I love this studio! I’ve been to 3 other studios in California and this is by far my favorite! If you like reformer Pilates and you live nearby, I highly recommend checking it out! It’s super clean, well-kept, very conveniently located within the mall with ample parking, and the instructors are great! Elsa, in particular, is a standout teacher- she has tons of experience, she is so knowledgeable, and she always leads an amazing workout! Bonus, if you go to class on Tuesdays, there’s a farmer’s market at the mall in the afternoon/evenings.

I’ve had such a great experience at Club Pilates! Everyone is so welcoming, and I love seeing all the friendly faces each time I come in. Briana’s classes are always a highlight — she brings a good challenge but also gives great adjustments and guidance throughout. Highly recommend!

This is an integral part of my daily routine: attending Pilates classes, which help to strengthen both my body and mind, enhancing my flexibility and overall well-being. I deeply appreciate all my instructors, as they show genuine care and provide clear, detailed instructions that effectively help me target and strengthen my core muscles. I truly love this place, with its welcoming and motivating atmosphere, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their physical health and mental clarity. Shoutout to the following: Misha, Elsa, Lisa, and Diana. You ladies are the bomb!

A Club Pilates addict! Love all the instructors! They create a dynamic class, with different moves always introduced. I look forward to great/funny/informative instructor commentary at every class and motivating music. Always a clean facility. Yes classes fill fast but I almost always come off the waitlist. If I travel out of town, I can also usually find a club Pilates near me…wonderful so I never miss a work out.

Do not sign up for this place or membership. They do not call you back at all. I signed up for a free class for only 30 minutes I wasted my time and the instructor told us they would call us but I have not heard from them

Have been an unlimited member here for 3 months and I love it! Classes are full so prebooking is essential & that holds me accountable. Instructors are amazing/fun & I love how clean the studio always is. Can’t wait till they get more instructors for more class times!

Don’t go to this place. It will be a waste of your money. It is always hard to get a spot for a class! You will be waitlisted all the time and very inconvenient to your own time. You would rather go somewhere where you have flexibility with your own schedule.
When you cancel a membership, ensure you email them. They will not give you a call back when you leave a message with their voicemail.
It was a complete waste of my money. Almost 200 a month down the drain.
I wouldn’t even put a star if it was an option.

Availability is terrible! Almost 95% of classes are on a waitlist and you’ll be #15 on the waitlist. I bought a class credit and have been waitlisted every single time. It expired in 30 days… robbed me of my $$ just because availability sucks 30 days of trying! Not worth paying the pricy membership either if you can never get added into a class.

I took a 30 min intro class here so giving my opinion on that.
I appreciate that they offer a free class and run a promo to waive the sign up fees. The facility is nice and clean and has a wide range of equipment.
The cons was the instructor. She was sassy, self absorbed, and rude. I found that instead of positive motivation she would try to make the class feel bad. Ex. You guys all watch your phones and TV’s so that’s why you guys can’t listen. I’m cueing you so you need to listen. She really lacked self awareness on how she sounded and came across. She was rude to the front desk lady who was trying to share the calendar and packages and was clearly nervous to talk in front of the group and told her to slow down she is talking way to fast.
I would recommend putting a kind and welcoming teacher in charge of the intro class so more people will want to sign up.

This website is terrible. I could not find pricing or details of a membership plan. This place is super close to my home but because I couldn't figure out the website, I went somewhere else .

Classes are always full. They charge $10 for cancellation after a 12hour period but don’t offer anything when they cancel the entire class last minute. They also charge $15 for a no show but the app only reminds you about your class when it’s too late. They charged me over $65 additional on top of my unlimited subscription of $206. The classes themselves aren’t challenging and they make everyone start at a level 1 even if you’re capable of a higher intensity. In order to cancel they make you give a 30-day notice (like I’m not renting an apartment :/ it’s a membership). You can only cancel after completing 3 months or pay a $100 cancellation fee. Also, you have no control over your own subscription. You must contact the studio. I only started enjoying this studio once I dropped the rules and took the 1.5 and 2.0 classes. Never again a waste of $600 plus because I didn’t even take $600 worth of classes.

Took the intro class and liked it. I decided to get the unlimited membership $200+/ Monthly and went on their app hoping to book a class the next day. Was on the app and all the classes for the week and part of the next week were booked and had on average 5 ppl waitlisted.
I have three small children and my husbands work schedule changes every day so booking a class two weeks in advance does not work for my schedule. Was very disappointed.
Went to cancel my contract. Which requires a hand written notice within three business day to be mailed or hand delivered to their location and the receptionist seemed confused why I was delivering a handwritten notice. **Maybe some contract review should be required by their employees ** Because I can not be the first person to cancel AND read the contract!
Classes would have been fun if they were easier to sign up for in a short amount of time. Bad overall experience after the intro class though.

Love the classes and coaches but the availability if the classes is very limited. For working people, it’s very difficult to schedule classes when the availability is very limited. Anytime I try to book classes they’re booked far out in advance. Most open classes are in the middle of the day which is almost impossible to book when working a full time job. Would like for there to be more classes available in the early morning (before 7am) and later in the day (after 7pm) Monday-Sunday. Other than the low/limited availability of classes, the teachings and coaches are fabulous :-)

Chula Vista is great, and unlike any other workout, I have done in the past. Remember do not be discouraged and believe them when they say it will take you a few classes to get the hang of it. Once I had a few classes under my belt, I started to enjoy the morning workout. The staff is really nice, and I love how fast the classes go by.
