I've been working with Yusuf for 3 months now. My goals were to get stronger and have more agility. He tailored an exercise program based on my goals. He helped me focus on my weak areas, where I definitely saw a lot of progress. He has the right personal and communication skills. He knows how to motivate me, push me and he also knows where to stop. I would highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

So i joined clackfit two months ago to prepare for a kickboxing fight. My initial purpose of joining was to get stronger, and fitter, but the result of the training after 2 months way exceeded my expectation. Not only I’m getting stronger and more fit in general, but my balance, flexibility, and coordination drastically improve with only two months training here.

One cool thing was on my last hard sparring session my partner was trying to chop my leg with hard leg kicks, and sweep me, but I just couldn’t go down. For some reason I manage to stay upright and not let my glove touch the ground all the time, which never happened before. 100% sure it is because of clackfit.

So, you know, try it out yourself. You’ll be surprised by what you can achieve within a short amount of time. Yusuf, the owner, really knows his stuff.

I have been going to ClackFit for almost two years. I enjoy the group classes, the trainers there do take the time to ensure that you are doing the exercises with appropriate posture. I have been training with Yusuf for the last few months. I like his style, his approach is customized to my needs. His advice and philosophy about personal fitness has helped me stay on track. I started going to Clackfit about two and a half years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Yusuf and his staff take training to a whole new level. With Clackfit you are more than just another client. Between individualizing workouts for your specific needs and helping you identify goals outside of the gym, Yusuf presents an all around way of life that impacts much more than your body. You become part of a community and genuinely enjoy your time in the gym. After moving out of the area, I'm sad (selfishly) to say that nothing compares to Clackfit that I've encountered. When I joined ClackFit, I literally couldn't walk. My herniated disc had acted up again and this time it caused my entire left leg to go numb for several weeks. The muscles in my left leg were now half the size of my right leg (due to muscle atrophy) and was pretty much limping my way around. I honestly thought there was no hope.

Then I joined ClackFit, and all that changed. You see, I always used to go to the gym on my own and didn't feel like I needed a "trainer". I felt I knew enough to keep myself in shape. Boy was I wrong! The value of having a trainer with the expertise, knowledge and dedication that Yusuf Clack possesses is priceless. I would not have been able to recover without his guidance. From managing form to pushing us to get the last few reps in, he is with us in every step.

The element that really attracted me to Yusuf's program is that it's tailored and geared towards the busy "Silicon-Valley" professional. He's not trying to turn us into the next Olympics champions, but instead has tailored a program that will help keep our bodies healthy, balanced and fit so we can enjoy our lives with our loved ones.

I can't say enough about ClackFit and about Yusuf in particular. Thanks for everything you've done for me!!!
