I’ve been attending classes at this Pilates studio for the past two years, and it has truly become one of my favorite parts of my weekly routine. The instructors, Miki and Beth, are both incredible. They are highly knowledgeable about Pilates and body alignment, and they always take the time to make sure each person in class is performing the movements correctly and safely. Their guidance has helped me improve not only my strength and flexibility, but also my posture and overall confidence in my workouts.
One of the things I really appreciate is the variety of class times offered. It makes it so easy to find a session that fits into my schedule, whether I’m having a busy week or more flexibility in my day. The studio itself is always clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.
The location is also super convenient for me, which makes it even easier to stay consistent with my workouts. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place—it’s a wonderful combination of skilled instructors, a great environment, and a schedule that works for real life. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey!

I have been at the RMV studio for almost two months. I am a very experienced Pilates and reformer student. The studio gets five stars because of their instructors and their administrative team . When you're scheduling with the same instructors because you select the same class, it's hard for them to always change up the class, especially at the higher levels. They do a GREAT job. The studio and their instructors are definitely knowledgeable, pay attention to modifications throughout the entire class and never fail to introduce themselves and ask people if there's anything that they need to modify. They definitely care about your health and safety and giving you a great workout . I feel stronger every day going to the studio and will definitely stay at this studio. Super convenient with LOTS of parking in the Gelsons/Gateway plaza

The studio is spotless and beautifully modern, creating such a refreshing environment to work out in. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I’m excited to book more private sessions soon and continue my Pilates journey here!

My mother went to this studio and had her phone grabbed out of her hand a few months ago by the instructor . The lady scolded my mother for checking her phone. The lady was brunette we don’t know her name . My mom has been with club Pilates for years but canceled after this incident .

Club Pilates | Sendero Management lacks INTEGRITY
Review is strictly for administration and management (classes and instructors are good).
When I signed up, I was a little hesitant b/c it was a membership, and I wasn't sure if I could commit (because I have three very busy kiddos full of activities + I work full time) however the receptionist told me not to worry and if I wanted, they could freeze my account before the three month period for back to school schedules, etc.
I signed up and actually fulfilled my three months of membership commitment even though I've never used all my classes in a month either due to classes being full or having a busy schedule. On 9/11 - I reached out to Club Pilates (via text b/c they've always responded to me quickly via text) and asked if I could freeze my account starting on the 19th (new billing cycle) b/c of the kid's new soccer and dance schedules. They quickly replied (see photos) and said not a problem.
On the 19th, I received a charge and so I texted, called and eventually emailed and no response...
Kara emailed me on the 9/21 and says, " How about we freeze your account now and then in a month you don't have to pay?" Basically skirting around my request for a refund.
I responded and said I preferred the refund. She finally responded back on the 23rd and said, "We are a 7 day a week business - however, I do not work 7 days a week and I was off yesterday."
I totally understand that and encourage time off, but most businesses have an assistant manager or a trained staff to take over while they are gone.
Today, she tells me there is a 30-day policy for Account Freezes so then I re-read the contract and yes, it is 30 days for CANCELLATIONS, but freezes are 14 days.
I understand it wasn't 14 days prior to my renewal (it was 8 days) but she responded personally with no problem, we can freeze your account on the 19th, and you will NOT be charged. If she said unfortunately, you need to submit this request 14 days prior to renewal; I would've understood 100%. Plus, a picture speaks volumes, and her texts were crystal clear (see photos).
It's damaging to the business that they have Kara managing this franchise. The teachers are kind and it's a great fit for the community, but the lack of customer service is unbelievable. And for me personally, INTEGRITY is everything and Kara apparently doesn't seem to have it.
I have since requested a cancellation. It's a shame that they could've handled this situation so much better. Instead of just keeping her word and not charging me, she skirted around her mistake and eventually lost a customer. Apparently after talking to other people in RMV, I am not the only one with issues with management. It's very unfortunate. Integrity is everything and the management at Club Pilates | Sendero lacks this quality in their business.

The customer service at this studio is horrible. I asked to first freeze my account, and the manager took 2 weeks to respond to my email, withdrawing yet another payment from my bank account, without refunding. They just froze the NEXT month. Because of this, I asked to cancel my membership, and for 2 additional months they continued to withdraw the money from my account! They never once inquired as to why I wasn't attending classes or even contacted me, despite the repeated text messages sent previously to entice me to sign up for their membership! So I know they do have the ability to contact anyone they want to but only when they want you to SIGN up, not when you stop attending classes, have been disgruntled about the lack of response and fail to even reach out to see what was going on with me. I would NOT recommend this studio to anyone. They are not honest people and they do not care about their patrons, they just want your money.

I enrolled in Club Pilates in November 2023……I had never done Pilates before, and now I love it! The instructors are great! They are really invested in the class and to ensure you continue to learn and understand your body. The app is super easy to use, and it works for me.I am able to navigate different classes/times every week. Super convenient!
