I’ve been coming here for over two years. While I still enjoy two of the instructors, this place has started feeling less special to me. One of the biggest reasons I kept coming was the flexibility—it’s the only way I could make working out fit into my schedule with work and family.
Recently, I arrived 6 minutes late for a class. As I was checking in, the new white front desk woman—who was on her personal phone—told me I couldn’t take the class because of a “new 5-minute late policy,” saying I missed the warm-up and it would be “unsafe.” Mind you, this is one of the easiest flow classes. I haven’t been late in a long time, and never once has this rule been enforced before—because until now, it never was. Just last week, I saw at least 4 women walk into that same class well past 5 minutes with no issue.
She let me check in but wouldn’t let me in the room, which felt unnecessary and frankly, like I was being singled out.
What made it worse was her being on a personal phone call during this whole exchange. If we’re going to talk about “strict policy,” maybe that should apply to staff too.
To be clear, the other two front desk women I usually see are nothing like this. They’re personable, kind, and consistent. One of them in particular is amazing at her job—she connects with everyone, remembers names, and creates a welcoming environment that actually makes people want to come back.
On top of all that, the instructor for that class was switched out last-minute with no notice (again), so I wouldn’t have stayed anyway. But the way this was handled left a bad taste.
There are other Pilates studios in the area with more reasonable and human-centered policies. I’ve been loyal to this one, but after this experience and the overall drop in consistency, I’m seriously considering taking my time—and money—elsewhere.
I’ll genuinely miss what this experience used to be for the past two years. It was something I looked forward to. But lately, it’s been going downhill—and I’m sad to say it’s just not the same anymore.

Stephanie is an excellent instructor who really took the time to help me with certain adjustments and explain how they helped tone my body. Her classes are lively and fun... so glad I made the switch!

I was injured in a car accident with four fractured vertebrae , and a slip disc and working out at Club Pilates made me stronger .
Club Pilates Miracle Mile is the place to be. I absolutely love my instructors they are so knowledgeable, helpful and supportive to my goals.
The Atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly. I look forward to my classes of which I
Do 6 Classes per week .
The Manager Amanda is Absolutely Amazing she checks in with my progress and to see if there’s anything she can do to help which I think is so sweet!

This is the worst Studio I’ve ever been. They’re charging me for a service I have never used, still hasn’t gotten the refund since June. Terrible experience ever

I can feel and see myself getting stronger each week. The instructors here are clear and helpful and make sure that we’re executing the movements correctly to get the true benefit. It’s the best thing that I’ve done for my body and mind.

After my first session, I was hooked. Only been taking classes for a couple weeks, but I already see a difference. There are so many restorative components in the exercise that I can take classes for days in a row, while still challenging myself

Club Pilates Miracle Mile has been one of the best fitness subscription locations I've ever been to. Everyone is so amazing and pleasant to work with. I've been going there since they opened in November and am so happy that I signed up. I'm an unlimited member and go every day of the week. All of the instructors are fantastic and have their own styles that offer great diversity throughout the week. This studio doesn't deserve 3 or 4 stars, it should be at 5/5 without a doubt.
I look forward to my classes every day and recommend this studio to anyone interested in trying pilates or in need of a studio!

Genuinely do not understand why the ratings are not significantly higher for Club Pilates Miracle Mile! This place has become my home away from home. I had never done Pilates before (and frankly do not typically enjoy exercise), but Danielle and her team made me feel so welcome and safe to try something new. I've been an unlimited member for over a month and have gone to 4-5 classes every week. After a few weeks, I could already tell that I was stronger. I was able to do more of the exercises to completion and felt my form getting consistently better.
All of the instructor are attentive, keep us safe, and push us to push ourselves. Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you and your body to make sure you get the most out of your experience, while protecting any problem areas (i.e. my low back and hips can be problematic - they make sure to check in and make modifications, when necessary). While I've loved all the instructors I've had so far, two of my favorites are Caroline and Becky - but seriously, they are all really incredible.
If you were nervous to try this studio because of the other review, please still give Club Pilates Miracle Mile a try. See for yourself. Take the intro class. Meet the team. They're so wonderful!

Dishonestly managed, would not recommend. Check out Sweat Pilates, much more engaging and better managed, or at least another location.
I signed up for a 3 month contract with this place, having told the manager I was looking forward to challenging higher level classes. The first day of class, I'm told only beginner classes will be offered the first two months. When I expressed concern, I was told I'm 'not being supportive of my Pilates community' (as most of the students who joined when it opened were looking for more beginner classes). While I understand the importance of catering to their students' needs, I myself was being charged quite a lot for something quite different than what I signed up for.
I did my best to be patient and work with the instructors, but after two weeks of classes I found myself bored and unchallenged. When I followed up and asked Danielle to waive my cancellation fee as I felt very misled about the selection of classes, she got quite defensive and didn't seem to think I had much reason to feel bothered, and so I was stuck paying the $100 cancellation fee.
On top of that, soon after joining, she offered me a month of free On-Demand Pilates video streaming while I was away (which seemed nice at the time), without ever disclosing that it would roll over into Auto Pay afterwards. I've since been billed for two months of this. Thanks Danielle!
