I had a very frustrating experience with City Sports Club regarding my membership during and after my pregnancy.

When I became pregnant, two different staff members assured me that I could freeze my account and resume it after delivery, and that all my personal training sessions would remain valid. That reassurance gave me peace of mind during an overwhelming time, so I froze my account and paid $10 per month for nearly a year.

However, when I returned after about a year, I was told my previously purchased sessions were no longer valid unless I re-enrolled and bought a new package. When I asked about the minimum options, I noticed a 3 month package but the staff quickly dismissed it, insisting packages start at 6 months and showing only pricier options. This directly contradicted what I had been told earlier and felt misleading, giving the impression they were more focused on upselling than honoring their word.

Despite paying for all my sessions, I ended up losing more than half of them. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency from a gym that claims to support members through all stages of life. This experience has made me lose trust in City Sports Club’s policies and customer care especially for members navigating major life changes like pregnancy.

I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone looking for honesty, flexibility, or genuine support.

Tried to use a guest pass but this guy wouldn’t let me use it and spent like 20 minutes aggressively trying to get me to join.
I’m a man with a beard and he kept suggesting Pilates classes and said their are lots of women.

Honestly, I’m not sure why this gym only has a 3.6 rating on Google. It’s spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a great variety of machines. They even provide wipes to clean the equipment, which is a nice touch. The swimming pool is a big plus, and I really liked the trial offer I used. Overall, I’d highly recommend this gym. The only minor downside might be the music—Britney and the Backstreet Boys on repeat 😄—but hey, music taste is personal!

The manager emailed me and the AC was fixed shortly after these reviews went up (less than a day later, hmmmm...), so I will change it back to 4 stars because...again, this is my gym and I love spending time here! But moving forward, there will hopefully be something in place to protect the attendees from heat related illness in the summer. Other regulars have told me this happens every year during heat waves and have also complained about it. Going forward, don't wait for bad reviews and attendee complaints before something is done.

This is my gym and I spend a lot of time here attending lots of classes, so this makes me really upset to have to do this, but I don't think anyone will listen otherwise.

The AC in the group fitness room has been broken off and on the last two weeks, to finally break completely on Monday. Two weeks ago, I had symptoms of heat stroke from trying to push through one of the classes during this heat and almost went to the hospital. I talked with the front desk about the dangers of heat sickness, especially since most people who attend the classes are elderly. I said that if the AC is not going to be working in that room, we really shouldn't be having class. My thermometer I brought stated the room was 90 degrees, not even counting everyone's body heat.

The AC has been broken all this week and nobody knows anything about when this will be repaired. It went from "maybe" being fixed from Tuesday, to Wednesday, and now to "maybe" next week. Meanwhile, the instructors have to be up there in a sometimes 70 person class (of mostly elders) in 90 degrees with no air. Opening all the doors does absolutely nothing.

This is a dangerous health hazard. One wall fan isn't going to cut it. We need someone to actually care and have backup generators or at the very least, a tech on site to repair things like this. Meanwhile, front desk is nonchalant and giving us the run around because the AC works perfectly fine everywhere else BUT the group fitness room. I get there's certain things you can't help, but you need to at least have something there as a backup to ensure attendees are safe.

I can no longer attend the classes I love due to being susceptible to heat illness. People are in danger of doing cardio in 90 degrees. It just is not acceptable.

Management and front desk people could not care less about the people who come to work out here. They’re always on their phone with ear buds in anyway. A creepy old man would not leave me alone. I told the front desk people and they really did not care. They had said “this guy buys us pizza sometimes, we can’t picture him acting like that”. I’ve been trying to get a refund for cancelling my membership. Corporate tells me to reach out to the club, the club tells me to reach out to corporate. I would not recommend coming here alone as a female. I wish I never became a member here.

McKayla is an incredible Pilates instructor at City Sports! She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and always makes sure your form is on point. Her classes are the perfect mix of challenging and supportive, with a great energy that keeps you coming back. Plus, her music selection is always on point — it keeps the pace up and makes the workout fly by. I’ve gotten stronger, more flexible, and actually look forward to working out now. This gym has everything I need. It's incredibly spacious and even has a basketball court that I always pretend I'll use but haven't really...but it's still nice to know it's there if I do get the urge to shoot around a bit. I feel like they can update some of their equipment or add a couple of other machines, but at the end of the day, I'm able to get in the workout I need and go along my business. I do go early in the morning though to avoid any crowds so I can't really speak to how it is during peak hours.

