Are you looking for a total body, high intensity, low impact workout that gives you the cardio training you want in a safe and effective way? Do you love spin, but want to try the next BIG workout!
This calorie blasting, climbing experience is different from any other workout you have tried before. Unlike most cardio machines, the Versa Climber gives you no momentum which forces your body to do all of the work! You will use your upper body, core, and lower body to BLAST calories while having fun in a 30 min group session that will leave you sweaty and wanting more.
Compared to its competitors (treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, and spin bikes), the Versa Climber is more effective at burning fat and calories in a shorter amount of time.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a session with Tiffany, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Her deep knowledge of techniques and safety protocols was evident from the start, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the session, she provided clear and concise instructions, always emphasizing safety without compromising on the fun. What I appreciated most was their ability to tailor the lesson to all skill level and provide constructive feedback that helped me improve with each attempt. Her passion for climbing was infectious, and her encouragement gave me the confidence to push my limits. Overall, Tiffany is a top-notch instructor who not only an instructor but also a supportive and enjoyable human. I highly recommend her classes to climbers of all levels!

This place is everything you want from a workout. High intensity, low impact, kind/fun instructors, and only 30 minutes! I go about four times a week and am so grateful to have a VersaClimber studio in town. You feel accomplished walking out of those doors and you feel the results from challenging yourself in class. Having the stats available from each workout brings in a fun competitive factor that is very motivating. I cannot recommend this place enough :)

I absolutely LOVE CLIMB! I went from doing nothing, to going to CLIMB at least 4 days a week. It’s addicting and gives you the best sweat! The instructors are so encouraging and the girls at the front desk are so welcoming! I recommend this workout to everyone I talk to about it! It’s hard, but so worth it!

I’m entirely addicted! It never gets easier, and I’m always gassed out at the end of class. I’ve been climbing for 7 months and the accountability of a membership, fantastic instructors, and my desire to climb higher/faster keep me coming back. The VersaClimber really is low impact so my body doesn’t “joint hurt” after consecutive classes, just the muscles. These days I have a hard time taking a day off because I look forward to the burn and the sweat that much! Try it, all in, for a month, you will feel stronger!

Climb is a killer 30 minute work out. The instructors and their playlists always motivate me to work hard. I always leave class with great endorphins and a sense of accomplishment. I love that the VersaClimber app keeps track of your workouts so you visualize your improvement over time.

I am so happy a gym like this was brought to Bakersfield! I have done versa climber workouts in NYC and LA and now when I come to Bakersfield I can do it here too! It's a full body workout and the calorie burn is insane (way more than spin or cardio!)
