I had an amazing 11 months at this studio. My favorite instructor was Ginny. She is very knowledgeable and takes her with her students. She always had fun stories to get you through the challenging moments of practice. I will truly miss Pilates especially this summer. Unfortunately I can no longer afford it so taking a break but plan to return in the near future. Ginny you are an inspiration thank you for making it seem so easy!

I wasn’t going to leave a review until I saw how many people had the same billing and communication issue I had. I was ignored multiple times when asking for a refund when I was charged for my membership after canceling. I got the run around and had to stay on top of them for a month to try and get my money back.

I have been a member since 2020 and love it--I can't imagine my life without Pilates and I can't imagine being at any other studio.
The teachers vary in their teaching styles, but that's typical in all teaching environments and I kind of like it because it helps you figure out what kind of teacher you like (ie. extra challenging, bubbly, by-the-book, calming, talkative, etc).

New members should be aware that certain classes (especially with certain teachers) fill up quickly, so you may need to book far in advance if you discover a favorite teacher/day/time.

This studio has such wonderful vibes. A lot of the members are regulars and have been here for years, so we've built friendships over that time--it's such a lovely family environment. We know when someone is out sick, has a new grandchild, or got promoted at work! It's wonderful and I can't say enough about the members at this studio. The teachers are great and management is phenomenal about taking suggestions and feedback... but the members are the magic sauce of this particular studio!

Very clean and new. Instructors are great! Classes book up fast and you can early plan last minute classes. Please be aware there is 30 day cancelation policy and even if you have doctor note that explains your massive joint pain and flare ups, management preferred to follow the rule than gain your loyalty.

I thought I had posted a review in the past but in any case, I received a text which triggered a reminder to reassess Club Pilates this morning. I was totally willing to do so because I love Pilates and the studio is so close to home. In looking at the reviews here, I am SO sad I didn’t post to warn my neighbors in the area - maybe my review could have saved the 2-3 others who posted a poor review of this establishment.

I’m afraid it sounds like things haven’t changed in over a year at this studio. I had an awful experience at Club Pilates Foothill Ranch which was the result of (1) unfair consumer practices (lock-in clauses, unfair charges when freezing membership, and non-understanding or non-responsiveness in notification of no shows during emergencies) (2) ignored by Beth on most occasions (3) was never sure if my remaining 2 months that were unfairly charged for, were valid. (4) never received an apology, just an excuse.

Do not go here if their policies haven’t changed and if Beth is still associated with the establishment.

Amazing customer service! The owner, runs a tight ship, YET puts people first, she truly cares about people and their well-being.
I had to freeze my account and then later ended up having to cancel and she went above and beyond to accommodate my particular circumstances.

The teachers are great and the schedule is very accommodating.
I highly recommend this Foothill Ranch studio and strongly support a business that puts people first.
I will definitely be a member again. Q

I've been hesitant to write this review, as I normally prefer to only "Yelp" or "Google" when the experience is a positive one. But, after revisiting their site and seeing that what happened to me, happened to others, I've decided to proceed.
Like many, I signed up for the 3 months, auto payment plan. Unfortunately, at my "almost" 2 month mark, I was injured (not at the studio) and required surgery along with no activity (I was also unable to work and was now on short term disability)
The studio was notified the very next morning (as I had a class scheduled) They were extremely "understanding" and I provided the requested paperwork (medical documents) needed, to freeze my membership.
And, though the account was to be "frozen"...it was not. As, they opted to continue to bill me.
I once again provided them the medical documentation (did I mention, I'm also a nurse) that my surgeon had dictated. But, nothing. Sadly, Beth would not return ANY calls and had one of her assistants finally communicate with me. And, though I was "told" the money would be refunded...this turned out to be more of a stalling tactic. Until the calls and texts were just completely ignored.
So, buyer beware...
There are a TON of places to work out at...and ethical owners, too! Choose wisely.

My friend and I joined Club Pilates together and decided to terminate our memberships on the same day. We sent the email together at the same time, but despite both wanting to cancel for the next month, I was charged for an additional month under the 30-day cancellation policy, while my friend was able to cancel without being charged. When I contacted the studio, they claimed everyone is held to the 30-day cancellation policy. However, I pointed out that my friend was able to cancel without any issue. The owner, Beth, asked me who my friend was and when I told her and explained the situation again she stopped responding. It's clear that this studio/owner has a record of billing issues. I was even nervous to share my friend's name as I felt Beth would go back and charge her. I strongly advise avoiding this studio altogether as it seems that the policies are not enforced equally. I'm not the only person who has had a negative experience with Beth regarding billing issues. Do not waste your time and money here.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt I had to share my disappointing experience with this place. After pausing my membership without specifying a timeframe, I was shocked to discover that it had been reactivated without my authorization. This resulted in two months of unauthorized charges totaling $458.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the company and resolve this issue, I received no response for over a month. This lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable.

Plus, the facility itself lacked appeal. The unpleasant odor emanating from the vents reminded me of a stadium snack bar, and there's only one instructor that impressed me.

Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I urge potential customers to proceed with caution.

The instructor Behnaz Taghavi forced me to buy socks and then said she cannot give me receipt, I have to pay cash. No records at all. She is very rude and said I am wasting her time.

Be aware of 3 months commitment even though they don't tell you anything at the time of sign up. Take a picture of the paper you sign because it will be different than what they will email you!! Be aware that there is no customer service what so ever. No on the phone nor in the club excep sundays 12-1pm. Whatever question you have, ask at the time of sign up.

I was looking for a Pilates club and this one has it all! Great equipment, terrific teaches that challenge you. Very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and organized studio. Great job Beth and Bill!!! Thank you:0)