Try to avoid this location as much as you can. There more and more wired people coming to here, Sunnyvale city sports is not the one before.
Today, I was just start to use the leg machine, put down my bag, and an old B in pink top came to me, yelling at me that why you don’t start and there are people on line, I was excuse me, are you blind? I’m doing the work right now, with my phone on my hands. This is a leg machine, that you don’t need to use your hands/arm. And she came back to me multiple times, told the management, all they told me is you came to the machine first, just ignoring her. That is how management handle things? Those kind of people should be banned at the gym. Wait in line, or buy the gym so you can have the gym yourself 24/7.

I experienced sexual harassment at this gym, and the way City Sports handled it was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

I reported the incident to management, expecting them to take it seriously. Instead, I was told when the person who harassed me usually goes to the gym — so I could avoid him. Why should I have to change my routine to feel safe?
They promised to call me in a week but never did. When I followed up myself, the manager told me there was “no solid evidence” and said the person claimed we were friends. I had already clearly explained what happened. We were not friends, and having my experience dismissed like that was deeply hurtful.
To make matters worse, management repeatedly asked me why I didn’t report it sooner. That question felt like an attempt to discredit me — as if reporting later means it didn’t happen. This line of questioning, combined with their refusal to take meaningful action, felt like a second violation.
I felt unheard, and retraumatized by the entire experience. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who expects a responsible, respectful handling of serious complaints.

Extremely unprofessional staff, I got a serious ankle injury while playing and they didn't have ice at all or first aid, and while asking the staff the front desk person busy with something and the sales guy was on phone for 10+ mins, finally with severe pain I had to walk to nearest Panera to get some ice. I have not seen staff more unprofessional than these people worked here.

I was invited to join with a guest pass and given a tour recently. It took me three visits to get a chance to sit down with these important people. The guy (David) who first approached me told they had promotions going on. He was doing his job well but he was switched later by his manager in the middle of our conversation and suddenly there was not many promotions. When I decided to use the pass next day, the receptionist guy asked me to show a QR code. I did not receive any and the manager guy had told me to just show my ID whenever I come in. I can tell that this place is not managed well and some people at the reception are incompetent (whoever is on the evening sessions). I am a working individual with schedule and do not appreciate this type of disregard for someone’s time. Overall, a negative type of energy. I would advise whoever is running this business to, at very least, try to make it welcoming and respectful before selling a product to anyone. I won’t be joining or trying out this gym.

The gym is generally good but I recently had a negative experience in the gym:
My partner has a membership here and I go in as a guest sometimes. Recently they had a promotional event where the guest can go in 7 days without the host accompanying. We thought of trying it out and booked 7 days for myself. I wasn't able to make it the first day and the next day I go to the gym at the appointment time without the host and they said I can't enter the gym without the host. They had apparently canceled the guest privilege. They can do whatever they want but it is common courtesy to let them know if the guest privileges is canceled. For the guest to arrive that day on the gym and find out they can't enter is embarrassing for both the guest and the host. Please respect other people's time.

Who would bring guests in just to get humiliated. It doesn't hurt to send a text or call.

I was a member at City Sports Sunnyvale for a couple of years and generally had a good experience. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership recently due to an injury (not gym-related), as my doctor advised rest and no workouts.

I spoke with the front desk to freeze both my membership and training sessions. While they charged $10 to freeze the membership, they assured me the training sessions would be frozen upon submission of a medical letter. I provided the letter as requested, but I was still charged $55/month for training.

Despite following their instructions, I continued to be billed, which was disappointing. This experience led me to cancel my membership. I hope they improve communication and handling of such situations in the future.

The staff here are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the equipment could use an update in the future, it’s currently more than sufficient for a great workout.

There was a recent misunderstanding regarding the locker policy. When I first joined, I had never been a member of a gym before and simply asked how the lockers worked. I was told to pick a locker and use a lock, so I purchased one and had been keeping my items there for several months. Unfortunately, my lock was recently cut, which was frustrating—especially after the same thing happened at another location.

However, I had a productive conversation with the manager, who was very understanding and took the time to listen. I shared my concerns and suggested that it would be helpful to post a notice on lockers before removing locks, to give members a chance to comply with the policy.

