No gym can beat Chuze! They keep the gym very clean, employees walk around often to make sure everything is ok, they clean very often, they provide wipes to clean the equipment which is a plus. Enough equipment and a good condition. I don’t see any old machines. I tried others gyms but Chuze has it all.

I was on the cables and this African American person didn’t want to wait for me to finish. He literally takes my attachment off the cables and starts using it and tries to fight me. I deescalated and spoke to, Cynthia, the manager in charge.She reviews the camera footage and comes back to and tells me that I was taking a long time and was implying justifications for his aggressive actions. The man who took my cables ends up leaving and they didn’t revoke his membership. The guy who did this was 100% at fault. I hope upper management could review the footage and ban this guy. This incident happened between 10:30 and 11:15 AM, 09/13 at the cables on the 1st floor. Cynthia should not be a manger.

Deeply Disappointed – Discrimination, Racism, and Poor Management

My experience at this gym has been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. From the beginning, I noticed signs of targeting and discrimination — not just from other members, but shockingly, from some staff as well. There were moments where I felt singled out and unwelcome, and certain comments and actions crossed the line into outright racism.

Instead of creating a safe, inclusive environment, the gym has fostered a space where inappropriate conduct is brushed off. When I raised my concerns with management, hoping for accountability and change, I was met with excuses, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of professionalism. Rather than addressing the issues, they either ignored them or mishandled the situation entirely, making things worse.

No one should have to experience racism or feel unsafe while simply trying to work on their health and well-being. This gym has failed its members, especially those from marginalized communities. I will not be returning, and I hope others think twice before supporting a business that doesn’t stand for fairness, respect, or proper leadership.

I love the fact that they have the pool, the steam room, the sauna room, that they have the movie room to exercise in, and then once you're all done you have the opportunity to use their hydro massage, and their massage chairs all included for such a small price it's amazing!

Yesterday was my first time coming to Chuze Fitness! Although the girl (I cannot recall her name) at the front desk blatantly ignored me while I was standing in front of her (I was trying to figure out how the sign in process was handled since it was my first time), Francisco (the guy with the adorable purple hair) immediately took over and went above and beyond. He explained what my membership entailed (like areas I have access to and areas that I do not), gave me a tour of the facilities, and advised me to let him know if I needed any help. He made me feel truly welcomed and was 10/10 friendly. He deserves a raise :) or at least praise for how he handled the situation after I was ignored.
I guess the girl that blatantly ignored me was more concerned with her phone that was glued to her face.

Coming from Bakersfield Ca to visit Disneyland and had to stop at this location!! It was down the street so I had to check it out. So much machines everywhere on both floors place is big and spacious just needs more independent weights upstairs loved the big sauna compared to the Bakersfield Ca location besides that love the place the area and parking going to have to visit again for sure

The Fullerton location offers more equipment and space than I anticipated. I thought the Fullerton location would be a huge difference in size, but actually it feels like the Fullerton location has a lot to offer. There were few things that surprised me and didn't know were offered at the Fullerton location such as a separate room for MORE members to have isolated squat racks, dumbbells and leg exercises, and additionally the sauna rooms I didn't know were at this location. The overall environment is inviting, clean and offers a lot of equipment and plenty to use for a good exercise sessions.

I really enjoy working out at the Fullerton Chuze location. One of the things I appreciate most is the wide variety of training classes they offer—there’s something for everyone, no matter your fitness level or goals. Chuze Fitness is a sports club franchise located at Fullerton. They have other locations throughout So Cal. They have a plethora of machines from cardio to strength training. Moreover, they offer different monthly membership plans which are deemed affordable. Staff were friendly and professional. Men’s locker room was satisfactory. Parking lot size is modest. Free wifi available. Collectively, this is one of the best fitness club in the area.
I highly recommend Chuze.

