my membership to be able to use the pool sauna and steam room. Guess what? I went yesterday and The steam room was out of order, the sauna was dirty so they didnt let me go in, which they never ended up cleaning anyways and i dont even know what was wrong with the jacuzzi it was supposedly “down”. If this gym was as good a Chuze fullerton i wouldnt cancel, but unfortunately its not and i dont want to pay for things that only work sometimes.

You offer less service and fewer hours, yet you raised your monthly membership prices !
Previously your gym was 24 hours; after the "shut down" opened back up with limited hours and raised prices; March 2025 they just raised their $$$$ rates this month close the theater now you have to pay an additional fee to use that area‼️

The kicker is that you used to be able to bring a guest if you paid for the PREMIUM Membership; however now to bring a guest you have to pay $10! I’m just gonna cancel my membership here and go to EOS or Ufc or crunch or one of the other gyms

Good place to work out. Does this location plan on opening back to 24 hours? I remember it being that way pre-Covid. I went in yesterday at 4 AM right when it opened figuring it would be pretty empty and to my surprise it looked like 70% capacity. Maybe if it were open for longer hours this would help early risers to not have to compete with equipment. I’m seriously thinking about finding another gym that has 24 hours, there are a few around here for a similar price point.

I love this place! As a busy homeschool mom of four it’s super hard for me to find time to workout! The kids club has been a huge help and allows me the flexibility to workout while my kids have fun! Additionally the steam room and saunas are a huge bonus, I love using their infrared room and relaxing in their hydro massage or zero gravity chairs is the cherry on top of a perfect workout! Their staff is very friendly and their classes are great! This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to and I love going!

7/15/24 update: This location has progressively gotten worse over the years. Service is terrible, bathrooms are dirty and smell like mold, and the smoothie bar is a joke. This is the first gym that I actually miss going back to since I moved. It's clean, large, and not overcrowded. It's well-ventilated. It has a great selection of machines. I've been to many major named gyms around SoCal, but Chuze is my absolute favorite! The staff are the BEST and friendliest. No matter what time I go, the staff always greet me by name and even check in during a workout. There are a lot of amazing staff members, but Gregory is one I interact with the most AND exceeds expectations as a Chuze employee.

The hydro massage is amazing after a workout and super relaxing. The steam room can be relaxing too after a long workout. The sauna is infrared and cleansing too. I originally got the extra benefits for the cinema workout, but use the hydro massager waayyyy more.

Lines can be a bit long during the busy hours (3-7 PM), especially for smoothies. Buuut the rest of the gym is worth it. The app also tracks check-ins and the reward systems can be fun to keep track of. Overall, best gym I've been to in Corona.

I have been going to this gym since the start and enjoy it. I usually only last about a year at other gyms before I cancel my membership and find a different gym. However, I might need to cancel due to their increase in price. I understand raising prices for new members, but OG members that have been attending for years shouldn't have their membership increased. They need to be grandfathered in. It's principle. Now that the childcare policy has been revised, I have no complaints about the gym. I enjoy the classes the most. The intructors are great and the times of classes are great for working parents. I chose Chuze Fitness in Corona a year ago for access to the pool. My contact with the staff was minimal throughout the year, but there were a couple requests that I did discuss with the facility supervisor to help improve my experience while using the pool. The most simple request was to get a clock relocated to a wall that is easily visible while you were swimming. In its current location it is hard to view while you're in the pool. I've been requesting the clock being moved for 6 months and every month, when I asked for an update, I kept getting different anwers. I really felt I was being gaslighted by the staff. I made the decision to cancel my membership but was still charged an annual fee of $49.99. I hope that fee is refunded but good luck trying to talk with anyone about it. Oh, they were really good at saying hi and bye. Kind of like programmed robots.

Unfortunately they did a major overhaul of the staff and it is absolutely terrible now. Just because they say hi and bye isn't enough. When you ask questions they look at you like they didn't hear you. It is truly sad that they left this facility in such disarray. My wife and I have been working out here for 4 years + and this is now the time we might need to move on. Not only is the staff they have untrained in customer service but they are severely understaffed as well. Good luck getting anything out of the staff other than a hi and bye!

The problem I have time and time again is that they can't tell you the nutrition facts of the shakes which is a pain if you truly care about what you're putting in your body. The menu on the board does not match what they show you in their nutrition facts book. And never has. When I asked to get details about them they looked at me like I was dumb and didn't even answer my question three times I asked and the gentleman behind the counter just looked at me. I'm over how rude some of the staff is and how little they know about what they're doing. This place was amazing a few months ago and the staff changed now it's an absolute nightmare

I just started going to Chuze Corona again and the customer service is awesome. At the front desk Gregory took his time to explain classes and services to my son and I. He also made a delicious PB&J protein shake for us! Last night I took my first Zumba class. Although I almost died (lol) I managed to finish.