Despite this small hiccup, I’ve really enjoyed my time at this gym. I recently turned 40 and am just beginning my fitness journey, and this gym has played a big role in helping me get started.

The worst experience i ever had with any gym... we cancelled our membership and they have been charging us for over a year!! that is ridiculous! i have called them multiple times to cancel it and they said to come in person..i went in person 4 times and the manager was never there! finally one time i found another customer who was as angry as i was to cancel the membership and they finally called the manager!
its so horrible that they have been fraudulently taking money from my account and were not even refunding anything

City Sports is one of the best gyms I’ve been to!
The facility is always super clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. They offer a great variety of classes, with different styles and options to keep things fun and challenging. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful, and everything is well organized. They have 8 stairmasters. Half of them are broken and have been for months. 2 more just broke and now they will probably be down for months. This location is in no rush to fix anything.

For the 4 that are open they don't enforce a 20 minute rule. It's the most popular machines are this gym could care less about it's members.

Also the Sauna is set to a weak 140-150 degrees. Every other City sport does better than this.

Highly recommend not joining this gym if you expect working equipment or broken equipment fixed in a reasonable amount a time

Honestly, I do not know why 3.6 is the current evaluation on google. Big gym, available swipes to clean equipment, a lot of place and different type of equipment. Available swimming pool, nice trial offer - that I used. I highly recommend it. Fine gym but can tend to be quite busy. Only 3 squat racks and no deadlift platforms so can tend to be a long wait for free weights. Equipment also can take a while to fix as other reviewers have mentioned. In the few times I've interacted staff they always been friendly and helpful.

I’ve been a member for years but first time using guest invite. Their app says a member can invite a guest for 7 days free pass. Their website says a member can invite a guest for 3 days free pass.

However the front desk guy said he didn't know this. He went to ask the group of managers sitting there chatting, then came back saying the guest still needs to pay $20 a person a day.

I also called before head but no one picks up the phone. When I came onsite there are a group of “managers” just sitting there and chatting and not helpful. It’s a waste of the city sports resources.

I'm sure city sports have the free guess days, but this sunnyvale location people are quite unprofessional and unhelpful. This is quite bad impression for future customers.

Great team of friendly and helpful staff. Purchased the membership after meeting with the sales manager Jaime, who was patient, answered all our questions and was not pushy. However for several months some of the sinks in the women’s bathroom were not working and then the 1st floor water filter station was not working for weeks. I submitted the info on the app but never heard back, but as soon as I mentioned the issue to Mark, the operations manager, he called the facility staff right away and scheduled for Mario to come in the same week. Within a couples of weeks everything has been repaired. Akiko’s zumba class is not only fun, but also always a great work out. Thanks all!

I enjoy coming here, but the cardio machines are constantly broken, and it takes them weeks or months to address it. For the amount I pay, I expect City Sports to provide working equipment at the very least. Also, the kids working the front desk likely have no idea about anything if you try to ask them any type of questions, so don’t bother 😭.

Not sure what all the hate is for, but I really enjoy coming here. I've never had any issues with the staff, in fact, they have all been incredibly nice and professional with me. Maybe the staff isn't the problem, if you have these problems everywhere you go... Sometimes the pool can be impossible to get in to, but you just have to learn what times are best and work around that. I prefer to go in to the mornings, so I really have any pick of the litter when it comes to equipment. I've been member for many years now, and don't see any reason to leave!

Not enough Olympic barbells for the incline/decline/regular bench press or squat racks. You constantly have to take bars from other areas so you can perform your workout. Regularly empty bench press' that you can't use due to lack of equipment. It's been like this for months and months now. Common to also have broken equipment that takes week to address. Do better for you paying clients please. No excuses.

I recently had an issue with locker at City Sports Sunnyvale, and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from the staff. They were prompt, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my problem was resolved efficiently. Their friendly and professional demeanor made the experience stress-free. it is a really disappointing experience! especially the trainer there. I decided to cancel my membership because of the unacceptable conduct of one of the trainers, Jonathon, at Sunnyvale City Sports. The trainer is misinterpreting my words and starting to blocking me and my friends working out at the gym after I refused sign up for his training package.

