I had a membership at Club Pilates until September 22nd, but on September 21st they suddenly cancelled all my classes without notifying me. The worst part? They even sent me a confirmation saying my class was booked and I was all set to come in. When I actually arrived at the studio, they told me I could not take the class.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Their cancellation policy is misleading and their communication is terrible. Instead of informing members honestly, they mislead you with confirmations and then deny you access.
If you’re considering joining Club Pilates, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The service is unreliable, the management is careless, and they do not respect members’ time or money. Worst experience ever.

I’ve been going to Club Pilates and it’s been a wonderful experience. I feel more energized and refreshed every day. Starting my mornings with a class really boosts my mood and helps me stay positive throughout the day. It’s also been great for improving my body awareness, balance, and strength. I’m so glad I started.it’s become an important part of my routine!

Instructors at this studio are genuinely pretty nice. I took a class with Vicky and I will never return. She makes you feel very unwelcome if you haven’t taken her classes previously and makes comments throughout class that her “regular 1.5 students” know what she’s talking about… as a beginner you feel left behind for most parts of her class

I went to the club Pilates intro class with angel and everything was really easy to follow. I don’t think reformers Pilates is for me as I prefer mat workouts, but it was clean and everyone is nice so it is a good studio to check out if this is your thing

Nice atmosphere. Angel is a good trainer, too. I liked that the music was low and in the background. I just got home and my body feels so much better after the work out!

I love Monica’s class. Her private pilate lesson is so helpful especially for core strength I need for my climbing and hiking adventures. Monica is such a pleasure to work with. She is very patient and articulate with great instructions to help me to learn good form. Highly recommend her class and private lessons

I absolutely love this place! Great atmosphere - lots of camaraderie that is supported by the owners and staff. Best place ever to get your core in shape.
I tell everyone this is the best full mind-body workout I have ever experienced. When I go in, the rest of the world fades away. I don't meditate, or do breathing exercises, or anything like that outside club pilates so this is has to satisfy ALL of those needs - and it does.
Before coming here, I hated the idea of indoor anything, let alone group classes. New perspective now after three years. I would never give this up.
Can't give Club Pilates Cupertino, its owners, its staff, and of course awesome instructors, enough praise!

Have been to many club pilates, and this meets the bar!
Clean and well-maintained studio. They have a great set of trainers.
One of the best front desk staff- super Polite, knows how to talk, and has a flexible policy, which is the cherry on top! They have great options in the morning and evening so that you can choose as per your day preferences.
As they know, life happens, and they are not here to make money by taking advantage like Sunnyvale, Sanjose, and Palo Alto locations do, which is to charge you for cancellation if not done within 12 hours. This way, you don't get classes, but this location ensures everyone gets classes and services as deserved.
I am posting this review after taking classes for 380 days here. I have a passport membership and have been with Club Pilates for three years.
I am posting this review for people like me who read reviews and believe in people.
You will love the instructors: Jaz, Justin, Monica, Angel, Jo & Jen! They put their soul into their classes!

Dont register . Be careful. When you register and you dont want to continue then they will charge again so please read carefully the documents. My wife was registered for 2 months and they again and again charge 299$ because we did not cancelled before 1 month.
Dont go here and please be careful what you signed…

The class is good for some instructors, and classes are sometimes difficult to enroll due to long waiting list. The service is the worst comparing to other fitness/gym I used to go. My doctor suggested to stop exercise due to pregnancy and my health issue. But they just simply threw me with the cancellation policy to pay extra $100 within 30 days frame, or consider to freeze for 3 months but still have to pay $15 per month during freezing and $100 cancellation fee. I am super disappointed that the gym only cares about charging money instead of providing solutions for anything emergency happen to their customers.

Took a free class with my mom since her doctor recommended she try pilates as exercise since its low impact to the knees to help her rebuild knee strength.
Everything before the class was seamless and great, they seemed to care about noting any injuries and previous surgeries which was a good sign to me since my mom is on the older side. They also called a few times to confirm and were really nice on the phone. The one star is because the pre-class communication was seamless and professional.
However when we got to the class, the instructor Jasmine was not providing any sort of adjustments for my mom (despite the class being 3 people, us 2 and one other person). She was also jumping around from things quickly and not explaining the next steps very well. Her voice was frustrated when our movements weren't what she wanted despite the fact that she was explaining things so poorly. I overall would not recommend this studio just because of my experience in the class. Unless you're an expert in pilates and don't really need much instruction on the reformer, don't come here. I'd taken a pilates class before and even with that experience, Jasmines instruction was really terrible and what got me the most was that she seemed audibly frustrated that we weren't reading her mind.
Another thing I thought was odd was that when I asked for a brochure with pricing they said they didn't have any because it changes so frequently. Gym membership changing so frequently that you don't have a pamphlet that says your membership pricing? Seems odd. When I pushed for pricing before the class they scratched some numbers on the back of a paper for me. Seems rather unprofessional.
Something else to note, even a free class requires you have nonslip socks which they sell for 15$, if you do decide to take a free class, buy a cheap 3$ pair from amazon, they work perfectly well.
