There are so many amazing things to say about Kelly. She’s so attentive and throughly explains how to do the exercises probably and what muscles it strengths and most importantly, how to avoid injuries during the exercise. She remembers everyone’s name and asks how they are feeling. The front staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I’m very happy that I joined the Pilates community here. It’s been a great experience so far. I’m getting stronger everyday.

Mildraide made the class fly by today! She pushes me harder than I think I can push. The music had good rhythm and I like how she gave us a heads up on the type of routine we were going to do. I love that she focuses on exercises that support good posture- shoulders back and down, shoulder blades squeeze together, abs in. I feel so good after her workouts.

Hands down my absolute favorite instructor. I’ve been coming since the soft open in July of 2017 and Luci is one of the only Instructors still around. She is funny, amazing, accommodating and pushes you. She builds an amazing and varied workout each time never a dull moment and it says a lot that she is still around. I would recommend Luci for both intro and high intensity classes. She really is a great teacher

Kelly demonstrates a variety of pilates exercises to increase our strength anf flexibility while exercising caution in ensuring we are in correct form. This place has been my life saver since 2022 and prepped me physically to be in shape as my mom's caregiver. She passed in 2023 and this place has been my saving grace...truthfully. Love all the instructors but especially Mildraide, Kelly, Alyssa, Debbie just to name a few. The girls at the front desk Laura and Katie are also an asset to this establishment. Tonight 6/25 Jeanette taught another excellent Pilates Flo class at East Long Beach Club Pilates. The class lived up to the name flowing from one exercise to the next with appropriate challenge and transition at every stage. I have attended Debbie's class for several months now, the benefits it has brought to my life are incredible. I started here at Club Pilates in October 2021 after a yearlong slow recovery from a pretty traumatic foot surgery. Every instructor takes special care knowing my limitations and I’ve had the best experiences. It is the only exercise I can do with my messed up foot, and I have gotten stronger and stronger with each passing week.
I’m now close to my 400 class milestone, and I’m able to do things I never thought I’d be able to do!
I cannot express enough how much this has become my “happy place” and how truly phenomenal the instructors and staff all are.

She is very good at providing options for students with injuries or other issues. She watches for proper posture and positioning. She also provides various options and recommendations throughout the classes for students of different levels, or just as options to try. She is easygoing and personable.
Shelby is great! She has a very calm demeanor, yet her flow in the class is so seamless and amazing that you end up getting a great workout without realizing it until the class is over.
Stacey is great! She is very knowledgeable and provides a great workout! She is constantly checking out the posture and positioning of the students and providing adjustments and suggestions. She is also very energetic! Her classes are always difficult to get into because of her popularity! She is very personable!

Baylee is an amazing trainer at Club Pilates on the Los Coyotes Diagonal in Long Beach. She is so sincere in wanting to help every single person in the class. Nothing gets by her.