I joined the gym after my friend, who is also a member, informed me that we could practice boxing mitt work together there. Shortly after signing up, I participated in a free training session with Jonathon. To my frustration, instead of focusing on the session, he spent over 25 minutes aggressively trying to sell me a personal training package. I firmly declined, explaining that I already train at another boxing gym and allocate a comparable budget for those sessions.

However, things escalated further today when Jonathon interrupted my friend and me while we were practicing mitt work. He wrongly accused us of engaging in personal training. Despite our clear explanation that we were simply practicing together without any exchange of money, he accused us of lying, disrupted our workout, and then falsely flagged my account, claiming I was paying my friend for training. This claim appears to stem from a misinterpretation of a comment I made during last week’s training session, where I mentioned spending approximately $700 at another boxing gym. Jonathon wrongly assumed I was referring to payments made to my friend, which is entirely untrue.

This behavior is not only highly unprofessional but also insulting. Jonathon’s actions have misrepresented my intentions, unjustly interfered with my ability to work out, and created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for me and my friend. I am extremely unhappy with how this situation has been handled, and it has left me questioning the level of respect and professionalism at Sunnyvale City Sports.

Not recommended. One of the staff members, Gabriel (if I recall the name correctly), was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to interact with. This is a review for Gabriel, The short white guy. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing once again. I had hoped things might have improved over the past year, but that wasn’t the case. I’ve been working out at this gym for over half a year now with my workout partner, and our trainer, Michael, has been fantastic. He’s super nice, has helped us a lot, and honestly made our fitness journey a lot more enjoyable. This is genuinely how I feel.

Recently, Michael asked if we could write him a review, and I thought it was totally fine. So, I browsed through some reviews on Google Maps, and something interesting caught my eye: a bunch of one-star reviews. To be fair, I can understand most of the complaints. Honestly, I do think the sales team here can be a bit pushy, especially in the beginning when they try hard to convince you to get a personal trainer. Plus, the gym gets really crowded during peak hours, and sometimes you have to wait to use equipment. And yes, the trainers here are expensive—each session only lasts 25 minutes.

That being said, I still think this gym works perfectly for me. It’s close to both my home and my office, and the membership fee is relatively affordable compared to other gyms. As for the training sessions, since my workout partner and I share them, the cost is effectively cut in half, and we don’t waste time during rest periods. We usually get in early to do our cardio warm-up, and Michael often stretches the session to a full 30 minutes. He even gives us tips on what we can work on afterward, which is plenty for us as beginners.

It may not be the perfect gym, but for me, City Sports is still my best option. Everyone has their own needs when it comes to choosing a gym, and this one ticks all the right boxes for me. That’s what I wanted to share.

Been a member here since before COVID. The gym is large with free weights and machines on lower level and cardio equipment, group classes, basketball and racquetball court on the upper level. Relatively heated pool for the winters and clean shower rooms. Overall I love the place

How is anyone supposed to workout here with 4 total 45lb barbells? They are used for any fundamental lift. There are at least 7 benches/squat racks missing barbells. Membership is quite expensive to not have anything for people to lift with.

Here’s an honest summary of this gym:

-Old equipment +10-15 years old with several of them out-of order at any given time.

-No deadlift spot.

- Barbell: very rare and always missing. You will see bench press stations or squat racks without barbells all the time.

-Extremely old and limited cardio machines. There is only elliptical, treadmill, bikes and stair master, all are atleast 10-15 years old.

- Disinfecting wipes are always out and the crew do Nothing to replace them/care.

- Low culture: You will get the cocktail of the most horrible sweat smell as you walk the gym. Low personal hygiene. People also don’t wipe the equipment after they’re done.

-Busyness: The gym is absolutely packed between 5 to 7:30 so you are guaranteed to wait 15-20 mins for every machine/station.

- Location: I think for me that was the only + that got me to sign up here in the first place.

Their yoga class is basically a stretch class on oriental opera music. While this class is great for people looking to stretch, there is no aspect of real yoga in that class. Please add an authentic yoga class with an instructor who actually knows asana, and meaning of yoga!! You will find one if you pay them more.

The staff body shame people into getting them to pay for membership. They are incompetent and have no idea of what exercises to recommend if you have specific health issues.

