I started going to this gym at least 5 years ago and I have never been disappointed. The team is always friendly and on top of cleaning! I never have to wait for a machine! I truly enjoy the vibe and the never crowded in the morning ! Definitely recommend this gym because there is never a hassle to get a great workout! Keep up the great work!!

I come to the Chuze here because there are pretty kind people that go there: I’ve gotten help from asking someone for better form, someone helping me when I looked like I was struggling. This location isn't ever crowded when I go and I usually come here around the evening on the weekdays and afternoons on the weekends and there is always access to all equipment I need. The staff are amazing, their positivity and hospitality is above and beyond every time I come in. They not only greet members but I've noticed they also create great friendships with members as well. It would be great if this location could stay open until midnight but it's okay, still a great gym! My family and friends know I continue to recommend it whenever others ask!

A tiny gym that is always crowded!
A machine on top of the next one because is a small gym so there's no personal space .
On top of that the people that work there doesn't enforce any rules, especially the one of wearing shoes to the gym instead crocs, people on sweaty socks putting their feet on the machine so is really disgusting and unsanitary.

I love the set up of this gym. Everything is really nice, the equipment is up to date and seem very new and there is an outside area where you can lift weights and use the aerobic machines. Really nice set up! I will be coming back forsure!

I like this Gym and it location. The staff are friendly, they made me feel good about coming in for workouts no matter what time it is. I like Chuze. This review is not about Chuze as a gym in general. Just this specific gym. Everyone is super nice and it’s very clean. However, this location is bad in the sense of a gym standard. This location is like a mini gym. It’s so small and has very little lifting equipment. If you just want cardio you’re good. But if you want a lift in there’s hardly anything there. It’s like home gym honestly.

I love Chuze. Best gym ever. Clean, roomy, so many treadmills, elipticals, and bikes for cardio. There are all kinds of weight machines and free weights. They also have tanning and massage beds. Clean locker rooms and showers available. The staff akways remembers your name and treat you with respect. I recommend this gym to all ages and levels of fitness. Only 10 bucks a month and if you want the premium membership its $20. You get access to all locations and the tanning and massage beds with the premium.

Top notch customer service by the way, people working there are always cheerful and there to help you.
Now the equipment part, they don’t have half of the most important equipment, including incline and decline benches, 4 squat racks which is always always busy disregard of when I go there.
Only single double rack divided in 2.

Their cardio situation won’t let you down, they have plenty of equipment there.

I was paying for the “more” membership, and since COVID, I hadn’t been able to make the most of my membership. When I called, someone informed me that I could switch to the 10$ membership for free. Unfortunately, when I showed up, they told me it would be 50$ to switch....this is how much it costs to cancel the membership altogether, so I was pretty upset with the communication of this branch especially because I specifically asked when I started my membership if I could switch to a lower membership, and they told me I could for any reason.

Cheap? yes. Nice? yes. Clean? yes. Staff friendly? yes. Staff treat you with respect and dignity? NO. When you sign up do you get a physical list of rules i.e papers you've signed? No.
Not only was and is my experience at this location Terrible but the way I've and. currently being treated by the staff the worst and insulting it has been my displeasure to experience.

I signed a few X marks the spots digitally and whammo! they took my money had themselves a contract and they immediately go trying to force me into breach of contract by denying me the right to go out to my vehicle For my high blood pressure medications .
As I'm writing this I'm in serious need of my blood pressure medications
And was informed I may not leave to get my pills as my wife is a guest and I must not leave the premises or I will not be able to use the facilities but will still be obligated to pay the 12 month commitment .

Besides this being a genuine medical need even though most likely not life-threatening it's possible I could have a stroke from this denial of common decency as my cars 60 ft from the entrance of Chuze and the employees whom treated me as if I was a toddler,by there demeanor and lack of respect.

The staff were made completely aware of my intention to return and wait for my wife after obtaining the pills .

I will always be willing and eager to let as many people possible whom will hear of my negative experiences with this company and it's talk down to you staff as they like the SNL skit with Dana carveys character the airline steward who as passengers had been totally treated badly would say just like these employees a disengous Buh Bye Buh Bye Now!

Today was my first day back at the gym on YEARS. After recently finding out some unfortunate health news my friend suggested I visit a gym with her that she switched to on account of their great Zumba classes. Skeptical as ever I walked in feeling the weight of embarrassment lift right away. Monique welcomed us almost immediately and signed me up for my guest pass. She walked me through the app as well, and just made me feel so welcome. I realized quickly I didn't have a towel as we were about to go into my class, Lynette was gracious enough to jump behind a register and made sure I got one before going in. The atmosphere was great, the music was great. It was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I'm bringing all of my girlfriend's here!!! Thanks girls!!
