Each session is challenging yet fair. If I’m having an off day, they understand. I am in much better health surrounded by a community who truly supports each other. I have made friends and seen people I know outside the gym.

Give them a try. The one thing you can control is consistency by showing up.

Honestly, kind of disappointed. The gym recently started putting locks on the barbells, and it’s actually messing with lifts. You can’t even do a full bench press without the lock getting in the way, which is super frustrating. It feels way too restrictive, like they’re more worried about equipment than letting people actually train. Kinda makes it feel more like Planet Fitness now, and that’s not what I signed up for. Wish they’d rethink this because it really messes with your workout flow.

Genuinely impressed. I’d been a member of EOS Fitness for about three years. At first, I was willing to make the commute from Fallbrook all the way out there because I thought the bigger gym would offer better amenities. I was wrong. Not only did I waste gas, but I constantly found myself waiting on machines or running around searching for basic equipment that was never available.

When I joined Paradise, my only goal was to have a place where I could get most of my workouts done without excuses—somewhere accessible and consistent. What I discovered was so much more. Paradise is clean, well-equipped, and after just two weeks, I realized they have even more rooms stocked with great gear. The staff is friendly, and the laid-back vibe of the members keeps the environment respectful and pressure-free.

As a woman in fitness, that last part matters—a lot. No unwanted stares, no “gym bro” energy. Just a supportive, welcoming space. I’m proud to call Paradise Fitness my new gym home, and I truly appreciate the effort this mom-and-pop business puts into creating a positive community for Fallbrook.

Very intimate and always someone to help you. Always, I've been to all these other Exquisite gyms in temecula escondido but not like this gym, Not just the people who work there help you. But people that go there will help you. I'm very comfortable there. I've been to other gyms and I don't get treated that way. I love my workout I go twice a day.

My wife and I have been going here almost a year now and training with Andrew a few times per week. Not only is Andrew skilled at coming up with a good mixture of total body exercises based on our strengths and weaknesses, but doing so even when some equipment is being used; he finds another alternate solution so we do not have to wait. We are happy with the gym and staff working here.

Pretty decent gym. Love the fans and outdoor workout areas. Could use a proper powerlifting cage or two. This really isnt the gym for someone who wants to squat and deadlift several times a week.

Some of the cardio equipment could use replacing.

Nice staff, can get pretty crowded in the evening but staff and clients are nice.

Could use better weekend hours. 6 pm is a really early closing time.

It has been a constant battle with this company charging my credit card during this Covid 19 year and being closed. My dance only membership is considered non essential. I am being charged more than my membership costs. I cancel with my bank. Somehow Paradise manages to override and figure a way to charge. When asked to speak to a manager, I am given an email address. I send an email and don't hear back. I will cancel my credit card, it is tied into other accounts which is a hassle and may put me in jeopardy in the future with this company. I don't recommend this headache. The dance class was fun on a high note.

If the young man at the front door had been an employee of mine, I would have terminated him on the spot. Very negative attitude and made me feel like I was an interruption to his wark rather than the purpose of it. Not one question from him. A direct price quote to join and not even an inquiry about interests or an invitation to join. Very dismissive. There is no possibility that I will ever join this gym as long as management hires people with his attitude to meet prospective customers.

Club Paradise Fitness is a hidden gem! This gym has everything you need to be successful in your health/weight loss journey. All types of equipment, classes and top notch coaches. I especially recommend the bootcamp classes by David. His classes are challenging, fun and always different, making a very hard process, enjoyable!

Been a member for about 4 years now. But, I started going to the bootcamp class with David and it has done wonders for me!!! I can honestly say this particular class has changed my life!!! It has toned me up!!! I highly recommend their Zumba class with Perla as well!!! She is so energetic and fun!! Great atmosphere, great workouts, friendly personnel!!!

Great gym with many classes to choose from. They offer HIIT classes that appeal to any gender, age, size & shape. The instructors and trainers are great at modifying exercises to meet the members specific needs. If you are looking for results, you need to give this a try. I’ve been a member at club paradise fitness for 3 years now and I have yet to find a gym with the same energetic positive vibe. They offer an extensive variety of aerobics classes all instructed by amazing trainers. The staff is polite and always eager to help. What I love about the gym is that they offer fitness challenges every few months to help push you towards your fitness goals! They currently have their 6 week fitness challenge going right now so come in and join us!!!

Went to this gym for a day pass being out of town I needed a place to train. Daniel was at the front desk, very nice guy, told me about his Clothing Co instinct apparel very motivating so far… But sadly the environment doesn’t showcase this. Machines are outdated and dirty and didn't seem well maintained. The floor is coming up it could pose a hazard. The mirrors in the free weight area are dirty. The aerobics room had sweat all over the floor from after the class and no one seemed to clean it up. Weights scattered all over the floor, gym etiquette seems to not be enforced here. The outside area was unusable due to rain. My career requires me to travel to various cities and i did not enjoy my experience at Club Paradise in Fallbrook CA.