This gym does NOT have enough bars. They have like 3 bars in use even though they have 3 squat racks and 7 benches. They should at least have enough bars for each squat rack and bench, which would be 10 bars. The bars they do have are always occupied even at 1pm on weekdays which is NOT a crowded time, causing people to have to wait.

Citysports is a good place if you wanna keep to yourself and not talk to any of the staff ( some of them are nice). A friend of mine, who recently joined the gym, took the complimentary training offered by the gym. The guy that trained him was a piece of artwork. In the name of marketing, he was pushy inconsiderate, and rude. To top all of this, he even body shamed my friend. Please do not sign up for the free personal training program, no matter how much they try to entice you or pester you.

Been a member on and off. Recently joined again. The gym is equipped with things I need but every time I have to talk to their pushy sales guys..who sits on the left side of the entrance, I feel like I lose a month of my life or at least 4 IQ points. It's so hard to talk to them without getting a headache. You know all they are thinking about is how to nickel and dime you and sell more services to you.

If you decide to join..take my advice and just never turn left after entering the gym.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT enroll for Personal trainer here, is a TRAP.

The sales folks try to push you very hard to buy the personal training program, and make promises and commitments that they stop to honor even before your credit card payment settles.

The personal trainer rate is roughly about $70 for a 25-min session, which itself is overly charged. My assigned trainer would usually be DJ, he would either come late or have the session reschedule often, when they charge $2.8 per minute.

Right from the 1st session until my last session a year later, he would keep asking my stats, my body weight, height, injuries every time, and forget it by the next week, like they never care about it.

If ever I made a mistake of having them do my body measurements, they would do that in 25 min training sessions time, imagine that is $5 worth of your 2 mins of session, for standing on a weighing scale.

The do not have anything to do about your comprehensive development and would never care about your diet plan, food habits, supplements, etc; let alone sitting with you and drafting one.

The worst part is cancellation, they tell you that you may cancel the program anytime and you can keep your sessions for lifetime and use whenever you like. However, when you actually get in to it, you find out, your sessions will be gone if you don't use them within 30 days of cancellation.

The only thing they want from you is your subscription money, once they have it, they don't care about you or your fitness.

I'm very disapointed by the way these guys treat costumers, I came in to the Arques location and signed up for two memberships, on 4/29/24 and was told I would be paying the first and last month fee plus a fee to start using the premices, so I paid $204.96, two weeks later a $118.00 was charged on my credit card, I came back to the costumer service desk to enquire and was told I signed up on line and they don't have a record of my the person helping me getting started, I mentioned I had come in and recognize the sales person, I was told he is a trainer and not a sales person, therefore they cannot help me, searching on line this is a common practice, they they signed costumers and not tell them about the annual fee, if City Sports really cared about it's costumers they should be clear up front and respect costumers with proper business practices. So far two weeks later my credit card has been charged over $320.00
So far no one from their department has replied or called me to clear this app.

Agree with the other commenters on personal training sign-ups. Front desk and the “membership” crew are a bunch of liars. They’ll say whatever you need to hear to have you sign the contract. The moment the ink dries on the paper, they’ll treat like a POS.

Israel, who signed me up promised to give few extra sessions failed on his promise and never returned my calls even though he said he’ll take care of it. I gave up after relentlessly following up for a couple of months.

Front desk is even worse.

The facility itself is good and I found a good trainer (Bryan), but the fact that I was outright lied to, left a bad taste. I would NOT recommend this place for personal training. Please stay away from this place. If I could give them zero stars, I would have. This place doesn't deserve to be a business.

I recently went to the city sports by the airport and ….was very surprised to find that CS quite filthy. It made me really appreciate what I have here in Sunnyvale bc our gyms are ALWAYS clean and super spotless and bright. The other one was really gloomy and I kind of just felt disgusted being there and kept thinking, “I won’t be returning here.” Even the staff I feel is a lot better. I specifically want to shoutout Camila and Juan —they are amazing. I don’t know if I look forward to my workouts more or seeing their welcoming faces. They always acknowledge the regulars, always make it a point to say hi even when they themselves are working out. They definitely make the gym what it is: spotless and such a comfortable place.

It's a standard commercial gym. About 50% of the space is devoted to cardio. Because of it's low monthly rate crowds get extreme during peak hours. 3pm- 7pm. Most of the equipment is serviceable. The only thing really lacking is weightlifting platforms or a place to do deadlifts.

