I am not one to leave reviews but I’ve never experienced something like this before and it left me completely baffled. Instructor Kelly called me out infront of a class full of people because I was late. I walked in quietly and went straight to my machine. Instead of coming up to me privately, she decided to stop the class and question me repeatedly in a very snobby demeanor in front of everyone. Felt like I was a kid in school again as a grown adult. No instructor should talk down to someone infront of the entire class, especially because there are no polices or anything mentioned about not being able to take the class if you’re late. Her attitude towards me infront of a class full of people is unacceptable. It was humiliating and I am very disappointed, as I’ve loved taking classes with previous instructors at this studio. Unfortunately she has ruined it for me now and I will be sure to never take a class with her moving forward.

I love CirKel Pilates Studio! I’ve been visiting this studio since 2021 and have been a member for the last couple of years. The space was recently updated, and the results are absolutely beautiful.
The instructors are amazing—so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They do a great job making you feel comfortable and ensuring you’re doing the exercises correctly. Since I started coming here, I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and flexibility.
There’s a great variety of classes, including athletic reformer, barre, jump, and core and stretch. I recently tried the barre class for the first time—something I’d always been too intimidated to try before—and I wish I had done it sooner! It was the perfect balance of cardio and strength training.
The schedule is super flexible, so it’s easy to find classes that fit into your day. Plus, the overall vibe is so positive and welcoming—everyone is supportive and encouraging. I was never really into group workout classes before because I worried people would judge me if I couldn’t keep up. But that’s not the case here at all. The instructors are always positive and happy to demonstrate adjustments so everyone feels included.

Sol instructed today’s Pilates class. It was a great class! I felt challenged and learned some new Pilates movements! This place is clean, and great. I highly recommend this place.

Best little Pilates studio ever! So happy to find this lovely studio almost 2 years ago now, and I feel like they are truly my family 💗. Can’t say enough about the very high standard of instruction here, and the thought, care and quality that is behind everything they do. I have been coming to Cirkel for a semiprivate session since it opened. I started taking Pilates from Dori Renn 16 years ago and was so excited when she opened her own Studio. Dori has kept me young(er) and is terrific at working around any of my health issues with my knees and back. She is extremely knowledgeable about how the body functions. I come away from each session feeling invigorated.
