I have been a member of climb society in Folsom for about 2 to 3 months now. The classes are awesome and the instructors really pay attention to make sure you are doing the work out correctly and boy when you do the work out correctly do you get an awesome workout. The facility is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. if you have never done this type of exercise before I highly recommend it it's a full body workout cardio muscle toning etc and kicks your butt.

Classes: I absolutely love the classes. The classes are fun and provide a whole body workout. The instructors have great energy and are always motivating. I love when they have themed classes!

Cryotherapy: I recommend for everyone to try cryotherapy! It has helped me with hip pain and it even helped me with anxiety. I enjoy doing cryo before a workout because it gives me a great deal of energy; it is truly invigorating.

Atmosphere: The staff is always nice and inviting. They make sure to take care of their clients and provide a safe space for everyone. When it comes to newcomers, staff members take the time to show them the tower and how it works.

Amenities: The facility is always clean and the bathrooms are stocked with some cool stuff (dry shampoo, spray-on deodorant, towels, blow dryers and more). The facility has a neat water filtration system where I can conveniently refill my water bottle.

I love the energy of the instructors and the unique, full-body workout offers up something different than your usual cycling/circuit class. Also, the place looks like a spaceship inside, so they had me at the cool LED lighting. :)