I’ve checked out other gyms, but Chuze got my business. One thing I REALLY enjoy about this place is that you see workers cleaning all the time! You’re greeted when you enter the gym and they say bye when you leave. It may not seem like a big deal but it makes a difference. They have all the machines you need. There aren’t many classes but I actually enjoy that because the classroom is available to workout in case the turf areas are busy. The last thing I’ll mention is the recovery room. I love getting a massage on the zero gravity chair after my workouts or use the massage guns. It’s a great gym!

Chuze Fitness is a gym atmosphere of employees that eases our day when we are releasing stress. These great team members have been a great example as team members with great customer service character who should be promoted. In La Verne, Manager Kai's team had an awesome performance. Rancho Cucamonga Amanda, Obi, and Brice, we love coming in when they're on shift. Last, Fullerton late shift Thursday night: Brendon, Brandon, and their manager… GEMS!!! Great example of promoting attitudes, being compassionate, always smiling, and greeting. Just phenomenal… we love them xoxo… These are great examples of employees at Chuze Fitness.

This is our preferred place to work out. We, me the wife and son never have to wait for the cardio machines, and we have easy access to targeted machines for when we need to work specific muscles. Oh, and best of all it does not smell like butt. Laugh but I don’t like to taste people working out.

Came to this location last night around 6/7pm and I must say although the disadvantage maybe that it was very busy & crowded but the silver lining is that Fullerton Chuze has a great team that was present and welcoming right when you walk in. A special thank you to Brendan for assisting me at a very busy time. I took him away from front desk to help me with the lockers a couple of times but still assisted me with a smile. Staff were always present in the establishment cleaning, assisting guests, and maintaining the organization of their equipment. Thank Fullerton Chuze staff for going above and beyond.

I had visited this gym with the intention of choosing one into vicinity. It was between this gym and the 24 hour fitness nearby. There was no competition. This gym simply had a lot newer equipment and his clientele seem to be young younger and more energetic. There simply is a better vibe that you may not be able to account unless you’re there. I recommend this gym.

Good gym, staff is decent usually nice. Ive never had a bad experience. If youre looking for concierge level of service then go to Equinox. It has clean equipment, good ventilation, restrooms are usually clean, people are nice and mind their business. Lift lab is cool. Sauna is divided into one really steamy hot room and several smaller cooler saunas.

People generally re-rack and staff does rounds and clean machines on downtime.

My daughter attends college in SoCal and wanted a membership at Chuze. We went to Chuze in Fullerton and were met at the front desk by Kyree. Let me start by saying this man is a breath of fresh air…Kyree greeted us with such enthusiasm, was extremely knowledgeable, able to multitask (he was alone at the front desk) with other members, made the membership process smooth and gave us a tour that truly left us with little to no questions. BE AWARE OF THE KIDS CLUB
Most of the people that will be watching your children while you are working out have NO Knowledge of curriculum development and literacy education. These people from the kid zone literally told me that my son bit a kid. (Which I am completely upset) But, they crazy part is that they saw everything and instead helping the kids to redirect them in this situation, they allowed my kid to bit the girl.
I tried to talk to the supervisor and she even told me that she was NOT sure if the people who works at the kid zone have the experience or credentials which this is very scary.
Sometimes I see they put kids in time out, always calling their parents, and the people who works at the kids zone are always talking between them and not paying the proper attention that each kid needs.
Honestly, this is very scary because you believe that your kid is in good care when you don’t even know how they are treating your kid.
On top of that they wanted me to sign a form!! That’s insane! I didn’t sign no form, I just canceled my membership at the kid zone. Do not allow them to make you sign extra forms!

I had a 7 day pass and the facility was small. Front desk staff were rude and accused me of previously using a 7 day pass without even checking my info first. I understand their job sucks but it’s not our fault. We’re just there to get our work out in. Facility is super small and lots of unfit creeps. I would say even Planet Fitness is better because at least you have room to breathe there.

The only things I dislike is how tiny the saunas are and to top it off there’s no heat in there. I go to 24 and Golds from time to time and the saunas there are booming in a good way. Bailey was great giving us a tour! Service is good, they can pretty much answer any questions! Everyone is pretty much in their own world. Machines all work for the most part.
