The club was clean and didnt smell like cleaning chemicals. I took an Intro class, about 30 minutes. Jen lead an informative and insightful class, going thru each part of the equipment while teaching some of the basics. Jen was able to answer all questions we had as well as the various classes. The Manager Amy was able to explain options to continue with classes. I'll be back for sure!

Very nice, clean place. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. And they have been super accommodating to schedule changes. It’s a bit pricey but I guess that’s pilates!

I had a 3-month contract at Blue Oaks Club Pilates and was shocked to be billed for a 4th month that I never agreed to continue. No one explained this at sign-up, and like most people, I didn’t comb through every line of fine print.
When I contacted them to resolve the charge, I was told they would not void it, even though I was no longer attending classes. On top of that, they added a $20 late fee and even threatened that if I didn’t pay, my account would be sent to collections.
This is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, the hidden charges, and the intimidation tactics show they care more about squeezing money out of customers than providing a trustworthy service. I do not recommend this studio.

Read the review before mine and that’s all you need to know 💔 super bummed and disappointed. Wish I would have read the reviews before signing up. The classes are impossible to get into. They are booked out weeks in advance with a waitlist of 5-10 people per class. I have a newborn baby so I signed up to try and do something for myself. It was about $300 (I think $280) to sign up and I haven’t been able to get into any classes. You may be added to a class but it’s a waitlist one so you find out an hour or two before and have to scramble to get there and if you cancel YOU are then charged a fee. I called the studio to see if they would just cancel me out and refund bc again I haven’t even been to one class. Their response was literally to try and just show up and hope somebody else doesn’t show bc there’s open slots all the time where they have no shows. So I even said you want me to show up at 5:30 AM for a 6:00 class and then hope someone doesn’t show and get turned away if it’s full? OR I can pay an ADDITIONAL $100 to cancel. So all in all I will have paid $400 and not attended one pilates class. The biggest scam ever. Management was not helpful and clearly not empathetic to new moms, people’s schedules, etc. horrible business model. If they were smart they would have either offered to refund everything since it’s literally the clubs problem that every class is full and I haven’t even stepped foot inside OR at minimum offer to refund the two weeks I have been able to get in and not charge a cancellation fee. Honestly go anywhere else. Going back to the villa sport club where they have reformers classes, pool etc all for the same price.

I strongly recommend not signing up for this specific Pilates class. They lock you into a three-month contract without fully disclosing all the membership details upfront. The biggest frustration is the scheduling system—members can sign up weeks in advance, making it extremely difficult to get into a class that fits your schedule. This means you'll likely spend more time stressing over availability than actually enjoying the workouts.
Given the high cost of these classes, the hassle simply isn't worth it. There are plenty of other Pilates studios in the area that offer more flexibility—no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and full transparency about their policies before you commit.
Additionally, the management is unhelpful. Their only solution is to force you into classes, which isn’t fair to other members patiently waiting on the waitlist. That’s not an acceptable resolution.
As someone new to Pilates, I was hoping for a fun and motivating experience, but instead, this was stressful and discouraging. I highly recommend exploring other studios that prioritize customer experience and flexibility.

I started Pilates after I went through chemo and radiation for cancer. Because of the high amounts I am high risk for osteoporosis. I didn’t want to take the drugs they wanted me to take (my personal opinion). I wanted to try other options first. The best option was to work out. I have tried every type of gym and workout possible. None of them kept me committed, or they were to hard on my body. I am trying to heal not harm my body. When I started Pilates I knew nothing about it at all. I ABSOLUTELY fell in love with it. I can push myself as hard or easy as I need to that day. I feel so strong and sore after every class. A good sore like I am working my muscles but not where it takes me days to recover. I adore Jen and Juls. They are such wonderful instructors. They push me just enough to keep going and also very encouraging. I have a crazy schedule but always try to book classes with them when possible. Because of Jen and Juls I have stuck with Pilates now for about a year and will continue to. If you want a great work out without tearing your body down you will absolutely love this place!

I initially started at midtown Pilates and transferred to blue oaks. I immediately started having technical issues that could not be resolved through tech support or by multiple employees. I was not able to book classes through the app, the only way I could join classes was by calling or coming in person. This was my first issue that was never resolved after 2 months. My next issue started when I tried to cancel my account. I had my account frozen since I was out of town and decided to terminate it because of inconvenience. I was told I would have to pay 200+ dollars. I don’t recall being told about 100$ early termination fee as my sign up took less than 5 minutes. I was ok eventually with paying that, but then I was told I would have to pay for a full month even if I don’t go to classes, which I don’t plan to nor have been, if I want to terminate. (frozen account). I called to cancel the account almost 2 weeks before my next billing cycle. I was told when trying to cancel I need to give them 30 days notice for cancellation which is unreasonable whatsoever. I am giving this business 200 + dollars to get out of an agreement that wasn’t properly explained to me. I will never come back here again, I am beyond disappointed.

I love this place! I have severe inflammatory arthritis and have lost a ton of core strength and muscle mass over the last two years from a massive flare of disease. I was hesitant to start Pilates, but did so on the advice of my rheumatologist, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. I love the classes and I really like that the instructors will correct your posture and form, which is what I really need. Shout out to Sharon, who is AMAZING and super helpful to take classes from!

I Love Blue Oaks Pilates. It’s given me my strength an energy back after dealing with health issues. Sharon is a consistent an knowledgeable instructor that I look forward to having class with each week. The other instructors are very knowledgeable an great motivators also. I go at least 3 times each week an it has been very effective for getting my muscle tone back.

It’s been almost a year since I started at Club Pilates. I was told by my physical therapist that I HAD to do Pilates to strengthen my muscles to take stress off of my joints. It’s been wonderful to move my body again and I’m feeling much less pain!! I was even able to take a three week tour of Israel where we did 17,000 a day when a year and half earlier I couldn’t walk because of my hip/knee injury.

I love my experience at classic Pilates. I’ve never done Pilates in my life and it has truly been enjoyable recently. I’ve attended Amber‘s classes and she’s just a wonderful instructor. guiding you coming around the room, making sure that all the moves are done correctly and gently correcting me. I just find her wonderful as an instructor. I wasn’t sure I would like her after attending Courtney classes for a while. But I thought let me just give her a chance and I do like her equally.

This is NOT the Roseville location it's Blue Oaks. Misunderstanding as their name is incorrect on google. Space is smaller than the studios I've been to previously and instructors aren't able to get down the studio for support like I've experienced elsewhere.