My husband (a US citizen) is a member of City Sports Club. I (a documented non-citizen) was looking for a gym, and my husband suggested to try his gym, as he would be able to give me a 7-day free trial through his membership.

We finally went on August 23rd 2023, a little before 9PM. I asked the front desk about activating my free trial, and they told me to proceed to another person behind the desk on the other side of the entrance.

I went there and asked about free trial activation. They asked me for the email of the free trial, and proceeded to ask for my driver’s license. I don’t drive, so I told them, “would a passport be okay?”. They sighed and said, “sure.”. I showed them a picture of my passport, to which they said, “are you not a US citizen?”. I was puzzled by this question, but I still answered, “I’m not, I’m a foreigner.”. They tsk-ed me and said, “I can’t just keep doing this, you know? Otherwise random people from India or like Mumbai could come to the facility without a membership. But I’ll let you go this time.”.

I did not say anything afterwards because I was so taken aback by that racist remark. I understand that each company might have their own policies, but there must be another way of enforcing these policies without being racist. For instance, they could have asked for other forms of US ID, and I would have been more than willing to provide that.

I’m giving 2 stars only because it is actually a decent gym with good equipments and facilities. Great location too.

City Sports Club in Sunnyvale offers an excellent fitness experience. The swimming pool is refreshing, though it can get crowded on weekends. The facility provides plenty of equipment for various workouts, including a basketball court. There's also a racket court available, but it cannot be booked by Direct and Active membership. The atmosphere is motivating. Overall, I highly recommend City Sports Club for its facilities and amenities.

The management of the gym is very poor...
First, no accurate update on hours such as the very latest Memorial Day the hours on website was not updated! People came to gym around 3pm or 4pm suddenly realized the gym would be closed at 4pm! And there were no signs or posts on front desk or any staff to remind customers about the change of hours on Memorial Day!
Secondly, when search for group exercises on website, there is no a full schedule of all the group exercises! Instead you can only search on one specific exercise at a time, it is very inconvenient and such a poor website!
Thirdly, the manager was not friendly when once we asked him about membership questions! He had no smiles and gave an answer sounded like from his own opinion but not a formal rule from the gym. Show customers a written document about gym rule next time or please have the documents ready from now on..

Please be careful when you sign the personal training contract. Terrible experience. I am trapped by this scam like personal training plans. When they offer you a free training assessment, never accept it because they only want to sell you the personal training plan, which is a trap. Don’t trust what their sales persons tell you. They are telling lies and hiding truth, only to charge you more money.

The Membership Manager is very rude to start with, who just laughs off your choice of not taking up his offer. This has been the same experience over the year at 2 different occasions at this center when the membership manager tries to arm twist you into a membership. I would suggest, go for Active&Fit if you get it from your work benefits. They have way better pricing model and no annual fee.
The center is otherwise okay when you don't need to interact with the staff.

Kids Klub is closed on the busiest days Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Why charge for kids klub when its only open for a little bit. It's not logical. The membership is kinda pricey too. Also, the hours should be clearly stated in Google Maps, the app and on the doors so there is no confusion. It's posted on a piece of paper with small print that looks like a licensing paper from far away. And should also say **DIFFERENT LOCATIONS MAY HAVE DIFFERENT HOURS**. Other locations close their kids klub at 8pm, which is more logical because not everyone works early hours. I wouldn't have given such a low score but they seem to have enough employees to run the place, they have 3 people sitting in the front at 7pm( that's when it starts to slow down). Seems like the 3rd person is just sitting there and chilling. I've spoken to Mark about the situation but all they had to say was "Sorry for the inconvenience, you can try Newhall but you might not make it." Unprofessional, they could've said " I see your concern, I will escalate this to my boss." ETC etc. I've talked with other folks and they also agree, hours should be extended to 8pm. They can't join their spouse or friend because it's not open long enough.

I hope this situation raises awareness in the diversity in workforce and professionalism.

Once this can take place, I will consider changing the low rating of this location.

The gym is nice but I am very disappointed with the smell near the dumbell area. If you pick any of the dumbells, they smell so bad. Whoever is cleaning that place is doing really clumsy job. I ve never been in another gym with that bad of a smell. Even though I told them, nothing changed. Maybe you will notice it and do something about now that I write it here.

Suggestion: Clean the dumbells and the area around them well.
